बेंगलुरु, 23 मई, 2024: समाज के प्रति अपनी अथक प्रतिबद्धता पर आगे बढ़ते हुए ह्युंडई मोटर इंडिया लिमिटेड (एचएमआईएल) ने आज अपने पहले ‘समर्थ असिस्टिव डिवाइसेज कॉन्क्लेव’ का आयोजन किया। ह्युंडई मोटर इंडिया की सामाजिक पहल ‘समर्थ’ के तहत आयोजित कार्यक्रम में सशक्तीकरण के लिए टेक्नोलॉजी के प्रयोग को लेकर कंपनी की प्रतिबद्धता सामने आई। अपने एनजीओ पार्टनर समर्थनम ट्रस्ट फॉर द डिसेबल्ड के साथ मिलकर ह्युंडई मोटर इंडिया ने अपने समर्थ असिस्टिव डिवाइसेज प्रोग्राम के तहत दिव्यांगजनों को तकनीकी रूप से उन्नत 72 असिस्टिव डिवाइस प्रदान किए। इस प्रोग्राम को ह्युंडई मोटर इंडिया फाउंडेशन और समर्थनम ट्रस्ट फॉर द डिसेबल्ड द्वारा संचालित किया जाता है। असिस्टिव डिवाइस प्रदान करने की यह पहल दिव्यांगजनों के लिए ज्यादा समावेशी समाज बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव है।

अपनी ‘समर्थ’ पहल के अंतर्गत एचएमआईएफ ने अगले तीन साल में 684 असिस्टिव डिवाइस प्रदान करने का लक्ष्य रखा है। इनमें हियरिंग एड, व्हील चेयर, दृष्टिहीनों के लिए डिजिटल किट से लेकर बायोनिक लिम्ब्स व अन्य डिवाइस शामिल हैं। तकनीकी रूप से उन्नत इन डिवाइस का उद्देश्य इनके प्राप्तकर्ताओं के लिए मोबिलिटी, विजन, हियरिंग और कम्युनिकेशन को बेहतर करना है।

दिन भर चले इस कॉन्क्लेव ने ‘पैरा स्पोर्ट्स के लिए असिस्टिव टेक्नोलॉजी में निवेश’ के साथ- साथ भारत में असिस्टिव डिवाइस और इनसे जुड़ी चुनौतियों को दूर करते हुए समावेश को बढ़ावा देने जैसे विषयों पर महत्वपूर्ण संवाद के लिए मंच के रूप में कार्य किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रतिष्ठित पैनलिस्ट के रूप में श्री विनीत सरायवाला, संस्थापक एवं सीईओ, एटिपिकल एडवांटेज, श्री अरमान अली, कार्यकारी निदेशक, नेशनल सेंटर फॉर प्रमोशन ऑफ एम्प्लॉयमेंट फॉर डिसेबल्ड पीपल (एनसीपीईडीपी), श्री आदित्य मेहता, संस्थापक, आदित्य मेहता फाउंडेशन, इंशाह बशीर, व्हीलचेयर बास्केटबॉल प्लेयर व अन्य गणमान्य शामिल रहे। इन गणमान्य लोगों ने सच्चे अर्थों में समावेशी समाज को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जागरूकता एवं असिस्टिव डिवाइस तक पहुंच की तत्काल आवश्यकता को रेखांकित करते हुए अपने विविध दृष्टिकोण साझा किए।

Hyundai Motor India hosts its first ‘Samarth Assistive Devices Conclave’ promoting inclusion and assistive technology.

HMIF provides 72 technologically advanced assistive devices to people with disabilities at the conclave.

The company has committed 684 assistive devices over the next three years.

The conclave aims to drive awareness and empowering through assistive technology for the ease of living.

Speakers at the conclave shared diverse perspectives on subjects like enabling use of assistive devices, challenges, promoting technology, and Al tech inclusion in Para Sports.

Bangalore, 23 May, 2024: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), in its unwavering commitment to society, hosted its first ‘Samarth Assistive Devices Conclave’ today. Designed under Hyundai Motor India’s ‘Samarth by Hyundai’ social initiative, the event showcased company’s commitment to harnessing technology for empowerment. In collaboration with its NGO partner- Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, Hyundai Motor India distributed 72 technologically advanced assistive devices under its Samarth Assistive Devices Programme by Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF) and Samarthanam Trust for the disabled, marking a profound milestone in its journey towards a more inclusive society for people with disabilities.

Under its ‘Samarth by Hyundai’ initiative, HMIF has pledged to distribute a total of 684 assistive devices over the next three years, encompassing a wide range of innovations from hearing aids, wheel chairs, digital kits for the visually impaired to bionic limbs and other devices. These technologically advanced assistive devices aim to enhance mobility, vision, hearing, and communication capabilities for the recipients.

The day-long conclave served as a platform for crucial dialogues revolving around topics such as- enabling inclusion through assistive devices, challenges surrounding disability in India, along with investment in assistive technologies for para sports. Distinguished panelists, including Mr. Vineet Saraiwala, Founder & CEO of Atypical Advantage, Mr. Arman Ali, Executive Director of the National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People (NCPEDP), Mr. Aditya Mehta, Founder of the Aditya Mehta Foundation, Inshah Bashir, Wheelchair Basketball player and many more, shared their diverse perspectives, underscoring the urgent need for awareness, and accessibility of assistive devices to foster a truly inclusive society.

BYJU’S starts new batches in 240 centres across India

May 22, 2024: BYJU’S Tuition Centres (BTCs), India’s largest and strongest network of learning centres, have started batches for the 2024-25 academic session in full swing across their 240 locations. BTCs provide classroom-based programs for K-12 students, complemented by access to BYJU’S entire digital learning universe.

For the current academic year, BYJU’S has dropped the annual fee for BTCs to just INR 36,000, making it more affordable than even neighbourhood tuition classes, while offering a far superior quality of curriculum, pedagogy, and delivery. BYJU’S has also seen a strong inbound interest for the role of teachers, receiving nearly 1200 applications per day over the last two months.

On May 19th, Byju Raveendran, Founder and CEO of BYJU’S, addressed all BTC centre heads and shared an innovative new business model, based on intrapreneurship. “I want you to see yourselves as part-owners of these centres, not just managers,” he said. Under this model, BTC centre heads will receive a share of profits from their centre’s operations, provided they meet minimum thresholds for admissions and quality over a one-year period. “We have invested crores of rupees in each centre. And you get to part-own it, free of cost! There is a floor we have prepared for you. But there is no ceiling. How much you want to grow is up to you,” he added. The heads have also been empowered to hire their own teams and even rehire former BYJU’S employees.

“BTCs have huge potential to transform the supplementary education experience for millions of students across India,” said Byju Raveendran. “With the right programs, dedicated teachers, enabling technology and a sustainable financial model, I believe we can take BTCs to remarkable heights in terms of both scale and impact.”

The 240 hybrid learning centres of BTC, with the 300 plus centres of Aakash, make the BYJU’S group one of the largest networks of learning centres across India with presence across diverse locations like Bilaspur, Kharar, Dibrugarh, Vapi, Latur, Asansol, Dhule, and Tirupati, taking quality education to the deepest parts of India.

ಭಾರತದಂತಹ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಶೀಲ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಉಪಲಬ್ಧಗಳು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹತ್ವದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಮಾಜ ಮತ್ತು ಯುವ ಸಮುದಾಯ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಮನೋಭಾವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಸವಾಲುಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಭಾರತದ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಕಡೆಗಿನ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ವಿಶಾಲವಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ 2024 ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ 200ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಸುಮಾರು 3500 ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ 300ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಅವುಗಳ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಯೊಡನೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಲು, ಒಟ್ಟು ಆರು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಎಕ್ಸಿಬಿಷನ್, ಸುಮಾರು 100ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು 1, 2 ಮತ್ತು 3ನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಲು ಅವಿಷ್ಕಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನೆರವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಲವಾರು ರೀತಿಯ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಇನ್ನೊವೇಟ‌ರ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ 150ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಂಡಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ 2024ರಲ್ಲಿ 48 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಹ್ಯಾಕಾತನ್ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು ಸುಮಾರು 70ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಂಡಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಜಯಶೀಲರಾಗುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ 25 ಲಕ್ಷದವರೆಗಿನ ಬಹುಮಾನವನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಾಧನೆ ತೋರಿದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ರನ್ನರ್ಸ್ ಅಪ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾರಿತೋಷಕದೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ 2024 ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ದಿನಾಂಕ 26 ಮೇ 2024 ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 3 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಎ ಎಸ್ ಕೆ ಬಿ ಚಾರಿಟೇಬಲ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಕೆ. ನಾಗರಾಜು ರವರು ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಸೋಮನಾಥ್, ಇಸ್ರೋ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೊಫೆಸರ್ ಗಣೇಶನ್ ಕನ್ನಬೀರನ್, ನ್ಯಾಕ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಡಾ. ಟಿ ಎನ್ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ, ಕುಲಸಚಿವರು (ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ) ವಿಟಿಯು, ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಎಸ್ ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಹ ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಕೌಶಿಕ್ ರಾಜು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಏಟ್ರಿಯಾ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ರವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿರಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಎಬಿವಿಪಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷವೂ ಸಹ ಜೆ.ಸಿ.ಐ ಗೋಕಾಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಮತ್ತು ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 90% ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿಕ್ಕೋಡಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ/ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಗೆ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ನೀಡಿ, ನಾಡಿನ ಪೂಜ್ಯರು, ಗುರು ಹಿರಿಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು, ಕಾರಣ 90% ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ/ನಿಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಝರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ (ಫೋಟೊ) ಅಂಟಿಸಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಳಾಸದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 31-05-2024, ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸ್ಥಳ ಮತ್ತು ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ವಾಟ್ಸಪ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಷನ್ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಾರಣ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬಹುದು.
