~600 ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜನವರಿ 24, 2023 :- ಭಾರತದ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯ ಉನ್ನತೀಕೃತ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳ ಕಂಪೆನಿಯಾದ ಭಾರತ್ ಫಿಟ್ಸ್ ವರ್ನರ್ (ಬಿಎಫ್‌ ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯು) ತನ್ನ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದರ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 3000 ಎಂಸಿಎಸ್‌ಗಳ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದಿಂದ 10,000 ಎಂಸಿಎಸ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದು, ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಹೊಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೂತನ ಆತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಕಂಪನಿ ಈ ಘಟಕಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮೂರು ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯ ಬದ್ಧತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಘಟಕ 10,000 ಚದರ ಮೀಟರ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಹೊಂದಿರಲಿದ್ದು, 50 ಎಕರೆಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಭೂಪ್ರದೇಶ ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇಂಟೆಕ್ಸ್ 2023 ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಮತ್ತು ಆನ್ನೇಯ ಏಷ್ಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಂತ್ರ ಹತಾರಗಳು(ಮೆಷಿನ್ ಟೂಲ್ಸ್) ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇಂಟ‌ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಎಕ್ಸಿಬಿಷನ್‌ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಬಿಐಇಸಿ)ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿವೆ.

ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಎಫ್‌ಡಟ್ಟುನ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು, ನಿವ್ವಳ ಕಾರ್ಬನ್ ಶೂನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಜೋಡಣಾ ಘಟಕವನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಲಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳ ಕನ್ನೆಯರೈಸ್ಟ್ ಅಸೆಂಬ್ಲಿ, ಲಿನ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಡಿಜಿಟಲೀಕೃತ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವಮಟ್ಟದ ಸ್ಪಂಡಲ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲವುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಸ್ವಯಂಚಾಲನೆ ಸೇರಲಿದ್ದು, ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಅಂಗಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾದ ಎಂಡಿಎನ್‌ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಟಿ ಇದನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಮಗ್ರವಾದ ಶೀಟ್ ಮೆಟಲ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯಾ ಘಟಕ ಕೂಡ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಎಪಿಎಸಿ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ರೀತಿಯ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಮೊದಲ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಇದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನೂತನ ಘಟಕದ ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತ 2024ರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ಮೊದಲ ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಿದೆ. 2ನೇ ಹಂತ 2024ರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ 2ನೇ ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂರನೇ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂತಿಮ ಹಂತ 2025ರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಿವೆ. ವಿಸ್ತರಣಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಬಿಎಫ್‌ ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯು ಆಡ್ರಾಯ್‌ ಟೆಕ್, ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ದೇಶದ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಈ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಭಾರತ್ ಫಿಟ್ಸ್ ವರ್ನರ್ (ಬಿಎಫ್‌ ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯು)ನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ರವಿ ರಾಘವನ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “2025ರ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಬಿಎಸ್‌ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯು ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಥ ಸರಕು ಸಾಗಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದೇ ಸೂರಿನಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಉಪ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರಲಿದ್ದು, ಇವುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೃಹತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರವಾದ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನವನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮತ್ತು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಲು ನಮ್ಮ ಉಪಕ್ರಮ ‘ಲೀಪ್-ಬಿಎಫ್‌ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯು’ ಮೂಲಕ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ/ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಮಾರ್ಗ ರೂಪಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇಂದು ನಾನು ಹರ್ಷಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ” ಎಂದರು.

Bharat Fritz Werner (BFW) to Expand Manufacturing Facility

~To be the first-of-its-kind infrastructure of such a scale in the APAC region

~To create 600 additional jobs

Bengaluru, 25 January 2023: Bharat Fritz Werner (BFW) a leading Indian Advanced manufacturing technology solutions company, announced its plan to scale up three-fold from its current annual capacity of 3000 machines to 10,000 machines by setting up a new state-of-the-art facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The company has committed a substantial investment in three phases for a plant with a 60,000 square meter built-up area over a land of more than 50 acres. The announcement was made at the ongoing IMTEX 2023, South and Southeast Asia’s biggest exhibition on machine tools and manufacturing technologies at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC).

Towards progress and supporting sustainability initiatives, BFW’s facilities will include Net Carbon zero class assembly plant with the conveyorized assembly of machines, Lean and Green fully digitalized processes, and a world-class Spindle Technology Centre, all with the appropriate level of integrated automation engineered by its subsidiary, m2nxt and a fully integrated Sheet Metal Processing plant. 

Touted to be the first-of-its-kind infrastructure of such a scale in the APAC region the first phase of the new plant will be operationalized by Q1 FY ‘24 while the second phase by Q2 of FY ‘24 and the third and final phase during FY ’25. As part of the expansion plan, BFW has collaborated with Adroitec India to propagate these solutions across the country.

ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಎ ಪಿ ಎಮ್ ಸಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಕೃಷಿ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ 90% ಭಾಗ ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಜೀವಗೊಂಡಿದೆ, ಹಾಗು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಂದಾಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಸೀತಿ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೈತರು ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಕೃಷಿಯಿಂದ ಹೋರ ಬಿಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಧರ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನ ತೋರಿಸಿ,ಜಾನುವಾರು ಹತ್ಯೆ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಹೈನುಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಟ್ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಅಮಿತ್ ಶಾ ಅವರು ಅಮೂಲ ಜೋತ ನಂದಿನಿಯನ್ನ ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಇಂಗಿತ ತೋರಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆದಾರ ಅದಾನಿಯು ಅಮೂಲ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯನ್ನ ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಆನಂದ ಡೈರಿ ಗುಜರಾತಗೆ ಅವರು ಬಂದು ನೋಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಇದರ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗದೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಡೇ ಯಾವ ಕಡೆ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಮುಂದಿನ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇದು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸಮಯಯವಾಗಿದೆ.ಕೃಷಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಉತ್ತರ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಕೋಡಿಹಳ್ಳಿ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ

An MOU was signed today between AIMS Institutes, Bengaluru with Navis Group, Japan in the presence of Honourable Consul General of Japan in Bangalore, Mr. Katsumasa Mauro who played a pivotal role in this endeavour.
The MOU will provide a platform for eligible students from AIMS Institutes to get employed in various organisations in Japan, specially in the field of hospitality and aviation management. Navis will train the selected students graduating from AIMS in Japanese language and survival skills. This is a very good opportunity for the students of AIMS Institutes to start their professional career on a global platform.
Considering the existing close relation between India and Japan, AIMS Institutes and Navis feel privileged to contribute towards furthering relations though this MOU which will enable flow of resources, knowledge, and exchange best practices.
