Bengaluru: The traditional Rigveda Nutana-Utsarjana-Upakarma ceremony for Tri-Matha Brahmins was held at the Nanjangud Sri Guru Raghavendra Swamy Mutt in Jayanagar 5th Block, Bengaluru, in accordance with the directions of His Holiness Sri 1008 Sri Subudhendra Tirtha Sripadangalavaru.
The ceremony was conducted under the leadership of the Mutt’s senior administrator, R.K. Vadindra Acharya. Priests Sri Nandakishore Acharya and Goggi Ramachandra Acharya performed the rituals in accordance with traditional Vedic practices.
Hundreds of Tri-Matha Brahmins participated in the Rigveda Nutana-Utsarjana-Upakarma rituals and offered their prayers at the sacred precincts of the Mutt.
The gathering concluded with prayers seeking the blessings of Sri Hari, Vayu and Guru Raghavendra Swamy for the well-being and prosperity of all devotees.
