IKEA India introduces its first external Click and Collect point in Electronic City, Bengaluru in collaboration with logistic partner GATI

Bengaluru, January 2023: IKEA India has launched its first External Collection Point for their Click and Collect orders in Bengaluru’s Electronic City, managed by its logistic partner GATI. This will further enable customers to get access to IKEA products in an affordable and convenient way. IKEA is online in Bengaluru since June 2021 and opened a 400,000+ sq ft store in Nagasandra in June 2022.

How to order: A click and collect order are placed same way as an Ecom order

  • Select articles and add to cart
  • Open shopping cart
  • Customers to select how they want to receive order:  Click and Collect or Delivery
  • For Click and Collect, customer to make an online payment for the products listed along with a nominal shipping fee of INR 200
  • In case customers wish to opt for home delivery, they need to enter their zip code and based on the weight of the order, they can see the price of the delivery.

Customers can order the products on IKEA’s website, pay online, select the ‘Click & Collect service’ option and click on the ‘External Collection Point’ when checking out. IKEA will prepare their order to be collected from the selected Collection Point.

The customers can place an order at any time. Orders placed before 7pm can be picked up the next day between 9am and 9pm at the External Collection Point in Electronic City, while those placed after 7pm will be delivered within two days. A nominal shipping fee of INR 200 will be charged, regardless of the size or weight of your products ordered, which is one of its key benefits.

The customers can also return the goods at the External Collection Point through Click and Collect for free of cost after calling and getting confirmation from our Customer Centre.
