ಇನ್ನು ರೆಲಾಂಟೊದ ಸಿಒಒ ಯಶವಂತ್ ನಾಯಕ್ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ತಮ್ಮ ಻ಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ, “ನಮ್ಮ AI ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಯ AI ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಟೆಕ್ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು ನಮ್ಮ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಲಾಂಚ್‌ ಗೆ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದರು.

ರೆಲಾಂಟೊ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶಂಕರ್ ಚೌವ್ಹಾಣ್ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ “ಕೆನಡಾ, ಮೆಕ್ಸಿಕೋ, ಯುಎಇ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಯು ನಮ್ಮ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಗಳಾದ್ಯಂತ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಥಮ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ತೃತೀಯ ಬಹುಮಾನವಾಗಿ ನಗದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾ ರೂ.25,000/-, ರೂ.10,000/- ಮತ್ತು ರೂ.5,000/-ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಕವನಗಳ ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಥಮ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ತೃತೀಯ ಬಹುಮಾನವಾಗಿ ನಗದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾ ರೂ 10,000/-, ರೂ 5,000/-ರೂ 3,000/-.

ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಸವ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಮತ್ತು ಕವನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1. ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕವನಗಳು ಸ್ವ-ರಚಿತವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

2. ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕವನಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡಿರಬಾರದು.

3. ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳು 2000 ಪದಗಳ ಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು.

4. ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕವನಗಳು ನುಡಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ (ನುಡಿ 01 ಇ, ಗಾತ್ರ 13, ಸಾಲಿನ ಅಂತರ 1.5) ತಪ್ಪಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಟೈಪಿಸಿ, ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಿ ವರ್ಡ್ ಫೈಲ್ (MS-WORD) ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಡಿಎಫ್ (PDF) ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಳಾಸದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವುದು.

5. ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕವನಗಳನ್ನು competition@basavasamithi.org ಇ-ಮೇಲ್‌ಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವುದು.

6. ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೊಂಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಕವನಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂಬರುವ ಬಸವಪಥಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

7. ಕವನಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪದಗಳ ಮಿತಿಯಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

8. ಕವನವು ಒಂದು ಪುಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀರದಂತಿರಬೇಕು.

9. ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಮತ್ತು ಕವನಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಬಸವ ಸಮಿತಿಯಿಂದ ರಚಿಸಿರುವ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯದ್ದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

10. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

11. ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಮತ್ತು ಕವನಗಳನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 31.03.2024ರ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ತಲುಪುವಂತೆ ಬಸವ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ (ಇ-ಮೇಲ್

12. ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ನಂತರ ಬಂದ ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಮತ್ತು ಕವನಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 7% (50 ಲಕ್ಷ) ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಸಮಾಜದ್ದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ವೀರಸಿಂದೂರ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ, ಹಲಗಲಿ ಬೇಡರು, ಸುರಪುರದ ವೆಂಕಟಪ್ಪ ನಾಯಕ ಮುಂತಾದ ಅನೇಕರು ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಸಂಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಣಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದಂತ ಮಹಾನ್ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತ ಸಮಾಜ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ನಂತರವು ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ ಕೆಲವೇ ಕೆಲವು ಸಮಾಜಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ನಾಯಕ ಸಮಾಜವು ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತವಾಗಿ ಸಿಗಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಾನಗಳು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಕಳೆದ 75 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕ ಸಮಾಜದ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಒಬ್ಬ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಈ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ತೋರಿರುವ ಅಗೌರವವೆಂದೇ ಭಾವಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದು ಏನೇ ಇರಲಿ ಸಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ನಾಯಕ ಸಮಾಜ ಬೇರೆ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಚಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಬಯಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು:

1) ಮುಂದಿನ ಅವಧಿಗಾದರೂ ನಾಯಕ ಜನಾಂಗದ ವಿಚಾರವಂತರೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು.

2) ಕೂಡಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿಯವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ “ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಗುಡ್ಡುಗಾಡು ವಿಶ್ವವಿಧ್ಯಾನಿಲಯ”ವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್, ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್, ಕಾನೂನು, ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿ ಶೇಕಡ 50 ರಷ್ಟು ಸೀಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡವರಿಗೆ ಉಳಿದ ಶೇಕಡ 50 ಸೀಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಇತರರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಒಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಸಾವಿರ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕೋಟಿ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಬೇಕೆಂದು

3) ವಿಧಾನ ಸೌಧದ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ತಪೋವನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ರಾಮಾಯಣದ ಸಂದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕಲ್ಲು ಕೆತ್ತನೆಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬಂಡೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ

4) ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ರಾಮಾಯಣದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಅವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಶಾಲಾ

5) ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವೇತನ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

6) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ವಿಚಾರವಂತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಲೇ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

7) ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಿಗಮ ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 10 ಜನರನ್ನು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಶೇಕಡ 7 ರಷ್ಟು ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗಮ, ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

8) ಬೀದರ್‌ನಿಂದ ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರದವರೆಗಿನ (ಬೀದರ್, ಗುಲಬರ್ಗ, ಯಾದಗಿರಿ,

ರಾಯಚೂರು, ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ, ತುಮಕೂರು, ಮಂಡ್ಯ, ಮೈಸೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರ) ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯೆಂದು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಗಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಎಂ.ನರಸಿಂಹಯ್ಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
