Tathagat heart hospital has been conducting heart health awareness programme every year to bring awareness about heart disease among youths women, college students, school children and public. ದಿನಾಂಕ : 27 / 09 / 19, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಒಪ್ಪಿರುವ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಕೊಡದೆ ಬಿಸಿಯೂಟ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ದ್ರೋಹ , ಮಾನವಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಷರದಾಸೋಹ ಯೋಜನೆ 2001 – 2002 ರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ . ಇಂದಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು “ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಅನ್ನ ಆಗಬೇಕು . ಅನ್ನಬೇಯಿಸಲು ತಗಲುವ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾತ್ರ ನಮಗೆ ಸಂಭಂದಿಸಿದ್ದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಕಳೆದ 17 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಈ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾದ ವೇತನ , ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಡದೇ ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಈ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಲವು ಹೋರಾಟಗಳು ನಡೆದಿದೆ . ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಲು ದುಡಿಯುವ ಈ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಕೇವಲ 2600 ರಿಂದ 2700 ರೂ ತಿಂಗಳ ಸಂಬಳ ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಬೇರಾವ ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲ . ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಈ ಬಡಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಅಂಚಿನ ಆಸುಪಾಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ . ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ 1 . 18000 ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಈ ನೌಕರರ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಿಧಿ ( ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ) ಗಾಗಿ ಕಳೆದ 13 / 06 / 16 . 14 / 09 / 17 ಮತ್ತು 4 / 10 / 18 ರಂದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ , ಎಲ್‌ಐಸಿ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು , ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಮುಖಂಡರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಂಟಿ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು ಈ ಮಾತುಕತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನೌಕರರ ವೇತನದಲ್ಲಿ 100 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ 100 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಕಡಿತ ಮಾಡಿ ಈ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ . ಐ . ಸಿ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು . ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ನೌಕರರ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಆಧಾರ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದೆ . ಕಳೆದ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 8 , 2018 ರಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಹೋರಾಟ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಾಗ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದು ಹೋರಾಟದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಉಮಾಶಂಕರ್ ರವರು ಸಹ ಮೌಖಿಕವಾಗಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ .

ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೇ ನೂತನ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ರವರನ್ನು 19 / 09 / 19 ರಂದು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಮನವಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮೌಖಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಹ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಈ ವಿಚಾರ ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30 ರ ನಂತರ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ ನಿಗದಿ ಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಆಂತಿಮವಾಗುವ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ 19 / 9 / 2019 ರಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ರಮಯೋಗಿ ಮಾನ್ – ಧನ್ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಬಿಸಿಯೂಟ ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ಒಳಪಡಿಸುವ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ . ಈ ಆದೇಶವು ನಮಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಆಘಾತವನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದೆ . ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ . ಮತ್ತು 40 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸುನವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ , ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ . ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ 1.18 ಸಾವಿರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷವಾದ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು 19 / 09 / 2019 ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಿರುವುದು ನಾಚಿಕೆಗೇಡಿನ ವಿಷಯ . ಈ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗದ ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯು ಬಲವಾಗಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಈ ಆದೇಶ ರದ್ದು ಪಡಿಸಿ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 17 ರಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ಮೊದಲನೇ ವಾರ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಹೋರಾಟವು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್‌ ಆಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರೆನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
