Global pizza chain Papa Johns has officially debuted in India with the launch of four new restaurants in Bengaluru — located at Indiranagar, Hennur, Electronic City, and Sarjapur Road. The brand’s India operations are managed by PJP Foods India Private Limited, a joint venture between PJP Investments Group and Ambrosia QSR.
The launch marks a major step in Papa Johns’ global expansion strategy, bringing its world-renowned promise of ‘Better Ingredients. Better Pizza.’ to Indian consumers. Each Bengaluru restaurant is backed by a centralised Quality Control Center (QCC) in Hennur, where Papa Johns’ fresh dough is prepared daily, ensuring consistent quality, freshness, and authenticity across all outlets.
To celebrate the milestone, Papa Johns has collaborated with popular actor and comedian Danish Sait, who features in a launch video capturing the brand’s arrival in India with humour and a touch of local flavour.

Papa Johns’ entry into India combines global favourites with local innovation. Every pizza is crafted with fresh dough made from six simple ingredients, tomato sauce prepared using a blend of Naati and Californian tomatoes, and 100% real mozzarella cheese, ensuring the same authentic taste that customers enjoy worldwide.
The launch menu for Bengaluru features a special Ghee Roast Pizza, available in chicken and paneer variants. Inspired by South India’s traditional flavours, this signature creation blends slow-roasted spices with the rich aroma of ghee. Alongside this local favourite, customers can enjoy Papa Johns’ global bestsellers paired with the brand’s iconic Special Garlic Sauce, a customer favourite across the world.
Papa Johns India will offer dine-in and takeaway options initially, with digital ordering available via the app and website. Home delivery services will be introduced shortly.
