ಹಲವು ಹಗರಣಗಳು ಆರೋಪಗಳಿಂದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರ ಸಂಘಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳು ನಡೆದು ನೂತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ಸಂಘಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿರುವ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಉತ್ತರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಸಜ್ಜೆ ಪಾಳ್ಯದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರ್ 15ರ 96 ಎಕರೆ 35 ಗುಂಟೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಉಳಿಸುವ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿ ಅದರಂತೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಜನ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸಮಿತಿ ರಚಿಸಿ ಭರವಸೆ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇಡೀ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಆಶಾದಾಯಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಂಡಿತ್ತು ಆದರೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣರವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯ ಸಮಿತಿ ಹೋಗಿ ಕೆಂಚಪ್ಪಗೌಡ ಮತ್ತು ಹನುಮಂತಯ್ಯ ನವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸಮಿತಿ ಬಂದಮೇಲೆ ಸಜ್ಜೆ ಪಾಳ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಲೇಔಟ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ಆತಂಕಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುಮಾನಾಸ್ಪದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಮಿತಿ ಭೂಗಳ್ಳರನ್ನು ತಡೆದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಸಂಘಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿತ್ತು ಆದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದೆ ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರಿಯ ಇರುವುದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರ ಸಂಘ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ದ್ರೋಹವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ
ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸಜ್ಜೆ ಪಾಳ್ಯದ ಸಂಘಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ ಭೂಗಳ್ಳರ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ತಡೆಯೊಡ್ಡಿ ಬೇಕು ಆಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಯಲೇಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೋರಾಟ ಸಮಿತಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಸಂಘದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸಂಘದ ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಬಾರದೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅನುಯಾಯಿ ಯಾದರೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅನುಯಾಯಿ ಖಜಾಂಚಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಪಕ್ಷತೀತವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಸಂಘ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳ ಆಡೋಬಲ ದಂತಾಗಿ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಸೇವಕ ರಾಗಬೇಕಾದ ಇವರು ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಭೂಗಳ್ಳರ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಕಟಿಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಅನುಮಾನ ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಮರಣ ಶಾಸನ ದಂತಿರುವ ಕಾಂತರಾಜ ಸಮಿತಿ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಒಪ್ಪುವ ಆತುರದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾದ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತಲು ಇಡೀ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರ ಪರ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಈ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡರು ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸುಮ್ಮನಾದದ್ದು ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ತುಂಬಾ ನೋವು ತಂದಿದೆ ಕೆ ಎಚ್ ರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು ಕಂಡ ಕನಸನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆ ಇರುವವರು ಸಂಘದ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿರಬೇಕೇ ಹೊರತು ಸಂಘದಿಂದ ಹಣದ ದೋಚುವ ದುರಾಸೆಯ ಜನರಿಂದ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರ ಸಂಘದ ಉದ್ಧಾರ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಸದನ ಸಮಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳು ಸಂಘದ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿಯವರು ಕಬಳಿಸಲು ಕೆಂಚಪ್ಪ ಗೌಡರೆ ನೇರ ಹೊಣೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿರುವಾಗ ಅಂತಹ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೇ ಈಗಿರುವ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ಅಂದರೆ ಗೌರವ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿರುವುದು ಸಜ್ಜೆ ಪಾಳ್ಯ ಜಮೀನಿನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಜನಾಂಗದ ನಾಯಕರುಗಳ ಸಹಮತ ಇದೆಯೇ.
ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸಂಘದ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಉಳಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಜ್ಜೆ ಪಾಳ್ಯ ಜಮೀನು ಉಳಿಸಿ ಆಂದೋಲನವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತೆಂದು ಹೋರಾಟ ಸಮಿತಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವುದು, ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದದ್ದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಘೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
-To provide free surgical care for underprivileged children across Karnataka
Bengaluru, 17th November 2023: SPARSH Foundation, today announced the 11th editionof its transformative initiative, ‘SPARSH Vachana’, dedicated to providing surgeries to underprivileged children, free of cost. This initiative focuses on improving the lives of children suffering from various congenital and acquired medical conditions, echoing the Foundation’s commitment to bringing Faith, Hope and Love to those children who need it the most.
The inauguration ceremony of the 11th edition of SPARSH Vachana took place on Novembera17th at the SPARSH Hospital Auditorium, located on Infantry Road in Bengaluru. The eventwas graced by Ms. Alshani Shetty (actor) in the presence of Dr. Sharan Shivaraj Patil. Also present at the ceremony were some of the deserving children who have been short listed forthis year’s surgeries along with the children who had previously benefitted from this initiative.
The Foundation has performed 1500+ surgeries for children till date. This year the programa has expanded its horizons by offering a broader spectrum of medical specialties including Cardiac, Neuroscience, and Gastrointestinal procedures for the children.

Under this program, the SPARSH Foundation will provide all the necessary infrastructure and alogistics, including operation theatres and wards. A dedicated team comprising of operating surgeons, theatre staff, nursing staff, paramedical staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dieticians, all operating under the umbrella of SPARSH Hospital, offer theirs services free of cost. This will also include comprehensive post-operative care for as long as required.
