Alliance Club International District 272(S) Cabinet Presentation Ceremony Held with Grandeur in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, April 12, 2025:
The Association of Alliance Club International, District 272(S), organized a grand presentation ceremony for its newly appointed cabinet members on April 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the FKCCI Auditorium in Gandhinagar, Bengaluru.

Alliance Club International is a wholly indigenous Indian service organization that has been actively involved in impactful and committed social welfare activities across the country for the past 18 years. The organization’s headquarters is located in Noida, New Delhi.

This year’s International President, Alay Rajkumar Saxena, South Zone International Director Alay Nagaraj V. Bairi, PID Alay G.P. Divakar, ICC Alay Ajanta S. Rangaswamy, Alay M. Muniyappa, and former MLA and film actor N.L. Narendra Babu graced the occasion as chief guests.

The newly appointed District Governor, Alay Dr. Satyavati Basavaraj, who took office on April 1, 2025, led the installation ceremony and administered the oath to the new cabinet members.

Speaking at the event, District PRO Alay Shobha Vishu highlighted the organization’s ongoing initiatives: “Alliance Club is actively engaged in a wide range of service activities at the national, state, and district levels, including education, food distribution, care for the elderly and orphans, health camps, cleanliness drives, and tree plantation programs.”

She further added, “Alliance Club International is spread across 28 countries with more than 2,500 clubs and over 30,000 members worldwide. Although the Bengaluru district was only established last year, it already comprises 35 clubs and over 1,000 members, and has received several international accolades.”

ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಆಫ್ ಅಲಯನ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಇಂಟರ್ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಡಿಸ್ಟ್ರಿಕ್ಟ್ 272(S) ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಸಂಪುಟ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಪದಗ್ರಹಣ ಸಮಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 12 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗಾಂಧಿನಗರದ ಎಫ್‌ಕೆಸಿಸಿಐ (FKCCI) ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜೃಂಭಣೆಯಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಅಲಯನ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಇಂಟರ್ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಎಂಬುದು ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ 18 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯುತ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಾಜಮುಖಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಚೇರಿ ನವದೆಹಲಿಯ ನೋಯ್ಡಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ.

ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಅಲಯ್ ರಾಜಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಸ್ಸೇನಾ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿ ಅಲಯ್ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ವಿ. ಬೈರಿ, ಪಿಐಡಿ ಅಲಯ್ ಜಿ.ಪಿ. ದಿವಾಕರ್, ಐಸಿಸಿ ಅಲಯ್ ಅಜಂತ ಎಸ್. ರಂಗಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಅಲಯ್ ಎಂ. ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಜಿ ಶಾಸಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ನಟ ನ.ಲ. ನರೇಂದ್ರಬಾಬು ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 1 ರಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಗವರ್ನರ್ ಅಲಯ್ ಡಾ. ಸತ್ಯವತಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂತನ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಿಆರ್‌ಒ ಅಲಯ್ ಶೋಭಾ ವಿಶು ಅವರು, “ಅಲಯನ್ಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ದೇಶ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಆಹಾರ ಸೇವೆ, ವೃದ್ಧಾಶ್ರಮ, ಅನಾಥಾಶ್ರಮ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಶಿಬಿರಗಳು, ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನಗಳು, ಸಸಿ ನೆಡುವಿಕೆ ಮುಂತಾದ ನಾನಾ ಸೇವಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಅವರು ಮುಂದುವರೆದು, “ಅಲಯನ್ಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಾದ್ಯಂತ 28 ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಾ ಜಾಲವಿಸ್ತಾರ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, 2,500ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ 30,000ಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಕೇವಲ ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಆರಂಭವಾದರೂ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 35 ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ 1000ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಲವು ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಗೌರವಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದೆ,” ಎಂದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 11: ಪರಮಪೂಜ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀ 1008 ಸುಬುಧೇಂದ್ರತೀರ್ಥ ಶ್ರೀಪಾದಂಗಳವರ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದದಂತೆ, ಜಯನಗರದ ಐದನೇ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಂಜನಗೂಡು ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಭಕ್ತರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಿತು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮಠದ ಹಿರಿಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್.ಕೆ. ವಾದೀಂದ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ಜರುಗಿದ್ದು, ನೆಲಮಂಗಲದ ಶ್ರೀ ಗಣೇಶ ನೃತ್ಯಾಲಯ ಸಂಗೀತ ಮತ್ತು ನೃತ್ಯ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಭಾರಿಗಳಾದ ವಿದುಷಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಭಾವನಾ ಗಣೇಶ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ವಾನ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಡಿ. ಗಣೇಶ್ ದಂಪತಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಾದ ಸುಮಾರು 35 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ “ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣ ಲೀಲಾ” ಭರತನಾಟ್ಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

ಈ ನೃತ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣನ ಬಾಲ್ಯ ಲೀಲೆಗಳು, ರಾಸಕ್ರೀಡೆ, ನಂದನ ಮದುವೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಘಟನಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಕ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮನಸ್ಸಾರೆ ಆನಂದಿಸಿ, ಕಲಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು ಎಂದು ಮಠದ ಹಿರಿಯರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆಹಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವ ಕೆಲ ಕೃತಕ ಬಣ್ಣಗಳು ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್‌ನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವ ಅಪಾಯವಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ, ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಡೆಸರ್ಟ್‌ಗಳಾದ ಐಸ್ ಕ್ರೀಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಕವಾಗಿ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೃತಕ ಬಣ್ಣಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮವಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಸಿಟಿ ಟುಡೇ ನ್ಯೂಸ್ ಸಂಪಾದಕರಾದ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್. ಗೋಪಾಲ್ ರಾಜ್ ಗಮನಸೆಳೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಧ್ಯಯನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿ ಅವರು, ಬೇಕರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಫ್ರೋಜನ್ ಡೆಸರ್ಟ್ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಣ್ಣಗಳ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಅಥವಾ ಗಮನ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.

“ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಆಹಾರದ ಬಣ್ಣಗಳು ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ, ಆದರೆ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಜನರು, ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಸಹ ಸೇವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಐಸ್ ಕ್ರೀಮ್, ಕೇಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸುವ ಕೃತಕ ಬಣ್ಣಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಬಂಧನೆ ಇಲ್ಲ?” ಎಂದು ಗೋಪಾಲ್ ರಾಜ್ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.

ಅವರು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಲೇಬಲಿಂಗ್, ಕಠಿಣ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಜನಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು. “ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಲಾಭದ ನೆಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳ್ಳಾಸಿಸಲು ಬಿಡಬಾರದು. ಒಂದೇ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲ ಆಹಾರದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳಿಗೂ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸಬೇಕು,” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ತಜ್ಞರು ಬಹುಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾದ ಆಹಾರದ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸುವ ಕೃತಕ ಬಣ್ಣಗಳ ಅಪಾಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ, ಗೋಪಾಲ್ ರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಈ ನುಡಿಗಳು ಆಹಾರದ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಗಳ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.

In light of recent government advisories cautioning the public against the use of harmful synthetic colours in food items, GS Gopal Raaj, Editor of City Today News, has raised a pertinent question regarding the unchecked use of artificial colours in popular desserts such as ice creams and cakes.

Referring to official findings and statements by health authorities that certain food colours may have carcinogenic effects, Gopal Raaj questioned the lack of scrutiny over colour additives widely used in the bakery and frozen dessert industries.

“If the government acknowledges that some food colours are cancerous, then why is there no regulation or public awareness about the artificial colours used in ice creams, pastries, and cakes consumed by millions, especially children?” he asked.

He further called for transparent labeling, stricter enforcement by food safety authorities, and consumer awareness initiatives. “Public health cannot be compromised for commercial gain. The same standards must apply across all food categories,” he added.

Health experts have long warned about the risks associated with synthetic food dyes, particularly in products marketed to children. As regulatory bodies continue to assess food safety standards, Gopal Raaj’s remarks have sparked renewed debate on the need for comprehensive and uniform enforcement across the food industry.
