SKAK is the only official body recognized by All India Karate Do Federation for the promotion of Karate in India. They have been imparting training in karate for the past thirty-eight years in the State of Karnataka. They have over 31 district units in the State body, comprising four recognized styles of Karate. Association bought laurels to the state over many years in National and Internationals.
The state organization is hosted 32nd National Level Karate Championship. The championship hosted by KMSKSI Bangalore on the 16th and 17th of November 2024. at Builders National Games Village Club, Koramangala, Bangalore, This will not only encourage all of Karnataka in the State but also will popularize the Karate Sport in the State of Karnataka and India. This championship has 278 events in total and is expected to attract a large number of karate students from all over India and was witnessed by a huge audience.

ಒಂದು ಕಣ್ಣು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ, ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಕಣ್ಣು ಹೊರಕ್ಕೆ, ಒಳಮುಖವಾಗಿ ತಿರುಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಇದು ಸಾರ್ವಕಾಲಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಸಾಂದರ್ಭಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಣ್ಣು ಸೋಮಾರಿಯಾಗುವ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಪಾಯವಿದೆ.
ಚಿಕ್ಕ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಪೊರೆಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡುವುದರಿಂದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ನಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಬಹುದು
ಕೆಲವು ಜನರು ಇದಕೆ ಕಣ್ಣು ಅದೃಷ್ಟ ಎಂದು ತಪ್ಪು ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ
ಮೆಳ್ಳಕಣ್ಣು ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ :-
> ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ವಕ್ರೀಕಾರಕ ದೋಷವಿದ್ದರೆ
> ದುರ್ಬಲ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಸ್ನಾಯುಗಳು,
> ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಪೊರೆ, ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ದೋಷದಿಂದಾಗಿ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಂದವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ
> ಆಪ್ಟಿಕ್ ನರದ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳು
> ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಬಹುದು (ಇಡಿಯೋಪಥಿಕ್)

ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ,
ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಕನ್ನಡಕ ಧರಿಸುವುದು:-
ಸರಿಪಡಿಸದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ದೋಷಗಳು ಕನ್ನಡಕಗಳ ಅಗತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಬಹುದು.
ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳು:-
ವಯಸ್ಕರಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ಟ್ರಿಂಟ್ ನ್ನು ಸಹ ಅರವಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕೆಲವು ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳು ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾಯುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ
ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ:-
ಎರಡೂ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲು ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಚಲನೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಿ. ಸೋಮಾರಿ ಕಣ್ಣು ಎಂಬ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು ಈ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ:-
ಎರಡೂ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡುವಂತೆ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಬೈನಾಕ್ಯುಲರ್ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು:-
ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನ ಕೆಲವು ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಜ್ವರ, ನೆಗಡಿ, ಕೆಮ್ಮು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರು ಗುಣಮುಖರಾದ ನಂತರ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನ ಕೆಲವು ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ನೀರನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಬೇಡಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಡಿ
ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಲಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನಗಳು:-
ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಕೆಲವೇ ಗಂಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ರೋಗಿಯು ನೋವಿನಿಂದಾಗಿ ತಿರುಗಾಡದಂತೆ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನ ಅರಿವಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನಿದ್ರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಂದು ಅಥವಾ ಎರಡೂ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಬಿಳಿ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಸ್ನಾಯುಗಳು ಇರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಹೊಸ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ, ಎರಡೂ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ದಿಕ್ಕನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಂತೆ ಸ್ನಾಯುಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಹೊಂದಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸ್ನಾಯುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಿಡಲು ಸಣ್ಣ ಹೊಲಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನಂತರ ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಯದ ಗುರುತುಗಳು ಕಣ್ಮರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.
ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನಂತರ:-
ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನಂತರ ಅಂದೇ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಮನೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋದ ನಂತರ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಬಹುದು.
ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಮರೆಮಾಚುವ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರಬಹುದು.
ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ತರಬೇತಿ ಬೇಕಾಗಬಹುದು. ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡಕ ಬೇಕಾಗಬಹುದು.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಬದಲಿ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವವರು ವಾಸನ್ ನೇತ್ರಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾವು ವಿನಮ್ರವಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ವಾಸನ್ ಐ ಕೇರ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ.ನಿಶಾಂತ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮತ್ತು ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಪೊರೆ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಡಾ.ಪಾರುಲ್ ಪ್ರಿಯಂಬದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮತ್ತು ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಪೊರೆ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
