ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿಂದು ನಡೆದ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಅವರ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಅತೀ ಅಗತ್ಯ ವಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿವಾಹ ವಿಚ್ಚೇದನ ದಂತಹ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ನಿವಾರಣೆಗೆ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಲಯನ್ ಗಜೇಂದ್ರ ನಾಯ್ಡು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ವಿವಾಹ ವಿಚ್ಛೇದನದಂತಹ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ.ಇದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕುಟುಂಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಲಯನ್ ಸುಮಾ ಮಹೇಂದರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪುರುಷರು ಕೂಡ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಂದ ಶೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಅವರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್ ಸಮಾಜ ಯುವ ಸಂಘವು ಚಿನ್ನಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಪ್ ಲಾಂಚ್ ಮತ್ತು ಟೀಮ್ ಲಾಂಚ್ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು.
ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಟೂರ್ನಮೆಂಟ್ ಟ್ರೋಫಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯ ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಟ್ರೋಫಿ 4.5 ಅಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ಟ್ರೋಫಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಎಲ್ಲಾ 12 ತಂಡದ ಟಿ-ಶರ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಲೋಗೊಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟಕರು, ತಂಡದ ಮಾಲೀಕರು, ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಟನ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಂಘಟಕರು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಡದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಕರನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್ ಸಮಾಜ ಕರಣಾಟಕ ಅಂತರ ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್ ಸಮಾಜ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರ ಸಮಾಜ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂಘಟಕರು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ

Agarawal Samaj Yuva Sangh organised a Cup Launch and Team Launch function in Chinnaswamy Stadium.
During the function the Tournament Trophy was launched. The trophy which will be Given to the winner of the Tournament is 4.5 Feet and is handmade trophy.
Also all the 12 team T-shirt’s and Logos were launched by the organisers, Team Owners , Captains and Guests.
The Organizers announced Women’s and children Cricket.
During the Function all the team owners and Sponsors of the Tournament were felicitated for the support and contribution.
The organisers also announced that in the coming days Agarawal Samaj Karanataka will also be organzing Inter Agrawal Samaj State and Inter Samaj cricket tournaments also

Fundermax exterior grade laminate is a modern material which can be used to achieve and strike a balance between aesthetical appeal and functional elements of a facade design,”says Dinesh.
Pioneering Processes
Fundermax’s commitment to quality and sustainability begins at sourcing. Since the brand works with wood-based products, it ensures that it follows a renewable wood processing system. Fundermax only sources from places that have a Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certificate and/or Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). This ensures a green building while preventing deforestation.
Fundermax’s in-house design team works on the compatibility of the product to the design given by the architect. The intent is to work towards design compatibility and reduce wastage. Designers work on factors such as wind-loading, sun path, exposure to heat etc.
With the construction industry in India being unorganized, accountability often rests with the product company instead of the executor. To ensure consistency in application, Fundermax developed a system of panel installation that standardized the process and ensured fire safety. All installers are trained with the right tools and they now enjoy a price advantage that could be adjusted to scale.
