ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಆರೋಪ ಹೊರಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌, ಹಗರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ತನಿಖಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡದೇ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕಷ್ಟೇ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿ.

ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಆರೋಪ ಹೊತ್ತಿರುವ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷ ತನಿಖೆಯಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಯಾವ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೂ ಮುಂದಾಗದೇ, ಹಗರಣ ನಡೆದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಪರೋಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ.

  1. ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಹಗರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಗಂಭೀರ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ನಾಯಕರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಪತ್ರಗಳಿದ್ದೂ ಈ ವರೆಗೆ ಯಾರ ವಿರುದ್ಧವೂ ಯಾಕೆ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಲ್ಲ?
  2. ದೂರು ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡದೇ ನಿತ್ಯ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದು ಏರು ಧ್ವನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ನಾಯಕರ ನಡೆಯ ಹಿಂದೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಪ್ರಿಯತೆ ಅಡಗಿದೆಯೋ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಣ ಅಪವ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿಕ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಇದೆಯೋ?
  3. ‘ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಕೊಡಿ’ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಸಿಎಲ್‌ಪಿ ನಾಯಕರು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ‘ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ’ ಎಂದು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಿಮಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ, ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಸಾಕೆ? ಹಗರಣವನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕ ಹೋರಾಟದ ದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯುವ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ, ನಿಖರ ಯೋಜನೆ ಇದೆಯೇ?
  4. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ರಕ್ತ, ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನು ಹೀರಿ, ತಿಂದು ಇದೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಸಿಬಿ ರಚಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಹಗರಣದ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಇದೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ದೂರು ನೀಡಬಹುದಿತ್ತಲ್ಲ? ಯಾಕೆ ಎಸಿಬಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ಗೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ?

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಉತ್ತರಿಸುವುದೇ?

  1. ಸುಮಾರು ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಆರೋಪವನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಯಾಕೆ ತನಿಖೆಯ ಆಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ತನಿಖೆಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಗಮನವನ್ನೇ ನೀಡಿದೇ ನಿಂಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ಹೊತ್ತು ತಿರುಗುತ್ತಿದೆ?
  2. ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಸಚಿವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಗಂಭೀರ ಆರೋಪಗಳು ಬಂದರೂ ಅವರಿಂದ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಪಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆ? ಇದೇನಾ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಉತ್ತರದಾಯಿತ್ವ?
  3. ಸಚಿವರ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯದ ಒತ್ತಡ ಇರಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ, ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದರೂ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಿತ್ತು. ಈ ವರೆಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬೇ ಒಬ್ಬ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ವರದಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯ ನಾಶಕ್ಕೇನಾದರೂ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಾ?
  4. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಚಿವರಿಂದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಪಡೆಯಲೇನಾದರೂ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆಯೇ? ಅದೂ ಐವರು ಸಚಿವರು ಒಟ್ಟೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಮಂತ್ರಿಮಂಡಳದ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಚಾರದ ದಾಹ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಕಾಣದೇ?
  5. ಹಗರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನೇ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಹಿಂದೇಟು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನೋಡಿದರೆ, ಹಣ ಕದಿಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅನಿಸದೇ? ಆಪರೇಷನ್‌ ಕಮಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಸಾಲ ತೀರಿಸಲು ಈ ಹಗರಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಾ?

ದೇಶದ ಅತಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ರಹಿತ, ದೇಶವನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಗುರು ಪಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೇರಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆರೋಪದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸೂಕ್ತ ನಡೆ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕು.
