Fresh ICL Fincorp NCD Issue Opens November 17; Tenures Up to 70 Months

ICL Fincorp has announced the launch of its latest public issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), scheduled to open on 17 November 2025. The issue offers an effective yield of up to 12.62%, positioning it as an appealing investment avenue for those seeking secure returns with flexible tenure choices.

The company said it continues to be encouraged by the strong response to its earlier NCD offerings, adding that the trust shown by investors drives its efforts to design stronger and more responsive financial products.

The issue, which carries a CRISIL BBB– (Stable) rating, will remain open until 28 November 2025. Each debenture is priced at ₹1,000, and the offer provides ten investment options across tenures of 13, 24, 36, 60, and 70 months. Investors can choose between monthly, annual or cumulative interest payment structures, with interest rates ranging from 10.50% to 12.62%. The minimum subscription amount has been set at ₹10,000, keeping the issue accessible to a broad segment of retail and institutional investors.

ICL Fincorp plans to deploy the proceeds to strengthen its expansion initiatives and upgrade the services offered to customers across the country. The company said the issue underscores its commitment to delivering dependable and customer-focused financial solutions.

ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30, 2025 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ವಹಿವಾಟುಗಳಿಂದ ಕಂಪನಿ ಯ ಏಕೀಕೃತ ಆದಾಯ ₹ 3,592.18 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷದ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30, 2024 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ₹ 2,871.77 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. ಒಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ವಹಿವಾಟಿನಿಂದ ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲಿ (FY25) ₹ 5,982.59 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲಿ (FY24) ₹ 5,251.00 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷ( FY23) ದಲ್ಲಿ ₹ 2,553.72 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು.
ಕಳೆದ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30, 2025 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ವಹಿವಾಟುಗಳಿಂದ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಏಕೀಕೃತ ಆದಾಯ ₹ 3,592.18 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30, 2024ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ₹ 2,871.77 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು.

ಜೆಎಂ ಫೈನಾನ್ಷಿಯಲ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್, ಐಐಎಫ್‌ಎಲ್ ಕ್ಯಾಪಿಟಲ್ ಸರ್ವೀಸಸ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ (ಹಿಂದೆ ಐಐಎಫ್‌ಎಲ್ ಸೆಕ್ಯುರಿಟೀಸ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು) ಮತ್ತು ನೊಮುರಾ ಫೈನಾನ್ಷಿಯಲ್ ಅಡ್ವೈಸರಿ ಅಂಡ್ ಸೆಕ್ಯುರಿಟೀಸ್ (ಇಂಡಿಯಾ) ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಬುಕ್-ರನ್ನಿಂಗ್ ಲೀಡ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಆಗಿವೆ; ಮತ್ತು ಎಂಯುಎಫ್‌ಜಿ ಇಂಟೈಮ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ (ಹಿಂದೆ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಇಂಟೈಮ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್) ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರಾರ್ ಆಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಆಫರ್‌ ಅನ್ನು  ಬುಕ್-ಬಿಲ್ಡಿಂಗ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯ 75% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದನ್ನು ಅರ್ಹ ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಖರೀದಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯ 15% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದನ್ನು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕವಲ್ಲದ ಬಿಡ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯ 10% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಬಿಡ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ SEBI ICDR ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಆಫರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾದ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅರ್ಹ ಬಿಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಪೋಲೋ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ (ACC), ಬಾನಶಂಕರ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಸೆಲ್ಯುಲರ್ ಥೆರಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ತ–ಮಜ್ಜೆ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಪಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಘಟಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ರಕ್ತಸಂಬಂಧಿ ರೋಗಗಳ ಆರೈಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ಸಮಗ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮನೆಮೂಲದ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲೇ ಉತ್ತಮ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ತಜ್ಞರಾದ ಡಾ. ನೀಮಾ ಭಟ್, ಪ್ರೊ. ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ ಅಗರವಾಲ್, ಪ್ರೊ. ಡಾ. ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ಎಸ್, ಡಾ. ಪೂನಂ ಮೌರ್ಯ, ಡಾ. ಆದಿತ್ಯ ಮುರಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಕ್ಷಯ್ ಓಲೆಟಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ – ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯ, ಅಪೋಲೋ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

ಡಾ. ನೀಮಾ ಭಟ್ ರವರು, “ಈ ಕೇಂದ್ರವು ಲ್ಯೂಕಿಮಿಯಾ, ಲಿಂಫೋಮಾ, ಮಲ್ಟಿಪಲ್ ಮೈಯಲೋಮಾ, ಥಾಲಸೇಮಿಯಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ ರೋಗಗಳಿಗೆ ರಕ್ತಮಜ್ಜೆ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಪಣ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ. ಅನುಭವಸಂಪನ್ನ ತಜ್ಞರ ಬಹುಶಿಸ್ತ್ರ ತಂಡದಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ”ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಪ್ರೊ. ಡಾ. ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ಎಸ್ ರವರು, “ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕಲ್ ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಸೋಂಕು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೋಟೋಕಾಲ್ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಆರೈಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು.”ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಪ್ರೊ. ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ ಅಗರವಾಲ್ ರವರು, “ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ದೇಹದ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕೋಶಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ರೋಗವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.”ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

ಶ್ರೀ ಅಕ್ಷಯ್ ಓಲೆಟಿ ಅವರು,“ಈ ಹೊಸ ಘಟಕದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಪೋಲೋ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅತಿ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವತ್ತ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದೆ ”ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
