IDBI Bank Ramps Up Its Talent Building Program with Manipal Global Academy of BFSI Over 2,000 candidates have been enrolled across five batches, out of which 1,860 have already been absorbed by IDBI

Bengaluru, July 25th, 2019: IDBI Bank, a new generation fully computerized banking company, is ramping up its strategic tie-up with Manipal Global Academy of BFSI (MGABFSI), a leading professional learning platform and a division of Manipal Global Education Services (MaGE), for conducting year-long talent pipeline building program.

In 2019, MGABFSI shall train a batch of 600 candidates who shall be ‘First Day, First Hour Productive’ and be well-versed in the industry-standard protocols. The bespoke training program shall also assist IDBI to address its human capital challenges, while at the same time, enable high potential youth to attain skills for employability.

The program will be delivered in two phases. The candidates will spend the first nine months on the MGABFSI campus followed by three months at IDBI Bank’s branch where they will be provided with on the job training. The current batch consists of 158 trainees, who are in the third term of the programme.

On successful completion of the courses, the candidates will be awarded Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance awarded by MAHE, an Institute of Eminence and will be absorbed by IDBI as Assistant Manager. For more details, you can log in to
