Big Bazaar celebrates the New Year by launching a special Ugadi Cook Book

Features 20 authentic recipes shared by Chef Oggarane Dabbi Murali and winners of Big Bazaar’s ‘Ugadi Ruchigalu’ campaign

Bangalore, 1″ April 2019: As we prepare to celebrate Ugadi with our loved ones, Big Bazaar, one of India’s leading hypermarket chain initiated a special campaign to partake in the festivities. Consumers were asked to participate in Big Bazaar’s ‘Ugadi Ruchigalu’ social media campaign and share their traditional Ugadi dishes. All the recipes were carefully screened and the top 15 were handpicked by the popular and talented Chef Oggarane Dabbi Murali. Making the cook book even more special, Chef Murali has included 5 of his most memorable dishes that have been prepared since childhood for Ugadi.

Apart from featuring their recipes in the cook book, all 15 winners were gratified with special hampers loaded with goodies from Future Consumer Ltd. Not only this, ‘Savitha Kiran’ the winner with the best reecipe will feature with Chef Murali in Big Bazaar’s Cook Along cooking show which will be showcased through Facebook LIVE from Mumbai on 3r April 2019.
