ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 8, 2025: ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್ ಫಾರ್ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಕಲ್ಚರ್ (ಯುಸಿಇಸಿ), ಮಹಫಿಲ್-ಎ-ನಿಸಾ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉರ್ದು ಭಾಷೆಯ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಪರಂಪರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲು ‘ಜಶ್ನ್-ಇ-ಯಾಮ್-ಇ-ಉರ್ದು’ (ಉರ್ದು ದಿನ) ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲು ಸಜ್ಜಾಗಿದೆ.  ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 8, 2025 ರಂದು (ಶನಿವಾರ) ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೋರಮಂಗಲದ ಒಳಾಂಗಣ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ 9:00 AM ರಿಂದ ಅದ್ಧೂರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.

ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಆಚರಣೆಯು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳು, ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಉರ್ದುವಿನ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯ, ಪರಂಪರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಭಾವವನ್ನು ಹೈಲೈಟ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.  ಈವೆಂಟ್‌ನ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಂಶವೆಂದರೆ ಅದ್ಭುತವಾದ ಏರೋಬಿಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಏಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಕೇತಿಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭಾರತ ನಕ್ಷೆಯ ರಚನೆ.

ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 800 ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಈವೆಂಟ್ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಲಿದೆ, ಸುಮಾರು 2,000 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣತಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಷಾಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ, ಒಳಾಂಗಣ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ರ್ಯಾಲಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಗ್ರಾಮ (ಎನ್‌ಜಿವಿ) ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾದುಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗುವ ಮೊದಲು ಜಿಎಸ್‌ಟಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯಂತಹ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಹೆಗ್ಗುರುತುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

JASHN-E-YAUM-E-URDU: Grand Celebration of Urdu Language and Culture in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, February 8, 2025: The United Council for Education and Culture (UCEC), in association with Mahfil-e-Nisa, is set to host ‘JASHN-E-YAUM-E-URDU’ (Urdu Day) to celebrate the rich heritage and cultural significance of the Urdu language. The grand event will take place on February 8, 2025 (Saturday), at Koramangala Indoor Stadium, Bengaluru, from 9:00 AM onwards.

This prestigious celebration aims to highlight the beauty, legacy, and influence of Urdu through cultural performances, interactive activities, and inspiring presentations. A major highlight of the event will be a spectacular aerobics performance and the formation of an India Map by students, symbolizing the nation’s unity in diversity.

The event will witness the active participation of around 800 schoolchildren performing on stage, while nearly 2,000 students, educators, and language enthusiasts will attend as the audience. As part of the celebrations, a children’s rally will be conducted from the indoor stadium, passing through National Games Village (NGV) and covering key landmarks such as the GST Office and Passport Office before returning to the stadium.

The event will be graced by esteemed dignitaries and leaders, adding to the significance of the occasion.

The rally will be inaugurated by Shri Ramalinga Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Transport, Government of Karnataka.

Ambedkar Campaign Committee Demands CID Probe into Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board’s Corrupt Tenders

Bangalore: The Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Campaign Committee has once again raised serious allegations of corruption within the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB), demanding a CID investigation into irregularities in the electricity department’s tenders.

Addressing the media at the Bangalore Press Club, the committee’s founder state president, Arun Kumar K, stated that in the 2018-19 financial year, tenders were issued for 32 electrical works. However, as per regulations, photographs, quality certificates, and inspection records should have been maintained to verify the completion of these projects. Shockingly, the board lacks any such documents, raising serious doubts about whether these works were ever executed.

“The absence of records suggests massive irregularities and potential fraud. We demand a CID investigation into all officials who were responsible for these tenders, and a criminal complaint should be filed against those involved in the corruption,” said Arun Kumar K.

The Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Campaign Committee has been consistently highlighting corruption within KIADB and the legal system, organizing multiple protests and press conferences to expose illegal activities. This latest demand is part of their ongoing fight for transparency and justice in public sector operations.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ (KIADB) ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ 2018-19ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ 32 ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಂಭೀರ ಅನುಮಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರುದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಹೋರಾಟಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಕೂಡಾ ಅವರ ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟದ ಮುಂದುವರೆದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದೆ. 2018-19 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ 32 ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಖರೀದಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು, ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಗಳು, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸ್ಥಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು KIADB ಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ:

ಈ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳು ವಾಸ್ತವದಲ್ಲೇ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಲು ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಇರಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಆದರೆ, ಇದನ್ನು ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಒದಗಿಸದಿರುವುದು ಅಕ್ರಮದ ಗಂಭೀರ ತಲೆನೋವನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಇದರಿಂದ, ಈ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕೇವಲ ಕಾಗದ上的 (ಕಾಗದದ ಮೇಲಿನ) ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯಾಗಿರಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ಅನುಮಾನ ಇದೆ.


ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಒತ್ತಾಯ:
ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಅರುಣ್ ಕುಮಾರ್.ಕೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಸಿ.ಐ.ಡಿ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಆಗಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ವಕೀಲರ ಸಂಘವು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ವಕೀಲರ ಸಂಘದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್.ಸಿ./ಎಸ್.ಟಿ. ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಕೀಲರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಆಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಿರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಂಘದ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನಗರದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಕೀಲರ ಸಂಘವು ದೇಶದ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ವಕೀಲರ ಸಂಘಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸುಮಾರು 25,000 ವಕೀಲರ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಸಂಘವು ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಅನುದಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಸಂಘದ 2025-2028 ಸಾಲಿನ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 16, 2025 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಎಂ. ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ಅವರು, “ಸಂಘದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 7000-8000 ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ವಕೀಲರು ಇದ್ದರೂ, ಅವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವಿಷಾದನೀಯ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಅವರು ಮುಂದುವರೆದು, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಗಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ವಕೀಲರ ಸಂಘವು ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂಪಿ ನಂ. 3071/2025 ಎಂಬ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅದರ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಎಸ್.ಸಿ./ಎಸ್.ಟಿ. ವಕೀಲರಿಗೆ ಸಂಘದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಕೀಲರಿಗೆ 30% ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಪಿ(ಸಿ)1404/2025 ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಎಂ. ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ, ಖಜಾಂಚಿ ಟಿ.ಎಲ್. ನಾಗರಾಜ್, ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳಾದ ಗೋಪಾಲ್,ಮಂಜುಳಾ, ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪ , ಮತ್ತು ರಘು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು, “2025-2028 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್.ಸಿ./ಎಸ್.ಟಿ. ವಕೀಲರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ, ವಿಸ್ತೃತ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಲಾಗುವುದು” ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
