The awards were announced alongside the third edition of the MediBuddy Wellness League (MWL) 2025, bringing together HR leaders, corporate decision-makers, clinicians and industry experts to discuss the growing importance of employee wellbeing in shaping organisational growth and workplace culture.
The event reflected a broader shift in corporate India, where employee wellness is increasingly being viewed not merely as an HR benefit but as a key business priority linked to productivity, employee retention and long-term organisational performance. Awards were presented across six categories-Integrated Wellness Programs, Preventive Healthcare Initiatives, Mental Health and Employee Wellbeing, Employee Engagement, Digital Health Innovation, and ROI-Driven Wellness Programs. The honours recognised companies that have successfully implemented employee-centric health initiatives supported by technology and preventive care strategies.
The evening also featured leadership panel discussions on emerging workplace trends and the need for organisations to create healthier, more resilient work environments.
A major highlight of the event was the third edition of the MediBuddy Wellness League 2025, a gamified inter-corporate wellness initiative that has evolved into one of India’s largest organised employee wellness movements. The programme has encouraged participation from lakhs of employees across industries through fitness challenges, preventive health activities and wellness-driven engagement initiatives.
