ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 15: ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರ ಹಿತ ಕಾಯಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ‘ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ವಿವಿದೋದ್ದೇಶ ಸಂಘ’ ರಚನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘ, ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರ ಸೇವಾ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದೆ.

ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಸಂಘವು ತನ್ನ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಂದಿಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಈ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸಂಘದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು:

1. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ಅದೇ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವುದು.


2. ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು 6 ತಿಂಗಳ ಬದಲು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 1 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುವುದು.


3. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಸೇವಾ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.


4. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅನುದಾನದ ನೆಪ ಹೇಳದೆ, ಪ್ರತೀ ತಿಂಗಳು ವೇತನ, ಇಪಿಎಫ್ (EPF) ಮತ್ತು ಇಎಸ್‌ಐ (ESI) ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು.


5. ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯಂತೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು.


6. ಮಹಿಳಾ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ರಜೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದು.



ಈ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಸಂಘ ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಯಲು ಸಿದ್ಧವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂಘದ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಏನೂ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಮುಂದಿನ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಉಗ್ರ ಹೋರಾಟ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 15: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕೆ.ವಿ. ಮೂಡ್ಲಿಗಿರಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರುನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಡಿ.ಪಿ.ಎ.ಆರ್. ದಿನಾಂಕ 08-03-2023 ಆದೇಶದಿಂದ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಗಾಯಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಆದೇಶದಿಂದ ಈ兩 ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ನೌಕರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ, ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಲಾ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ದೂರಿದರು.

ಈ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 16, 2025ರಂದು ಬೆಳ್ಳೂರು ಕ್ರಾಸ್‌ನಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀ ಆದಿ ಚುಂಚನಗಿರಿ ಮಹಾಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದವರೆಗೆ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜನಜಾಗೃತಿ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆಯ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾನಂದ ಮಹಾಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಹೋರಾಟದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು:

1. ಡಿ.ಪಿ.ಎ.ಆರ್. 08-03-2023 ಆದೇಶ ತಕ್ಷಣ ವಾಪಸ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಲಿ ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.


2. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಗಾಯಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು.


3. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಒ.ಬಿ.ಸಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ, ಕುಂಚಿತಿಗ, ಸರ್ಪವೊಕ್ಕಲಿಗ, ಹಾಗೂ ವೀರಶೈವ ಲಿಂಗಾಯಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ತ್ವರಿತಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.



“ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಗಾಯಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಭಾಗೀದಾರಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು,” ಎಂದು ಮೂಡ್ಲಿಗಿರಯ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 14: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ರೈಲು ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ದರವನ್ನು ಶೇಕಡಾ 71ರಷ್ಟು ಏರಿಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿ, ಜನತಾದಳ (ಜಾತ್ಯತೀತ) ಪಕ್ಷದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಇಂದು ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರೀ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಶಾಸಕಾಂಗ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಉಪನಾಯಕ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಟಿ.ಎ. ಶರವಣ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಜೀವನಾಡಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ, ಆದರೆ ಈ ದರ ಏರಿಕೆ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ದಮನಕಾರಿ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ದರ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ನೀತಿ ನೋಡಿದರೆ, ಇದು ‘ನಮ್ಮ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ’ ಅಲ್ಲ, ‘ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ’ ಎಂದು ಜನರು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ,” ಎಂದು ಖಂಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಅವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ದರ ಏರಿಕೆ:
ನಗರದ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ದರವನ್ನು ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನತೆ ತಗ್ಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಸೇವೆಯಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ಶೇಕಡಾ 71ರಷ್ಟು ದರ ಏರಿಕೆ ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಭಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. “ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಶಿಫಾರಸುಗಳ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ದರ ಏರಿಕೆ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಜನತೆ ಮನ್ನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆ ಶಿಫಾರಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಪರಿಗಣನೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ:
ಮೆಟ್ರೋದಲ್ಲಿ ದರ ಏರಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೊದಲು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಶರವಣ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು. “ಈ ದರ ಏರಿಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ಲಾಭ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿರಬಾರದು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೇ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಬಹುದು,” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರೀ ಭಾಗವಹింపు:
ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಮೇಶ್ ಗೌಡ, ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅನೇಕ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ದರ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುವ ಹೋರಾಟ:
ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ದರ ಏರಿಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶರವಣ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. “ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊರೆ ಬಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾವು ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ದರ ಏರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಹಿಂತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.
