ರಾಜ್ಯದ 436 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಇದೇ ವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿ ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಹಲವಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸದ್ದರು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾದ ಇತರೇ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನೌಕರರಂತೆ ನಮಗೆ ಸೇವಾ ಖಾಯಂ ಸಿಗದೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳಿಂದ ವಂಚನೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಶೋಷಣೆಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಲು ಸೇವಾಖಾಯಂಗಾಗಿ ಅನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅವಧಿ (ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ವೇತನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಖಾಯಂ ಮಾಡುವವರೆಗೆ) ವರೆಗೆ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹೋರಾತ್ರಿ ಧರಣಿ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಕ್ಕೊತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಈ ಹೋರಾಟವು ದಿನಾಂಕ : 05-09-2023 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 11-00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಫ್ರೀಡಂಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 4000 ದಿಂದ 5000 ಜನ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ಅನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅವಧಿ(ಖಾಯಂ ಮಾಡಿ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ವೇತನ ಕೊಡುವವರೆಗೆ) ವರೆಗೆ ಅಹೋರಾತ್ತಿ ಧರಣಿ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಹೋರಾಟ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅವಧಿವರೆಗೆ ಅಹೋರಾತ್ರಿ ಧರಣಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾನೂನು ಪ್ರಕಾರ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು, ಅತಿಥಿ ಎಂಬ ಜೀತ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಮುಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಲು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕಿಯರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಟಿವಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಟಿ .

ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು :

1. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿರುವಂತೆ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಖಾಯಂ ಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

ಖಾಯಂಗೊಳಿಸುವವರೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವುದು

2, 12 ತಿಂಗಳ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ರಜಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು

3, 2022-23 ನೆಯ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೊಂಡ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಿಗೆ (ಅವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾದ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯಗಳ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್ ಆಫ್ ಇವೆಂಟ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ) ಜುಲೈ, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 2023ನ್ನು ಸೇವಾ ಅವಧಿಯೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವಧನ ಕೊಡುವುದು.

4. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಶೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿರುವ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕುವುದು (ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ವಹಿಸುವ ಇತರೇ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್ ಆಫ್ ಇವೆಂಟ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದ ವೇತನ ಕಡಿತ, ಇನ್ನು ಇತರೆ)

5. ಕಾರ್ಯಭಾರ ಕೊರತೆ, ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ, ನಿಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಉಂಟಾದರೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಭಾರ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವರೆಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡದೇ ಇತರೆ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವುದು.

6. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷ 5-6 ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕೌನ್ಸಲಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಒಮ್ಮೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ನೈಜತೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದು ಎಂದು ಡಾ||ನೂರ್ ಅಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಎಂ.ಬಿ -ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಥಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು

Bengaluru, September 4,2023 : Distinguished experts in the field of ophthalmology have raised a red flag on a pressing concern that has the potential to impede corneal transplantations in India. A shortage of available donor eyes, crucial for successful transplant procedures, hash emerged as a challenge casting a shadow over the landscape of ocular healtheare. The experts expressed their concern at an impactful awareness walkathon in Bengaluru, organised by Dre Agarwals Eye Hospital, a leading chain of eye hospital in India. The event was a part of then ongoing National Eye Donation Fortnight campaign, aimed at encouraging people to pledge their eyes and make a profound impact on the lives of those suffering from vision impairment.

More than 100 enthusiastic students from IPS School[Indira Priyadarshini School] and members of the public gathered at the Bannergatta Branch of Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital for the Walkathon. Carrying placards with messages promoting eye donation, the participants walked together, symbolizing their commitment to this noble cause. The Walkathon was flagged off by Shri Dinesh Gundu Rao, Karnataka Health Minister and the event was marked by an inspiring display of unity and a shared sense of responsibility towards creating a world with improved visual health.

Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital has been actively engaged in zone-wise activities to amplify the awareness about eye donation. stakeholders like social workers and paramedical staff, and regulatory considerations have contributed to the challenges faced in increasing eye donations. Religious beliefs and misconceptions further influence donation rates.

The hospital emphasizes the role of education in sensitizing the masses about eye donation and the proper procedure. Integration of eye donation awareness into the educational curriculum, collaboration with healthcare workers, paramedical staff, social workers, and various societal segments is essential to drive a positive change in this regard.

In Dr Agarwals Eye Bank, during the period of 2022-2023, a total of 5,521 eyes were donated from Karnataka, out of which 1,821 corneas were successfully used for transplants. However, only half of the collected corneas are deemed suitable for transplantation due to various factors. ಬ್ಯಾಡರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ರೌಡಿ ಆಸಾಮಿಯಾದ ಶಿವರಾಜ @ ಕುಳ್ಳ ಶಿವ ಈತನು ಹಲ್ಲೆ, ಕೊಲೆಯತ್ನ, ಕೊಲೆ, ದರೋಡೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆತನ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಬ್ಯಾಡರಹಳ್ಳಿ, ತಾವರೆಕೆರೆ, ಮಾದನಾಯಕನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಕುಂಬಳಗೂಡು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 10 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಸದರಿ ಆಸಾಮಿಯ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಅಪರಾಧ ಕೃತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಆತನ ರೌಡಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ, ಬಿ.ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸದಂತೆ ಗಡಿಪಾರು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲು ಕೋರಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಜಂಟಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು (ಅಪರಾಧ) ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ರವರ ಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಅಪರಾಧ ದಳ (ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ) ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಉಪ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ವಿಭಾಗ ರವರಿಗೆ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ರೌಡಿ ಆಸಾಮಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದಿನಾಂಕ 18.08.2023 ರಿಂದ 17.08.2024 ರ ವರೆಗೆ 01 ವರ್ಷದ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ, ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸದಂತೆ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಗಡಿಪಾರು ಮಾಡಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
