ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೇ 2: ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಬುದ್ಧರ 2569ನೇ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಜ್ವಲವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲು ಮಹಾಬೋಧಿ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇ 6 ರಿಂದ 12 ರವರೆಗೆ ವೈಶಾಖ ಬುದ್ಧ ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಯ ಸಾಪ್ತಾಹಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು bengaluruನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಪ್ರದೆಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವರ್ಷ ವೈಶಾಖ ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆ ಮೇ 12 ರಂದು ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಭಕ್ತಭಾವಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಉಪಾಸಕ-ಉಪಾಸಿಕರು ಈ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಉತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮಹಾಬೋಧಿ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಂತೆ, ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯನ್ನು “ಬೋಧಿ ಸಪ್ತಾಹ” ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಪಬ್ಬಜ್ಜ ತರಬೇತಿ, ಉಚಿತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಬಿರ, ರಕ್ತದಾನ ಶಿಬಿರ, ಧಮ್ಮದೇಶನೆಗಳು, ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ, ವಿಶೇಷ ಪೂಜೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಧರ್ಮಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು ಇದರ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿವೆ.

ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9.15: ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಬೌದ್ಧ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯದಂತೆ 100ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಭಿಕ್ಷುಗಳು ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಾಸಕರಿಂದ ಆಹಾರ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ವಿಧಿ.

Karnataka Teachers Invited to Enroll in Government-Recognized Pre-Primary Training Program

In a significant move aimed at enhancing the professional skills of primary school teachers, a new Pre-Primary Teacher Training Program approved by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, has been officially launched today.

The program, now open for registration to primary school teachers across Karnataka, was inaugurated by Mr. Shamayel Ahmad, National President of the Private Schools and Children Welfare Association (PSACWA). Speaking at the launch, Mr. Ahmad emphasized the importance of teacher training under the New Education Policy, stating, “This is a major step towards empowering educators with essential teaching competencies. Such initiatives form a strong foundation for quality learning outcomes among children.”

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಾಂತ ಮೇ 5 ರಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿರುವ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಜಾತಿಗಣತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರಮ, ಕೊರಚ, ಕುರುವನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಪ್‌ಮಾರಿಶ್ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು “ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಕೊರಮ-ಕೊರಚ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನ ಹೋರಾಟ ಸಮಿತಿ” ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎಚ್.ಎನ್. ನಾಗಮೋಹನ್ ದಾಸ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಆಯೋಗದ ಮೂಲಕ 101 ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಮನೆ-ಮನೆ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಈ ಜಾತಿಗಳ ನಿಖರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸೇರುವಂತಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಇರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಮಿತಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಜಾತಿಗಣತಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ಅರಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ತಲುಪುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ 101 ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಸುಮಾರು 51 ಜಾತಿಯ 20 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಜನರು ಅಲೆಮಾರಿ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯುಳ್ಳವರು. ಇವರು ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ನೆಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಜೀವನ ಸಾಗಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಇಂತಹ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಆಯೋಗ ಯಥೇಚ್ಛ ಗಂಭೀರತೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಮಿತಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಆಯೋಗದ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಲು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲೆಮಾರಿ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ.ಜಾ. ಅಲೆಮಾರಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಸಲಹೆ ಪಡೆದು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಮಿತಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದೆ.

ಜಾತಿಗಣತಿಯ ವೇಳೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ পক্ষಪಾತ, ಲೋಪದೋಷಗಳಿಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕೆಂದು, ಆಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಗಣತಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಮಿತಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಉಪಜಾತಿಗಳ ಗುರುತಿಸುವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯ ಶಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ನಡೆಯದಂತೆ ಎಚ್ಚರ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾತಿಗಣತಿಯ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ್ಯತೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಮಿತಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 29: ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನೃತ್ಯ ದಿನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ‘ಆರ್ಟ್ ಕಲ್ಚರಲ್ ಎಜುಕೇಶನಲ್ ಎನ್ಲೈಟ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್’ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನೃತ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವದಾಖಲೆ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಕ್ಕೆ ಇಂದು ನಗರದ ಬಸವನಗುಡಿಯ ಬಿ.ಪಿ. ವಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಆರ್ಟ್ ಆಂಡ್ ಕಲ್ಚರ್ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನೃತ್ಯ ಕಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಚಾರ-ಪ್ರಸಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್, ಈ ಬಾರಿ ವಿಶ್ವದಾಖಲೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಗಮನಸೆಳೆಯಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಲು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ವಲಯದ ಹಲವಾರು ಗಣ್ಯರು ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದರು.

Call for Government Action:SAMAR International School Accused of Regulatory Breaches

Bengaluru: Serious allegations have emerged against SAMAR International Islamic School, located in Hegganahalli, Bengaluru, and reportedly administered by Jamia Mohammadiya Education Society, Mumbai. The institution is accused of multiple legal and administrative violations, prompting demands for the immediate cancellation of its license in the interest of student welfare and public accountability.

According to Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (Shivaram Gowda faction), Chamarajpet Unit President Mr. Chang Pasha, the school has failed to respond to multiple notices issued by the Education Department, which had sought clarifications and documents regarding its operations. Despite repeated directives, the school has not provided the required information, indicating a disregard for statutory compliance.

Further, information obtained through the Right to Information (RTI) Act reveals that the school is not registered with the Maharashtra State Education Department. Allegedly, the institution has operated under three different management names – “Jamia Mohammadiya Education Society, Mumbai”, “Jamia Mohammadiya Mansoor”, and “Jamia Mohammadiya Education Trust” – raising concerns about the legitimacy and transparency of its administration.

It has also come to light that the school received a government grant of Rs. 10 lakh under the Karnataka Minority Welfare Department’s scheme for quality education in Madrasas for the year 2017–18. However, the institution was officially registered as a non-grant-in-aid school, which amounts to misrepresentation and financial fraud.

Moreover, reports have been filed at the Kothanur Police Station alleging incidents of physical abuse and mistreatment of children within the school premises. Community leaders have highlighted that the school is involved in land encroachments, exploitation, and other illegal activities.

In light of these serious violations, social activists including Mr. Chand Pasha, Mr. Abdul Hameed Pasha, and Dalit leader Mr. M. Krishnappa have urged the state government to immediately revoke the school’s license to safeguard students and prevent further misuse of public funds.
