ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 29, 2025: ನಗರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಡೆವಲಪರ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದ ವೈಷ್ಣವಿ ಗ್ರೂಪ್, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಹೊಸ ಅಲ್ಟ್ರಾ-ಐಷಾರಾಮಿ ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ‘ವೈಷ್ಣವಿ ಎಟಿ-ಒನ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಬೃಂದಾವನ’ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ. ಸಮಗ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸ ಅರ್ಥ ನೀಡುವ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ವಸತಿ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಷ್ಣವಿ ಗ್ರೂಪ್‌ನ ಏಳನೇ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸುಮಾರು 4.95 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಪುಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಒಟ್ಟು 359 ವಾಸ್ತುಸೌಹಾರ್ದ 3 ಮತ್ತು 4 ಬಿಎಚ್‌ಕೆ ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. 1,870 ರಿಂದ 2,566 ಚದರ ಅಡಿ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ವಿಶಾಲ ನಿವಾಸಗಳ ಬೆಲೆ ₹3.5 ಕೋಟಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. **1,200 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.**ಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ 2029ರ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದು, ಬನಶಂಕರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಪಿ ನಗರ ವಲಯದ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ವಸತಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಎಕರೆ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಉದ್ಯಾನ, 25,745 ಚದರ ಅಡಿಗಳ ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ಹೌಸ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಂಟನ್ ಕೋರ್ಟ್, ಸ್ಕ್ವಾಷ್ ಕೋರ್ಟ್, ಮಿನಿ ಥಿಯೇಟರ್, ಫಿಟ್ನೆಸ್ ವಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳು ಸೇರಿವೆ. ಹಸಿರು ವಾತಾವರಣ, ಗೌಪ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಗುರುತನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತವೆ.

Couple Booked for Allegedly Torturing and Killing Adopted Dog in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: A shocking case of animal cruelty has surfaced in the city, where a couple allegedly tortured and killed an adopted pet dog. The incident has led to a criminal case being registered against the duo at the Puttenahalli Police Station.

According to a complaint filed by A.S. Sharath Lal, an official with the Animal Welfare Board, the accused have been identified as Anubhav Kabra and his wife Kriti Lab.

In his complaint, Sharath Lal stated that in 2021, the couple had adopted a dog named Bongo from Swarnima Nishant, assuring her that they would take full responsibility for the pet’s care and well-being. However, on October 23, when Swarnima contacted Anubhav to inquire about the dog, she allegedly learned that Bongo had been subjected to cruelty and died as a result.

The complaint further alleges that the accused not only mistreated the dog but also caused inconvenience to the public by abandoning the animal’s remains inappropriately.

Sharath Lal has urged the authorities to conduct a thorough investigation and initiate strict legal action against the accused under relevant provisions of the law.

Police confirmed that notices will be issued to Anubhav Kabra and Kriti Lab directing them to appear for inquiry regarding the allegations.

Recovering from childbirth demands careful attention to nutrition, rest, and emotional well-being. While protein, iron, Omega-3 fats, and antioxidants are well-known essentials, there’s one nutrient that deserves more recognition — tocotrienols, a potent and lesser-known form of vitamin E.

A Stronger Form of Vitamin E

Vitamin E occurs in two main types: tocopherols and tocotrienols. Most diets and supplements provide tocopherols, particularly alpha-tocopherol. However, research shows that delta and gamma tocotrienols offer stronger antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and tissue-healing effects — qualities especially beneficial during postpartum recovery.

Why It Matters After Childbirth

Following delivery, a woman’s body undergoes intense physical repair. Microscopic tissue damage, hormonal fluctuations, and oxidative stress can trigger inflammation, fatigue, and mood changes. Tocotrienols may help reduce this inflammation, promote skin healing (useful for C-section scars and stretch marks), and support brain and immune health as the body regains balance.

Adding Tocotrienols to the Diet

Natural sources include palm oil, annatto seeds, rice bran oil, barley, and wheat germ. Among these, palm oil is the richest, containing much higher tocotrienol levels than other oils. Incorporating two to four teaspoons of palm oil daily or occasionally using rice bran oil can help increase intake safely through everyday meals.
