The forum emphasized the impact of initiatives like the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission and e-Sanjeevani, which have enabled over 73 crore ABHA IDs and facilitated 36 crore teleconsultations. AR/VR-based simulation labs in states such as Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Punjab are providing advanced clinical training on campus.

Global Alignment and Workforce Development:
India’s reforms are in sync with the WHO Global Health Workforce Strategy 2022–2030, enabling task-shifting, creating mid-level healthcare cadres, and enhancing global mobility. Partnerships such as BAPIO-NHS are expected to fast-track 1,000 Indian doctors to the UK by the end of 2025.

Bridging the Rural-Urban Divide:
India has established 157 new government medical colleges, including 40 in aspirational districts, and introduced mandatory rural internships. Faculty gaps are being addressed through Teach-for-Health initiatives, repatriation incentives, and regulatory oversight by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಉಜ್ಜೀವನ್ ಸ್ಮಾಲ್ ಫೈನಾನ್ಸ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ 2024-25 ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂತಿಮ ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಶಾಲಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಠೇವಣಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.20ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಟವಾಡೆಗಳ ಮೊತ್ತವು ₹7,440 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದು, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲೇ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.39 ಹಾಗೂ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕವಾಗಿ ಶೇ.11ರಷ್ಟು ವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಂಡಿದೆ.

ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಾಲ ಖಾತೆ ₹32,122 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಕಂಡಿದ್ದು, ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.5 ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಾಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಶೇ.8 ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಡಮಾನ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸಾಲಗಳು ₹13,988 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದು, ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.17 ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕವಾಗಿ ಶೇ.56ರಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಿವೆ.

ಹೊಸ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು ಈ ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಬಟವಾಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.11ರಷ್ಟು ಪಾತ್ರವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ, ಮೈಕ್ರೋ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.38ರಷ್ಟು ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸಾಲಗಳು ₹5,182 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.5ರಷ್ಟು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಮೈಕ್ರೋ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಸಾಲ ಪೋರ್ಟ್‌ಫೋಲಿಯ ಶೇ.28ನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನ ಎಂ.ಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಇಒ ಸಂಜೀವ್ ನೌಟಿಯಾಲ್ ಅವರು, “ಈ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷವು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಗೆ ತೀವ್ರ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರಿಸರದಲ್ಲೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಾಲ ಪೋರ್ಟ್‌ಫೋಲಿಯ ಸಾಧನೆಯಿಂದ ಮಹತ್ವಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಡಮಾನ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸಾಲಗಳ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಿದ ಫಲವಾಗಿ, ಈಗ ಇದರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಶೇ.44ಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಶೇ.30 ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಠೇವಣಿಗಳ ಅನುಪಾತವನ್ನು ಶೇ.85ಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಲಿಕ್ವಿಡಿಟಿ ಕವರೆಜ್ ಅನುಪಾತ (LCR) ಅನ್ನು ಶೇ.120ರ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.”ಎಂದರು.

ಅಲ್ಲದೇ, 2025 ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಜ್ಜೀವನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಯೂನಿವರ್ಸಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ರಿಸರ್ವ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

Airtel, Google Join Hands to Offer Free Google One Cloud Storage for Six Months

Bangalore, May 20: Bharti Airtel has partnered with Google to provide its postpaid mobile and Wi-Fi customers with six months of complimentary access to 100 GB of Google One cloud storage. The offer, aimed at tackling the growing challenge of limited device storage, will allow users to store photos, videos, documents, and WhatsApp chats securely in the cloud.

The cloud storage benefit can be shared with up to five additional people and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. Customers can avail of the offer through the Airtel Thanks App. After the initial six-month free period, the service will be available at a nominal fee of ₹125 per month. Customers who do not wish to continue can opt out of the subscription.

ಮೇ 2025, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಸೌತ್ ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ 2024–25ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ಲಾಭ-ನಷ್ಟ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ₹1302.88 ಕೋಟಿ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಲಾಭ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷ 2023–24ರ ₹1070.08 ಕೋಟಿಯ ಲಾಭದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಶೇ.21.75 ರಷ್ಟು ಏರಿಕೆ ಕಂಡಿದೆ.

ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಷೇರುದಾರರಿಗೆ ಶೇ.40ರಷ್ಟು ಲಾಭಾಂಶ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಇಒ ಶ್ರೀ ಪಿ.ಆರ್. ಶೇಷಾದ್ರಿ, “ಸ್ಥಿರ ಲಾಭದಾಯಕತೆ, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಆಸ್ತಿ ವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯ ಫಲವಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಾಧನೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ,” ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
