1. ಕವಿಪ್ರನಿನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 2007 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 319 ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಇಂನಿಜಿನಿರುಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ನಿಯಮಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ . ಆಗಿನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಶೇ .25 ರಷ್ಟು ಕೋಟಾ ವನ್ನು ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ .
2. ಶೇ .90 ಮತ್ತು ಶೇ .10 ರ ಕೋಟಾವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯು ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೋಟಾ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಹಿರಿತನದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸರಿಯಿರುತ್ತದೆ .
3 , ದಿನಾಂಕ : 10.12.20210 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶದ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗಿರತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ , ಸದರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದಂತೆ , ಯಾವುದೇ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅನುಪಾತ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ , ಆ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಪಾತವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ . ಆದರೆ ಕವಿಪ್ರನಿನಿಯ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ .
4. ಸದನಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಇಂಧನ ಸಚಿವರು ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ : ಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಕಂಠೇಗೌಡ ಇವರ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಇಂಧನ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿ.ಸುನೀಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ರವರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಉತ್ತರವು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ . ಕವಿಪ್ರನಿನಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಉತ್ತರವು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ .

ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸುಧಾರಕರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಲ್ಲ . ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ ಪ್ರವರ್ತಕರು , ಧರ್ಮ ಪಂಥಗಳ ಪಾಠಗಳೂ ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿವೆ . ಶಂಕಾರಾಚಾರ್ಯ , ಮಧ್ವಾಚಾರ್ಯ , ರಾಮಾನುಜಾಚಾರ್ಯ , ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪರಮಹಂಸ , ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರ ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆಗಳೂ ಇವೆ . ಇವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಒಂದೇ ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆ ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ . ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲ . ಕೇವಲ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ . ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾರಾಯಣಗುರು , ಪೆರಿಯಾರ್ ಸೇರಿದರೆ ತಪ್ಪೇನು ?
ರೋಹಿತ್ ಚಕ್ರತೀರ್ಥರು ನಿತ್ಯ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಬಂದಂತೆ ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ಸತ್ಯ ಅದೇ ಚರಿತ್ರೆ ‘ ಎಂದು ಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಇದು ಅಚ್ಚರಿಯ ವಿಷಯ ಅಲ್ಲ , ಆದರೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ನಾಗೇಶ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಕೆಲವು ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳು ಅಚ್ಚರಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತವೆ .
ಹಿಂದೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಸಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ರಾಯಣ್ಣ , ಮದಕರಿನಾಯಕ , ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ , ರಾಣಿ ಅಬ್ಬಕ್ಕ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಂದೂ ಲೈನ್ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಕುವೆಂಪು , ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡರ ಪಾಠ ತೆಗೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದೂ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಂತೆ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಠಗಳು ಇದ್ದವು . ಇಲ್ಲ ಅನ್ನೋದಾದ್ರೆ ಮರುಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಿತ್ತಲ್ಲ ? ಕೆಲವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅನ್ನೋದಾದ್ರೆ , ಇವರೇ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಿತ್ತಲ್ಲ ? ಅದರ ಬದಲು ಇವರು ಸೇರಿಸಿದ ಪಾಠಗಳು ಜನವಿರೋಧಿಯಾಗಿವೆ .
ಈಗಿನ ಮರುಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಜಾತಿವಾದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೂಲಭೂತವಾದಿ ನಿಲುವು ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಗಡೆವಾರ್ ಅವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜದ ಬದಲು ಭಗವಾಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದಿ ‘ ಭಗವಾ ‘ ಅನ್ನೋದನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಪಾಠ ಹಾಕಿರುವುದೇ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ . ಕೋಮುವಾದಿ ಭಾವನೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆಯೆಂದು ತೆಗೆದಿದ್ದೇವೆ ‘ ಎಂದು ಚಕ್ರತೀರ್ಥ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೋಮುವಾದ ಇತ್ತು ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಇದು ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವಿರೋಧಿ . ನಾವು ಇದನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ .
ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿವಾದಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಲು ಮರು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಪಠ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು . ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪಠ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಬೇಕು . ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾವು ಈ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಮರು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

Sunil Grover Live in Bengaluru – Indian actor and stand-up comedian will be performing live on 27th May 2022 at Algorithm by Forum Shantiniketan Mall, Whitefield Bangalore.
Sunil Grover is Famous for his character Gutthi in Comedy Nights with Kapil, Indian comedian Sunil Grover has been in the industry for a long time and has essayed a plethora of supporting roles. Discovered by veteran comedian late Jaspal Bhatti, he starred in Pyaar to Hona Hi Tha (1998), after which he featured in The Legend of Bhagat Singh (2002), and Family: Ties of Blood (2006).
His talent was recognized when he acted in India`s first silent comedy Gutur Gu (2010-2014). The actor then essayed the role of Dr Mashoor Gulati in The Kapil Sharma Show, for which he got widespread recognition. His other notable work includes Gabbar Is Back (2015), Baaghi (2016), Coffee with D (2017), before he was cast in Pataakha (2018). His 2019 release includes Bharat.
