Padam Shri PT Usha will flag off and run Little Millennium Kids Marathon – a unique Platform to support the cause against Child Abuse

Mega Marathon to attract over 7000 footfalls while over 1500 children run for the cause

March 18, 2023, Bengaluru: Kicking off its mega initiative “Run against Child Abuse”, Little Millennium – one of the leading preschool chains in India, will be organizing a Kids Marathon in Bengaluru tomorrow by inviting children aged 2-10 years to run for this pertinent cause at the St . Joseph’s Indian High School Ground, D’ Souza Layout, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru. The run will be vehemently supported by Veteran athlete Padam Shri PT Usha who will be present at the event to support the cause and run with the children.

Being a socially conscious organization and backed by its core philosophy of energizing and enhancing childhood. Little Millennium one of the leading preschool chains in India has been conducting Kids Marathon, a short distance run by preschool children to support the cause against child abuse and promote healthy development of children. In the past, approx. 1500 children in the age of 2-10 years ran in the marathon. It is estimated that almost 60,000 children and parents have joined this cause, across India, so far.

I ‘m glad to be a part of this initiative.”

Elaborating on the expansion plans for Little Millennium in Southern India. Mr. Anand said. “We have a large presence across Bengaluru and have around 80 preschools operational, murturing over 12000 children. We have plans to add 30 more preschools in the next 1 year. We are also looking at opening centres in Karnataka, outside Bengaluru, and plan to open another 50 centres in the state.”

The Opening of HPSN India 2023 by Master of the Ceremony Dr Shimpa Sharma (Director Academics, DY Patil Medical College, Kolhapur) was presented earlier.
