ದಿನಾಂಕ 10-06-2020 ರಂದು ನ್ಯಾಷನಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ 22ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪನ ದಿನವನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಷನಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಯುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳು ಹಾಗು ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಡುವ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಬಿಡಿಎ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ : ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ನಕಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ , ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜಾಲ ಪತ್ತೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಾಡಪ್ರಭು ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳಿಗೆ ನಕಲಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜಾಲವೊಂದನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದೆ . ವಿಜಯಾನಂದಸ್ವಾಮಿ , ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ , ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ರೈತ ಸಂಘ ( ರಿ ) , ನಂ . 69 , 4 ನೇ ಮುಖ್ಯರಸ್ತೆ , 5 ನೇ ಅಡ್ಡರಸ್ತೆ , ಚಾಮರಾಜಪೇಟೆ , ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು -560 018 ಎಂಬುವನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೂಲಕ ರಮೇಶ್ ಎಂಬಾತನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ತಾನು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ರೈತರ ಸಂಘ ( ರಿ ) ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ನಾಡಪ್ರಭು ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಚಿಸಿರುವ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ನಂಬಿಸಿ , ತನ್ನ ಸಂಘದ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಂದ ರೂ . 15,000 / -ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಸುಮಾರು 1000 ಜನರನ್ನು ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಾನೇ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ್ದ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯ ಮನವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಕಲಿಯಾಗಿ ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ನಿವೇಶನದ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿ.ಡಿ.ಎ. ನಕಲಿ ರಬ್ಬರ್ ಸ್ಟಾಂಪ್ ಹಾಕಿ , ಬಿ.ಡಿ.ಎ. ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ನಕಲಿ ಸಹಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ , ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 50 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರಿಗೆ ನಿವೇಶನದ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ರೂ . 50,000 / – ಗಳಿಂದ ರೂ . 3,00,000 / – ಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ವಂಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿದಾಗ ಸುಮಾರು 3000 ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು , ನಿವೇಶನದ ನಕಲಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಹೊಂದಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಶೇಷಾದ್ರಿಪುರಂ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈತನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ .
ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು ಹೀಗೆ : ರೂ . 3,00,000 ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿ , ಒಟ್ಟು ಆರು ನಿವೇಶನದ ನಕಲಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಹಕ್ಕು ಪತ್ರದ ಅಸಲೀತನವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ , ಉಪ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ -1 ರ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಂಡ ಉಪ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ -1 ರವರು ಸದರಿ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಡಾ . ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್ . ಮಹದೇವ್ ಅವರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಾಗಿ , ಮಾನ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಆರಕ್ಷಕ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಗುನಾರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೌಪ್ಯವಾಗಿ ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ , ಮುಂದಿನ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು . ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಜಾಗೃತ ದಳದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ / ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರು ಆರೋಪಿಯಾದ ವಿಜಯಾನಂದಸ್ವಾಮಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿ , ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಬಿ.ಡಿ.ಎ. ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿವೇಶನದ ನಕಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳು , ಸಂಘದ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಮೊಹರುಗಳು , ಬಿ.ಡಿ.ಎ. ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರಬ್ಬರ್ ಸ್ಟಾಂಪ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು , ವಿಜಯಾನಂದಸ್ವಾಮಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿದಾಗ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ . ವಿಜಯಾನಂದಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ತಂಡದವರಿಂದ ವಂಚನೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದವರು ಶೇಷಾದ್ರಿಪುರಂ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಇಂತಹ ವಂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ .

Bangalore June 11, 2020: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has emerged as the 4th best university in the country in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) Ranking 2020 that has been released by the Government of India today. The University has also been ranked 7th among medical colleges in India.
