Bengaluru: The country’s first largest beach township project has been launched in Bengaluru.
This huge artificial beach township will be built on a vast area of five hundred acres on Dodda Ballapur Road near Devanahalli Airport. This is the “One in Million” project of Champion Infratech. Houses are being built adjacent to it, forming an attractive beach.
Mohammad Minhaj, One in million projects And VP champion Infratech said that an artificial beach township is being constructed with advanced technology and world quality at an affordable price. He said that steps will be taken to provide all necessary and modern facilities in this eco-friendly project.
Sudhakar Rao Surapaneni, director of the one in million project of Champion Infratech, explained the project and said that a beautiful beach will be constructed in Bengaluru, which has a good climate. This artificial beach is being constructed using world class technology. He said it will give a special experience to the people.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬೀಚ್ ಟೌನ್ ಶಿಪ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. ದೇವನಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮೀಪದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ನೂರು ಎಕರೆ ವಿಶಾಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಬೃಹತ್ ಕೃತಕ ಬೀಚ್ ಟೌನ್ ಶಿಪ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಆಗಲಿದೆ. ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಟೆಕ್ ನ, ” ಒನ್ ಇನ್ ಮಿಲಿಯನ್” ಯೋಜನೆ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ಸಮುದ್ರ ತೀರ ರೂಪಿಸಿ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಟೆಕ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಒನ್ ಇನ್ ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ರಾವ್ ಸುರಪನೇನಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ವಿವರ ನೀಡಿ, ಉತ್ತಮ ಹವಾಮಾನ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಂದರ ಬೀಚ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಆಗಲಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ಈ ಕೃತಕ ಬೀಚ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು ಜನರಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅನುಭವ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

101 ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಈ ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಸಮನಾಗಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಜನರ ಅಸಹನೆ, ಅಸಮಧಾನ ಉಂಟಾಗಿ ಕಳೆದ 30 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಚಳುವಳಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವರ್ಗೀರಕಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 2005 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿ.ನ್ಯಾ.ಎ.ಜೆ. ಸದಾಶಿವ ಆಯೋಗ ರಚಿಸಿತು. ಆಯೋಗ 2012ರಲ್ಲಿ ರ್ಸಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿತು. ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ 17ವರ್ಷ ಕಳೆದರೂ ಆಯೋಗದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ 2004ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜೆ.ಡಿ.ಎಸ್. 2008 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ 2013 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಸದಾಶಿವ ಆಯೋಗ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೂ ಬಂದು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿವೆ.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ 101 ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ ಹಿದುಳಿದಿರುವ ಮಾದಿಗ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಮಾತಂಗ, ಸಮಗಾರ, ಮೋಚಿ, ಮಚಗಾ ಮಾದರ, ಡೋಹರ ಮುಂತಾದ ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ 49 ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯ ಜಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಭೋವಿ, ಲಂಬಾಣಿ, ಕೊರಚ, ಕೊರಮ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಸಹ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದಿದ್ದು ಈ ಜಾತಿಯ ಬಂಧುಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸದಾಶಿವ ಆಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.3 ರಷ್ಟು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ, ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಕಪೋಲ ಕಲ್ಪಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರ ಏಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮನ್ವಯತೆಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಕೆಲವು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಟ್ಟಭದ್ರ ಹಿತಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಮಾಡಿದ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯನ್ನು ಭಗ್ನಗೊಳಿಸಿವೆ. ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾತ್ಯತೀತ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗೆ ತಿಲಾಂಜಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟು ಸರ್ವಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಧೋರಣೆ ತಾಳಿವೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಚಳವಳಿಗಾರರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಲಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿ ಲಾಠಿಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಕೇಸು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ದಮನ ಮಾಡುವ ಹುನ್ನಾರ ನಡೆಸಿವೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ದಲಿತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ನೀತಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರ ಒಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮುಂಬರುವ 2023 ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ 2024 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗುವ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತೀರ ಸೋಲು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮಾನವಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಬಹುಜನರಿಗೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಭವಸೆ ನೀಡಿ ಓಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಧೂಳಿಪಟವಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ದ.ಸಂ.ಸ. ಮತ್ತು RPI(B) ದಿನಾಂಕ:20.12.2022ರಂದು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಚಲೋ ನಡೆಸಿ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ “ರಾಣಿ ಚನ್ನಮ್ಮ ವೃತ್ತದಿಂದ ಸುವರ್ಣಸೌಧದವರೆಗೆ” ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರ ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಜಾರಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಕ್ಯಾಲಿ” ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು, ಈ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 31 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಸಹಸ್ರಾರು ಜನರೂ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಸದಾಶಿವ ಆಯೋಗದ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ತೀವ್ರಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಹಕ್ಕೊತ್ತಾಯಗಳು
ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ನಿ.ನ್ಯಾ.ಎ.ಜೆ.ಸದಾಶಿವ 1980 ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಚಳಿಗಾಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಗದ ವರದಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಲಿ. • ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದ
341(3)ಕ್ಕೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ತರಲಿ, • ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶೇ.17 ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಶೇ.7ರಷ್ಟು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರ ಭೂಮಿ ಪರಭಾರೆ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ (PTCL ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ತರಬೇಕು. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕನ್ನಹಾಕಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವ SCSP/TSP ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ 7D ಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಲಿ ಎಂದು ಎನ್ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು RPI(B) ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ದ.ಸಂ.ಸ ಎಂದು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲ ತಂಡಗಳ ಆಟಗಾರ್ತಿಯರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿ ಆಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಹೊರ-ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಆಟಗಾರ್ತಿಯರಿಗೆ ವಸತಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
