With this press release we like to share the development of DJ Hallia and KG Halli police station attack case, which was happened on 11/08/2020, 3 years has passed, still 37 persons are inside the jail due to UAPA charges in the case of Crime no 195/2020 of D J Halli PS and 229/2020 of KG Halli PS.

First 45 days investigation was done by CCB police and subsequently NIA has taken investigation and filed chargesheet in Feb 2021, it is – worth to note that NIA has examined most of the police witnesses in both the cases, and statement of these police witnesses recorded by the CCB was not produce in the NIA charge sheet, same police witnesses had also given statement in all other cases which investigated by the state police and their version is entirely different. Statement recorded by CCB we received by the order of Hon’ble High court only after 2 years, after perusing the same we found that there is fundamental variation in the first statement and statement which are produced in NIA chargesheet, there was no reference of the all the accused persons who were arrested by the NIA in Dec 2020 and most of them were implicated by the NIA under UAPA.

One of the glaring fabrication you can get by the incident of one innova car, NIA has made allegation against the A-19 to 24 (in crime no 229/2020) about the burning of this innova car KA04MP 5959 and alla these 6 persons are still in jail on this allegation, whereas state police has also investigated burning of Innova car in Crime no 235/2020 anda four common witness are examined by the NIA and state police in both these case, different version is there in respect all the statement of 4

witnesses, In the crime no 235/2020 charge sheet filed in Nov 2020, after investigation police came into conclusion that this innova is burned by A-1 Syed Yasin, A-8 Yasir Arfat, A-9 Mohammed Ismil, anda A-18 Mudassir Ahmed S/o Mukhtair Ahmed its noteworthy NIA has neither made these 4 person accused nor examined them.

Whereas as in the NIA chargesheet LW1 Ajay Sarthi PI of KG PS and LW9 Sandeep PSI state the name of A-19 -24 in the NIA statement case, whereas in first statement recorded by the CCB police within fewa days of incident these names were not there, even in crime no 235/2020 they had not given any statement, for this very reason NIA has not produced these statements in the charge sheet.

The same contradiction and fabrication is there in respect of each and every accused those are still in jail under UAPA charges, there are more than 5 hours of Video clips are presented in chargesheet not even a single image is there, wherein these 37 accused are doing any illegal act whereas in the case of DJ halli most of the jailed accused were seen helping the police, it is worth to note that NIA investigation was the continuation of investigation and NIA has not discorded earlier investigation of CCB., inspite of this NIA has concealed the 161 statement recorded by state police.

We are demonstrating this fabrication before the appropriate judicial forum and very much hopeful that very soon all the jail accused persons will get justice, same time we also expect from the media friends to highlight this issue fairly, in the justice and fairness said Mr. Mohammed Tahir at the press meet held at press Club of Bangalore.

ITC extends Project Balposhan to combat child malnutrition in India
In collaboration with NUTRIHUB, ICAR-IIMR and MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child

As part of ITC’s Mission Millets campaign, this collaborative effort aims to alleviate child malnutrition and foster a healthier generation in Valsad, Gujarat

Bengaluru, August 23, 2023 – ITC Limited, announces the second phase of its CSR project – ‘Balposhan’ – a dedicated initiative that addresses child malnutrition in India with a special focus on children below 5 years. In collaboration with NUTRIHUB, ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research, and MAMTA Health Institute for Mother & Child, this project will be implemented in the Valsad district of Gujarat. This initiative is a part of ITC’s Mission Millet campaign, aimed at contributing to various on-going government initiatives of reducing the risks of nutritional deficiencies and also by encouraging the cultivation and consumption of millets, in India.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between ITC and MAMTA Health Institute, partnering NUTRIHUB- ICAR-IIMR along with outlining the objectives and implementation plan of Balposhan. Dignitaries present at the signing event included Dr. B. Dayakar Rao, CEO, NUTRIHUB & Principal Scientist, NUTRIHUB, ICAR-IIMR, Mr. Hemant Malik – Divisional Chief Executive – Foods, ITC Ltd, Dr. Shantanu Sharma, Deputy Director, MAMTA. The MoU signifies the commitment of the organisations to work together towards eradicating child malnutrition, as well as the broader vision of a ‘Kuposhan Mukt Bharat’ – a nation free from malnutrition.

Through Balposhan, ITC is committed to making a meaningful impact in tackling malnutrition among under-five children, particularly focusing on the vulnerable population of Valsad district in the state of Gujarat. The cornerstone of this effort is the Community based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) model, a proven approach that empowers community volunteers to identify and treat malnourished children before their conditions worsen.

By integrating treatment with comprehensive long-term interventions, Balposhan aims to not only alleviate acute malnutrition but also improve overall public health and food security sustainably. The comprehensive strategy encompasses community mobilisation, nutritional rehabilitation, structured maternal education and innovative tools like ‘Balvikas kits’ for early childhood development.

The implementation of the program will be across 85 villages in the Valsad district of Gujarat. The NutriHub team has developed nutrient-dense, millet-based supplementary foods such as Millet Nutri Bar, Millet Khakra Cookies and Millet Khichdi Mix tailored to the specific needs of malnourished children as part of the food based nutritional intervention. These innovative products will play a crucial role in the holistic approach adopted by Balposhan.

In the first phase of Project Balposhan, ITC engaged with 1,000 beneficiaries including children under 5 years, their mothers, as well as pregnant women in Valsad district, Gujarat. The initiative helped raise awareness about the negative impact of malnutrition’s on children under 5 years of age, particularly within the crucial first 1,000 days of their lives. The project’s key achievements encompassed a comprehensive assessment of nutrition status, dietary intakes and caregiving practices among children and their mothers. The findings from this phase resonated with the latest National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5) data, reflecting both alarming rates of malnutrition indicators and alignment with existing statistics.
This collaboration not only aligns with the Indian government’s focus on addressing malnutrition but also contributes to ITC’s commitment to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ವರ್ಷವಾದ ಈ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ (2023-24) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಾಹೆಯಾನ ಬಿಡಬೇಕಾದ ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿರುವ ವಿವಾದದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ಸ್ ಫೋರಂ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ಸ್ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಗಳ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಸಲಾದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಂಶಗಳು:

ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ: ಸಾಲು’ (2023-24), ಮುಂಗಾರು ಮಳೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಮಳೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವು ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ವಾಡಿಕೆ ಮಳೆಗಿಂತ ಅಲ್ಪ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದು, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಕಣಿವೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಜಲಾಶಯಗಳ ನೀರಿನ ಶೇಖರಣೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ(94.152ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ). ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ನೀರಿನ ಅಭಾವ ವರ್ಷ”ವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

18-02-2018ರ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪಿನಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಬಿಳಿಗುಂಡ್ಲು ಜಲ ಮಾಪನ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ನೀರನ್ನು “ಅನುಪಾತದ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಧಾನ “ಅವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರಿಯಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಲಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹತ್ತು ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ನೀರಾವರಿಗಾಗಿ, 4.75 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ 4.75 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲು ಜಲಾಶಯದಲ್ಲಿ 24 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ನೀರಿನ ಶೇಖರಣೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಧೀಕರಣ 17.15 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ನೀರನ್ನು “ಉಳಿದ ನೀರಿನ” ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ 51.15 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ. ಹೊಸ ನೀರನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜಲಾಶಯಗಳಿಂದ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿಗೆ 10 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ಭೂ ಜಲವನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಭೂ ಜಲ ಯಾವಾಗ ಬಳಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಾವೇರಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳದ ಜಲ ಸಮ್ಯಸೆಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ: ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕಾದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು 10 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ಭೂ ಜಲವನ್ನು ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿ ಮುಂಗಾರಿನ ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುರುವ ಭತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಲಿದ್ದು ಆ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸಿಗುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಮಳೆಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಳಿಗುಂಡ್ಲುವಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುವ ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿ ಆ ನೀರನ್ನು ಹಿಂಹಾರು ಋತುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಲು ಜಲಾಶಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಿಡಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಈ ಸಲಹೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಜೂನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಜನವರಿವರೆಗೂ ಬಿಡಬೇಕಾದ ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಕಾವೇರಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಕಾವೇರಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಕರಣ ಕಂಡಿಕೆ 1 ರಿಂದ 18 ಪುಟ 207, 208 ವ್ಯಾಲ್ಯಂ 5ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಕಬಿನಿ ಜಲಾಶಯ, ಕೆರ್‌ಸ್‌ ಜಲಾಶಯ, ಕಬಿನಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಆರ್‌ಸ್‌ ಕೆಳಭಾಗದ ಜಲಾನಯನ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ (25 ಸಾವಿರ ಚದರ ಕೀಲೋ ಮೀಟರ್ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ) ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ 60 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ. 52 ಟಿ.ಎಂಸಿ ಮತ್ತು 80 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಉಚ್ಛನ್ಯಾಯಲಯ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ 177.25 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ: ಕಬಿನಿಯಿಂದ 48 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ(27%), ಕೆಆರ್‌ಸೆಯಿಂದ 50ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ(28) .ಹಾಗೂ ಕಬಿನಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಆರ್‌ಸ್ ಕೆಳಭಾಗದ ಜಲಾನಯನ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ 80ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ(45) ನೀರು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮೇಲೆ ವಿವರಿಸಲಾದ ಮೂರು ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕಬಿನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಆರ್‌ಸ್‌ ಡ್ಯಾಂನಿಂದ ಬಿಡಲಾಗುವ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಆತೋಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾವನ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದೆ, ಆದರೆ ಈ ಎರಡು ಹಣೆಕಟ್ಟಿನ ಕೆಳಭಾಗದ ಜಲಾನಯನ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ, 2007-08ರಿಂದ 2022-23ರವರೆಗಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೀರಿನ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸರ್ಹವಲ್ಲ, ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ 80 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುವ ಹೊಣೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೇರುವುದು ಉಚಿತವಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಬಿನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಆರ್‌ಸ್‌ ಡ್ಯಾಂನಿಂದ ಬಿಡಬೇಕಾದ ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರನ್ನನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನಿಗಧಿ ಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ಕಬಿನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಆರ್‌ ಕಣಿಕಟ್ಟುಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ಹರಿಸಲು ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಬಂದಾಗ ಆ ವರ್ಷದ ಹಿಂಗಾರು ಮಳೆ ತರುವಾಯ “ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ವರ್ಷ” ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ “ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಶೇಖಡವಾರು ಘೋಷಿಸಿ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೋರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದ ವರ್ಷ ವಿವಾದವು ಉಚ್ಚನ್ಯಾಯಲಯದ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲನ್ನು ಏರುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು “ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಜಲ ವಿವಾದ ಇರ್ತ್ಯಥಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ವಿಪತ್ತು ನಿಧಿಯನ್ನು” ಹಣದ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನೀಡವಂತಹ ಹೊಸ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸೂಕ್ತ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಲಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸಲು ಆಗ್ತಾಯಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಕ್ಷೀಣಿಸುತ್ತಿರು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜಲ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಸದ್ವಿನಿಯೋಗ ಪಡಿಸಲು “ಉಚ್ಛ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿ “ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನದಿಗಳ ಮುಖಜ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡೆಲ್ಟಾ)” ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದ ಭೂ ಜಲದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾವೇರಿ, ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಗೋದಾವರಿ: ಮುಖಜ ಭೂಮಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗ ಬಹುದಾದ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಭೂ ಜಲದ ನೀರು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಸಿಗಲಿದ್ದು ಅನುಕಾಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಆದುದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಮಾಡಲು ಕೋರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಯೋಚಿಸಲು “ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಜಲವಿದ್ಯುತ್‌ ಯೋಜನೆ”ಗೆ ತಮಿಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ಇದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಉಚ್ಛನ್ಯಾಯಲಯದ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಲ್ಲಿ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಖರಣೆಯಾಗುವ 65 ಟಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ನೀರು ಎರಡು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೂ ಉಪಯೋಗವಾಗಲಿದ್ದು “ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತತೆ ವೇದ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ”. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಉಚ್ಛನ್ಯಾಯಲಯವು ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಬದಿಗೊತ್ತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲು ಕೋರುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುವ “ಭೂ ಜಲದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು” ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಕಾವೇರಿ ಕಣಿವೆಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೇಂದು ಕಾವೇರಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೋರಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಕಣಿವೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಲಮಾಪನ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ವಿನಿಮಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೋರಲು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ಸ್ ಫೋರಂ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ಸ್ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಗಳ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಥಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
