2️⃣ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನ ಭರವಸೆ: ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬಜೆಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಂತೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂಬ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ್ಕರ್ ಅವರು ಫೋನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಭೀಮನಕಟ್ಟೆ ಭೀಮಸೇತು ಮುನಿವೃಂದ ಮಠವು ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಆಸ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ ಹಲವಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ರೈತರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿವೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ರೈತರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು 1990ರ ದಶಕದಿಂದಲೇ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ತರಲು ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇನಾಂ ರದ್ದತಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ (1970) ಮತ್ತು ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ (1974) ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಾಗ, ಭೀಮಸೇತು ಮುನಿವೃಂದ ಮಠವು ತನ್ನ ಜಮೀನುಗಳ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ, ನಂತರ ಸುಳ್ಳು ದಾಖಲೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ, ಭೂಮಿ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅನುಭವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತೆ ತೋರಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿವೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ರೈತರ ಅನುಭವದಂತೆ 1999-2000ರಲ್ಲಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾದ ಮೋಜಣಿ ವರದಿ (ಅಡಕ 3) ಹಾಗೂ 2022ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕುಳಿತು ಸುಳ್ಳು ದಾಖಲೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಮೋಜಣಿ ವರದಿ (ಅಡಕ 4) ಪರಸ್ಪರ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.

2025ರಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯ ನಂತರ, ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಲೀಸರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಜಣಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ನಿಜವಾದ ವರದಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಯಿತು (ಅಡಕ 5). ಈ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೋಲಿಸಿದಾಗ, 2022ರ ಮೋಜಣಿ ವರದಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಭೀಮಸೇತು ಮುನಿವೃಂದ ಮಠದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು, ಅವರ ಏಜೆಂಟರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಿಶೇಷ ತನಿಖಾ ತಂಡ (SIT) ರಚಿಸಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇನಾಂ ಭೂಮಿ, ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಭೂಮಿ, ಗೇಣಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರೈತರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕ ಮಹತ್ವದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಮಠದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಏಜೆಂಟರು ಸುಳ್ಳು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ರೈತರನ್ನು ಬೆದರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಭೂ ಹಗರಣವನ್ನು ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೋಡ್ಲು ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಮತ್ತು ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರುದಲ್ಲಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
