ದಿನಾಂಕ 18-03-2021 ರಿಂದ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರು ಅನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಧರಣಿ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹ ನಡೆಸುವ ಕುರಿತು .

1. 2011 ರಿಂದ 2019-20 ರವರೆಗೆ ರೂ . 3550 / – ಕೋಟಿ ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡದೇ ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ . ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು . 2. 2021-22 ಕ ಆಯ – ವ್ಯಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ 6 ನೇ ವೇತನದ ಸರಿಸಮಾನ ವೇತನ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ನಾಲ್ಲು ನಿಗಮಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ( Viability Fund ) ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಆಯ – ವ್ಯಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಘೋಷಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಂಡು , ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು . ಅದರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಘನ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಯ – ವ್ಯಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸದೇ ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಂಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಹಣ ನೀಡಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ನಿರಾಶೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮುಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ . 3 , ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಬಹುದೊಡ್ಡ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಾದ ಕಾಷ್ ಬೇಸ್ ( ಹಣ ರಹಿತ ) ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಕೋರಲಾಗಿತ್ತು . ಅದರೆ ಹಳೆಯ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಗೆ ಅಲ್ಪಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ತಂದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ . 4. ನಾಲ್ಕು ನಿಗಮಗಳ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರ ಅಂತಿಮ ಪಾವತಿ ಬಾಕಿ ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 11 12-2020 ರಂದು ಮುಷ್ಕರದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರು ವಿಕಾಸಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಾಲ್ಕು ನಿಗಮಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳಗೆ 15 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈಡೇರಿಸುವ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು ಆದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆವಿಗೂ ಈಡೇರಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . 5. ಆಡಳಿತ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಬೇಕಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಘಟಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಲಭಿಸಲು ನಾಲ್ಲು ನಿಗಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕರೂಪದ ಆಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಾದ ಎರಡು ಹಂತದ ಆಡಳಿತ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳು ಅಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ .

ದಿನಾಂಕ 18-03-2021 ರಿಂದ ಅನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಉದ್ಯಾನ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಣಿ ಧರಣಿ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ . ನೌಕರರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅನಿವಾಯವಾಗಿ ನೌಕರರ ಹಿತಕಾಪಾಡುವ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ್ಯಾಕವಾದ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ .

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರ ಫೆಡರೇಷನ್ (AITUC )ವತಿಯಿಂದ ದಿನಾಂಕ 15.03.2021ರ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಗೆ 9:30ರ ರಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ 5 ಗಂಟೆಯ ವರೆಗೆ ರಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಮುಷ್ಕರವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಷ್ಕರಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಯಲಹಂಕ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಬನಶಂಕರಿ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಯೋಜನೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಬಜೆಟ್ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಊಟ, ನೀರಿನ ಸಮೇತ್ತ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಮವಸ್ರ್ತ ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ತೆರೆಯಬೇಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ವೃತ್ತದ ಲೀಡರ್ ಗಳು ಸಮಯ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇರುವ ಕಾರಣ ತಾವೆಲ್ಲಾರು ತಪ್ಪದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವೃತ್ತದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾ ದಿನದಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
