HBR Layout, 19-11-2023: The HBR Layout echoed with enthusiasm and commitment towards promoting sustainable transport solutions as the 2nd Cycle Day Program took center stage, advocating for the significance of non-motorised transport for local commutes.
Anchored by the Directorate of Urban Land Transport (DULT) and generously sponsored by the ESAF Foundation, the event received hearty support from the HBR Layout Residents Welfare Association, fostering community engagement and awareness.

The program commenced with a spirited 5 km cycle rally, demonstrating the community’s passion for cycling as a means of eco-friendly mobility. The open street event featured an array of traditional games, fostering camaraderie among the local populace.

The event served as a platform to introduce pivotal initiatives such as the Slow Streets and Pedal Shaale projects by DULT, leveraging technical support from the Council for Active Mobility (CFAM).
Notable figures gracing the occasion included Assistant Sub Inspector Basuvaraj from the KG Halli Traffic Police Station, Srinidhi representing DULT, esteemed members from the Karnataka Bicycle Association, and Sashi Kumar, the Regional Marketing Manager of ESAF Small Finance Bank. Their presence underscored the collaborative effort in promoting sustainable transportation solutions.
The program concluded on a high note, leaving an indelible mark on the community, fostering a deeper understanding of the pivotal role non-motorised transport plays in creating healthier, greener, and more sustainable local commutes.

ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಕಾಲ ಧರಣಿ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹ

ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಯಂದಿರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಶಿಶು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು 1975ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದು ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರು ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲೂ 1ಲಕ್ಷದ 32ಸಾವಿರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ದುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಲಾಪೂರ್ವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ತಪಾಸಣೆ, ವಿಶೇಷ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕ ಆಹಾರ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ, ಚುಚ್ಚುಮದ್ದು ಬಿ.ಎಲ್.ಓ. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸೇವೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಸ್ನೇಹಾ ಆಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ತೂಕ ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿತಿಂಗಳು ಗುತುತಿಸುವುದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾದ ಪೋಷಣ್ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಬಾಣಂತಿಯರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತುಂಬುವುದು ಹೀಗೆ ದಿನೇ ದಿನೇ ಕೆಲಸದ ಒತ್ತಡಮಾತ್ರ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಲೆ ಇದೆ.

ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೋನ ವಾರಿಯರಾಗಿ ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯಿಂದ ಜೀವದ ಹಂಗು ತೊರೆದು ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಅನೇಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರು ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅನೇಕ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಬೀದಿಪಾಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 1ಲಕ್ಷದ 32ಸಾವಿರ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರು ಗೌರವಧನ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದಕೊಂಡು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಶೋಷಣೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಈಗಿನ ಕೆಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನ ಜಾರಿಮಾಡಿ ಅವರ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಆಸರೆಯಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು

1) ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರಿಗೆ 21000 ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.

2) ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ 6ನೇ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರಿಗೆ 15000 ರೂ. ಸಹಾಕಿಯರಿಗೆ 10000 ರೂ. ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

3) ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಿನಿ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಗೆ ಏರಿಸಬೇಕು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆ ನೀಡುವ ಗೌರವಧನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು.

4) ಸುಪ್ರಿಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿವೃತಿಯಾದ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಕಿಯರಿಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಜ್ಯುಟಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

ಮೇಲ್ಖಂಡ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನೊಲಗೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಸಂಘಟನೆ (ರಿ.) ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಬಿ.ಪ್ರೇಮ -ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಬಿ.ಆರ್.-ಗೌರವ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಉಮಾಮಣಿ-ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ವಿಶಾಲಾಕ್ಷಿ-ರಾಜ್ಯ ಖಜಾಂಚಿ, ನಿರ್ಮಲ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.-ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಶಾಂತ-ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಹ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತಿ ಎನ್.ಪಿ.-ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರು ಗಳ ಉಪಸ್ತಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

HCL Concerts Wraps Up a Night of Ghazals with Shilpa Rao in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, 17 November 2023: HCL Concerts, an initiative by HCL, committed to preserving and promoting the glorious heritage of Indian music and dance, recently concluded the spellbinding ‘Dastan-e-ghazal’ by eminent playback singer Shilpa Rao in Bengaluru. The event, held at the St. Joseph’s University Auditorium, Bengaluru, on 17th November, marked a significant chapter in the city’s continued appreciation for soul-stirring Indian music.

This event was part of HCL Concerts’ ongoing mission to connect audiences with India’s musical traditions and witnessed close to 1100 Bangaloreans. Accompanying Shilpa Rao were Dilshad Khan on Sarangi, Mani Bharadwaj on tabla, Deepak Marathe on harmonium, Anil Chawla on keys, and Sancheth Suvarna on sound.

ಹೇಳದ ಮತ್ತು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರುಚುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಧರ್ಮಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ವೈಮನಸ್ಯ ಉಂಟಾಗುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಣೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲವುಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಿಕ ಹಕ್ಕಾಗಿರುವ ತಮ್ಮ ಧರ್ಮದ ಪ್ರಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಡಚಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ಧರ್ಮೀಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಬಸವತತ್ವಾನುಯಾಯಿಗಳು ಘಾಸಿಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನಾವುಗಳು ಇವರ ಈ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರ ಭಟ್ಟರು ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ ಸಂಬರ್ಗಿ ಅವರುಗಳು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಕೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ಒಂದು ಧರ್ಮದ ಗುರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಮಾನ ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಇಡೀ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಸವತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಇವರ ಈ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ವಿಶೇಷ ಸೂಚನೆ:- ಬಸವ ತತ್ವದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆದ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ 22-11-2023 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11:00ಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞಾವಂತರ ಅನುಭವ ಮಂಟಪ ವೇದಿಕೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಗರದ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರರು ಮತ್ತು ಬಸವಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಘೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದರು.
