He underwent a successful surgery under Dr Vivek Jawali, Chairman, Department of Cardio Vascular Sciences, Fortis Hospital, Bangalore on November 25 and was monitored for 5 days. He is recovering well and is walking around.
After thorough consultation from his treating doctor and the team, he was discharged today morning.

Bengaluru, November 29th 2019: The newest entrant in the two-wheeler market, CFMoto India opened its first showroom in Bengaluru at KH Road. The showroom was inaugurated by Shri LA Ravi Subramanya, MLA Basavanagudi Member of Legislature Assembly, Government of Karnataka. The new showroom offers sales, service, spares and test rides to motoring enthusiasts in Bengaluru. CFMoto joined hands with Bengaluru based Anvita AutoTech (formerly AMW Motorcycles) to launch the globally popular brand in India earlier this year. The four CFMoto motorcycle models will be available at KH Road showroom are 300NK, 650NK, 650MT and the 650GT. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು , ನವೆಂಬರ್ 27 , 2019: ರೆಸ್ಟೋರೆಂಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಸಂಘ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಅನುಕಂಪ ಲಟ್ಟಿಸಲು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದಿರಾನಗರದ ನಿವಾಸಿಗರಾದ ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳೂ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಇರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಜಾಲಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸರಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೋರುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ . ಕಾನೂನು ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಡ್ಡೆ ತೋರಿದ್ದರಿಂದಲೇ ವಸತಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶವಾದ ಇಂದಿರಾನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್ಗಳು ಬೇಕಾಬಿಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದಿದ್ದವು . ಐ ಚೇಂಜ್ ಇಂದಿರಾನಗರ ( ಐಸಿಐಎನ್ ) ಸಂಘಟನೆ , ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ನೂರಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪಬ್ಗಳಿದ್ದವು . ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಪಬ್ , ಬಾರ್ಗಳು ಸರಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರಾಡಳಿತಗಳು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಒಂದಲ್ಲ ಒಂದು ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದ್ದವು . ಸತತ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ , ಶಾಂತಿಯುತ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ವಿಳಂಬ ತಂತ್ರ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದ್ದರು . ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕವಷ್ಟೇ , ಪಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್ಗಳು ನಾಯಿಕೊಡೆಗಳಂತೆ ಹರಡದಂತೆ ತಡೆಯಲು ಐದಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈಗ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಕೊನೆಗೂ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪಬ್ಗಳು ಮುಚ್ಚಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ , ಸಂಗೀತಗಾರರು ಅವಕಾಶ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ . ಜನರು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ . ಈ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದ ಮಾಲೀಕರೇ ನೇರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಆದರೆ ಈ ವಿದ್ಯಮಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳನ್ನೇ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರೆಂಬಂತೆ ಬಿಂಬಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಇದು ದುರಾದೃಷ್ಟಕರ . ಪಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಆರಂಭದಿಂದಲೇ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಈ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ . ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಅಥವಾ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳು ನೆಲದ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಬೇಕು . ಯಾವುದೇ ವಹಿವಾಟು ನಡೆಸಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಆ ಉದ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಪರವಾನೀಗಿಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು ( ಆರೋಗ್ಯ , ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಬೈಲಾಗಳು , ಅಗ್ನಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ , ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ , ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ , ಸಂಚಾರ , ಅಬಕಾರಿ , ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ , ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಮತ್ತು ಇಡಬ್ಲ್ಯುಎಸ್ಎಸ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ನಿರಪೇಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪತ್ರ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇಲದೆ ) , ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ , ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳ ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ , ಪೋಷಕರ , ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ನಗರದ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳಿವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮರೆಯಬಾರದು .
ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳ ಕುಲತು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ ಐಸಿಐಎನ್ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾ ನಂದಿಹಾಳ್ ಅವರು “ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಅವರದ್ದೇ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಒಳಿತಿಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಇವೆ . ಆದರೆ ರೆಸ್ಟೋರೆಂಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಏಕೆ ಅಲವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ . ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ‘ ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಹುಸಿ ನೆಪವನ್ನು ಈಗ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಂಡವಾಳಶಾಹಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಭಕೋರತನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಸೂಚಿಯ ದಾಳಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮಣಿಸುವ ಬೆದಲಕೆಯೋಡ್ಡಿ ಕೇವಲ ಅವಲಗಾಲ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಡಿಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೇರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಅವರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತವೇ ? ” ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು . “ ಈ ಪಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್ ರೆಸ್ಟೋರೆಂಟ್ಗಳ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬದುಕಿ ನಾವು ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಅವರ ‘ ಸಂತ ‘ ದಿಂದ ನೊಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ . ಅವರ ಸದ್ದುಗದ್ದಲದಿಂದ ವೃದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಿಂದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತಿರಅಲ್ಲ , ಸಂಚಾರ ದಟ್ಟಣೆ , ಬೇಕಾಬಿಟ್ಟಿ ವಾಹನ ಪಾರ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ನುಗ್ಗಿಬರುವ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಂದಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಹೊರಗೂ ಹೋಗುವಂತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ” ಎಂದು ಇಂದಿರಾನಗರ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ಸಂಘದ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಮತ್ತು ಐಸಿಎನ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಇಂದಿರಾ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥನ್ ದೂರಿದರು . “ ಆರ್ಟಿಐನ ನಾವು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೊರೆತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಪಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್ಗಳು ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಪರವಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು . ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿರುವ ನೆಲಅಂತಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು . ವಾರದಿಂದ ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಜನರ ದಟ್ಟಣೆಯೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ದಾಂಧಲೆ , ಕಳವು ಮತ್ತು ದರೋಡೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು . ಮದ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜ , ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಯುವ ಸಮೂಹದ ಮೇಲೆ ದುಷ್ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುತ್ತಿದೆ . ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಅಪಾಯದಲ್ಲಿದೆ . ಸರಕಾರ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಮನವಿ ” ಎಂದು ಐಸಿಐಎನ್ನ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಸ್ವರ್ಣ ಬಿ . ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು .
