ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ನ,3, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಆನೇಕಲ್‌ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಕಲ್ಲು ಬಾಳು ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀಸಲಾದ ನಿವೇಶಗಳನ್ನು (10.5ಎಕರೆ) ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ್ ಶೆಲ್ಕರ್ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಭಾರೀ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ನಿವೇಶನ ಖರೀದಿಸಿದವರಿಗೆ 150 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಂಚನೆಗೊಳಗಾದವರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

“ನೂರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ಆರ್.ಡಿ.ಎ ಸಮಗ್ರ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಎಫ್.ಐ.ಆರ್. ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಕಲ್ಲುಬಾಳು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್‌ ಸದಸ್ಯ, ಸದಾನಂದ ಮತ್ತು ವಂಚನೆಗೊಳಗಾದ ನಿವೇಶನ ಮಾಲೀಕರು, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಇಡೀ ಆಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಬಿಲ್ಕರ್ಸ್ ಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಶಾಮೀಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಜೀವನ ಪರ್ಯಂತ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನತೆ ಇವರಿಂದ ಮೋಸ ಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಮಗ್ರ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ದೂರಿದರು.

ನಿಸರ್ಗ, ನಂದನವನ, ನಿರ್ಮಲ ನಗರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಐದು ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಭಾರೀ ವಂಚನೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 25 ರಿಂದ 50 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯಷ್ಟು ವಂಚನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರ್ವಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಒತ್ತುವರಿಯಾಗಿ, ಬಿಎಂಆರ್.ಡಿಎ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಖಾತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಉಮಾ ಮಹದೇವ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅತೀಕ್ ಅವರು ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಸುಮಾರು 10.5 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆನೇಕಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಖಾತೆ ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ, ಇಂತಹ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿರುವವರು ಬಹುತೇಕ ಮಂದಿ ಅಮಾಯಕರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವರು ವಿದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಿಎ ನಿವೇಶನ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಅಕ್ರಮದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್‌ ಇಒ ಅವರು ತಡೆಯಾಜ್ಞೆ ನೀಡಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಮುಂದೂಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಇದೀಗ ತಡೆಯಾಜ್ಞೆ ತೆರವುಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಅಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸಕ್ಕೂ ಸಹ ಭಾರೀ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಶೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದವರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸದಾನಂದ – ಎಂದು ಸಧಸ್ಯರು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು .

03.11.2022, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಗರಸಭೆ, ಪುರಸಭೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಹಲವಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ದಲಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅವರು ಕಸ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಮಲ ಬಾಚುವ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ನಗರ, ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸೇವಾನಿರತ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಕೂಲಿಯಾಗಲಿ, ನ್ಯಾಯೋಚಿತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಬದ್ಧ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳಾಗಲಿ ದೊರತಿಲ್ಲ, ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ದೊರೆಯುವ ಆದಾಯವನ್ನೇ ನಂಬಿ ಬದುಕುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಆಗದೇ ಪಡಿಪಾಟಲು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಮಾಜದ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಉದಾಸೀನತೆಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೇರ ಪಾವತಿ ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಮತ್ತು ನೆಪಮಾತ್ರ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೋಷಣೆ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಘನತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವ ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಯಕರು, ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಖಾಯಂಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ಜುಲೈ 1 – 4, 2022 ರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕೆಲಸ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಅನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಾವಧಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಖಾಯಂಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆಶ್ವಾಸನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಯಂಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಅಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹಲವಾರು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ ಸಹ ಈ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಿರುವಾಗ್ಯೂ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಶ್ವಾಸನೆಯನ್ನು ಮುರಿದು ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕೇವಲ 11,133 ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಖಾಯಂ ಮಾಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಇದನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸಿದ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಖಾಯಂಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕರು/ ಸಹಾಯಕರನ್ನು ನೇರ ಪಾವತಿ ಸಂಭಾವನೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದು ಅವರನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಯಂ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಇದು, ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದ ನಿರ್ಣಯವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ನಾಡಿನ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಕಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಧೈಯೋದ್ದೇಶವು ಖಾಯಮಾತಿ ಎಡೆಗೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ, ಖಾಯಮಾತಿಯು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಘನತೆಯನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಖಾಯಮಾತಿ, ವಸತಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಉತ್ತಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯತೆ, ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಹೋರಾಟವು ಘನತೆಯುತ್ತ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಜೀವನದೆಡೆಗೆ ‘ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಸಮಾವೇಶ’ ವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

2, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ವಸತಿ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು

  1. ಪೌರಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು
  2. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಬೇಕು
  3. ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಲಾ ರು. 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಸಿಕ್ ರು. 10,000 ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು
  4. ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ರು. 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಧನ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕಂಪ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು

Shared Electric Mobility leader Yulu signs an MoU with Government of Karnataka to invest ₹ 1200 crores and create 7000+ jobs

Bengaluru, 02, November 2022 – Yulu, India’s market leader in shared electric 2 wheeler Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) and Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) businesses, today entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Karnataka re-affirming its commitment to the electric mobility ambition of the State. The MoU was signed by Mr R K Misra, Co-Founder, Yulu, in the presence of the Honorable Chief Minister of Karnataka Shri Basavaraj Bommai, Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, other Union Cabinet Ministers, State Government officials and other prominent dignitaries at the Invest Karnataka Global Investors Meet in Bengaluru.


As part of the MoU, Yulu in line with its business expansion for exponential growth, will invest ₹ 1200 crores to deploy a fleet of 1 Lakh EVs and operationalize the largest EV battery charging and swapping infrastructure in the State over the next 5 years. In addition to creating a practical & affordable shared solution for urban mobility at scale, the MoU also covers investments made in product innovation, new technology and sustainable operations. Yulu will create about 7000 direct jobs across its value chain activities. Additionally, Yulu will leverage its R&D and research expertise to design, develop & manufacture IoTs and EV charging equipment.

The International SOS Digital Learning Portfolio is continually evolving and growing to support organisations in navigating the ever-changing global mobility landscape. This new course is designed to help employees understand the critical role that they play in reducing the likelihood of an information security breach while on-the-move.

 

The course content provides examples of:

·         The different methods used by cybercriminals when trying to gain access to networks and devices,

·         Guidance on how to stay protected against these methods, and

·         How to prepare workforces for potential threats whilst outside the workplace.

 

International SOS created this new elearning module in collaboration with the BSI Digital trust Consulting Services team. It has been designed to equip workforces with the knowledge they need to protect their valuable data and stay secure by practicing safe online behaviour.

The module is initially available in English with French, German, Italian, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese versions to follow in the coming months. It has been released utilising a new template which provides solutions to better support Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. It takes less than 10 minutes to complete and is available to enroll from the Digital Learning Portfolios via the International SOS TrainingPortal.
