Cactus Communications launches an integrated ecosystem of tools to simplify the life of researchers amid Covid-19

Bangalore , June 4, 2020: Cactus Communications, a technology company accelerating scientific advancement, today announced the launch of R (researcher.life), an extensive integrated ecosystem of tools and support for academic researchers.
The ecosystem currently offers six tools and platforms, all designed to address a specific need or issue that researchers face. R Pubsure is an AI-powered platform that evaluates the submission readiness of research manuscripts and recommends suitable journals. R Discovery (beta) brings together the power of AI and the researcher community to help researchers conduct literature search faster and more intelligently. R Upskill is a learning platform with the largest collection of curated courses and handbooks for researchers. R Voice (beta) is a community platform that allows researchers to connect with other researchers over wide-ranging topics. An upcoming concept, R Fund, will allow researchers to find funding for their research in a timely manner.
In April this year, CACTUS had launched R Concept, a comprehensive AI-powered, expert-curated platform on research, insights, commentary, and expert recommendations related to COVID-19. This offering is available in the R ecosystem.
Abhishek Goel, Co-founder and CEO of CACTUS, spoke on the motivation behind building this ecosystem: “Modern researchers have to fight to find time in the lab. Too much time is spent on writing, formatting, submitting, reviewing, discovery, planning lectures, and applying for grants—activities that take up valuable time of the very people who could be spending that time in the lab, solving real world problems. We wanted to simplify things for researchers, a need that’s more pressing now than it has ever been.”
The ecosystem leverages the company’s AI, concept extraction, and deep learning capabilities. Earlier this year, the company had acquired UNSILO, a Demark-based AI startup, to enhance its repertoire of tech solutions.
The ecosystem will give members access to multiple tools and solutions seamlessly and effortlessly. PubSURE, which was earlier a standalone solution offered by CACTUS, has now been made available in the R ecosystem. Researchers who have signed up with PubSURE can now access the entire suite of R solutions and much more in terms of services, information, and connections.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹಣಕಾಸು ವಲಯದ ಷೇರುಗಳು ಸತತ ಆರನೇ ದಿನವೂ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಂಧನ ನೀಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದು ನಿಫ್ಟಿ ಇಂದು 82.45 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್‌ಗಳ ಏರಿಕೆ ಅಥವಾ 0.83% ರಷ್ಟು 10061.55 ಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಿದೆ. ಸೆನ್ಸೆಕ್ಸ್ 284.01 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಅಥವ ಶೇಕಡ 0.84 ಏರಿಕೆ ಕಂಡು 34109.54 ಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಏಂಜಲ್‌ ಬ್ರೋಕಿಂಗ್‌ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‌ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಹೆಡ್‌ ಅಡ್ವೆಂಸರಿ ಆಮರ್‌ ದಿಯೋ ಸಿಂಗ್‌ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಷೇರು ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿನ 11 ವಲಯ ಮಾಪಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ಹಸಿರು ಬಣ್ಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡಿತು, ನಿಫ್ಟಿ ಪಿಎಸ್‌ಯು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಸೂಚ್ಯಂಕದ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಶೇಕಡ 5 ರಷ್ಟು ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿಫ್ಟಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ರಿಯಾಲ್ಟಿ, ಫೈನಾನ್ಷಿಯಲ್ ಸರ್ವೀಸಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರ ನಿಫ್ಟಿ ಸೂಚ್ಯಂಕಗಳು ಸಹ 1-3 ಶೇಕಡಾ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೇಗವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿವೆ.

ಇಂದಿನ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಲಾಭ ಗಳಿಸಿದವರು ಕೊಟಕ್ ಮಹೀಂದ್ರಾ (3.11%), ಐಸಿಐಸಿಐ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ (2.61%), ಎಂ & ಎಂ (5.43%), ಬಜಾಜ್ ಫೈನಾನ್ಸ್ (3.15%), ಮತ್ತು ನೆಸ್ಲೆ (2.68%), ಆದರೆ ಎನ್‌ಟಿಪಿಸಿ (1.96%), ವಿಪ್ರೋ ( 1.74%), ಭಾರ್ತಿ ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಟೆಲ್ (1.95%), ಎಂಟರ್ಟೈನ್ಮೆಂಟ್ (1.99%), ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಡಸ್ಇಂಡ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ (1.51%) ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ನಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿವೆ.

ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಷೇರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಇಂಟರ್ ಗ್ಲೋಬ್ ಏವಿಯೇಷನ್ ಜನವರಿ-ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು ರೂ .871 ಕೋಟಿ ನಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದರೂ, ಶೇಕಡಾ 13 ರಷ್ಟು ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ, ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಇದೇ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 6 596 ಕೋಟಿ ಲಾಭ ಗಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ನಂತರದ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ವೆಚ್ಚ ಕಡಿತವನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ತನ್ನ ಹಣಕಾಸನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಂಪನಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.

ಫೇಸ್‌ಬುಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್‌ಸ್ಟಾಗ್ರಾಮ್‌ನಾದ್ಯಂತ ವೀಡಿಯೊ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅನುಭವಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಸರೆಗಾಮ ಅವರ ಸಂಗೀತಕ್ಕೆ ಪರವಾನಗಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸರೆಗಾಮಾ ಮತ್ತು ಫೇಸ್‌ಬುಕ್ ನಡುವೆ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಸುದ್ದಿಯು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಷೇರು ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು 20% ಮೇಲಿನ ಸರ್ಕ್ಯೂಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಾಕ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಯಿತು. ಷೇರು 334.65 ರೂ.

ಭಾರ್ತಿ ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಟೆಲ್ ಷೇರು 1.95% ರಷ್ಟು ಕುಸಿದಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ರೂ .218.90 ರ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಿದೆ. ಪೂಜಾ ಜೈನ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಭಾರತಿ ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಟೆಲ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿತು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಲಾಕ್‌ಡೌನ್ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮ ನಾಗರಿಕರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಕುರಿತು ವಿಶ್ವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ. ತ್ವರಿತ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಚೇತರಿಕೆಯ ಭರವಸೆಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರೆದವು ಆದರೆ ಎರಡನೇ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನ ತರಂಗದ ಆತಂಕಗಳು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ನಾಯಕರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆದವು ಎಂದು ಏಂಜಲ್‌ ಬ್ರೋಕಿಂಗ್‌ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‌ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಾನ್‌ ಅಗ್ರಿ ಕಮಾಡಿಟಿಸ್‌ ಅಂಡ್‌ ಕರೆನ್ಸಿಸ್‌ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಚೀಫ್‌ ಅನಾಲಿಸ್ಟ್‌ ಪ್ರಥಮೇಶ್‌ ಮಲ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸ್ಪಾಟ್ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಬೆಲೆಗಳು ಶೇಕಡ 0.74 ರಷ್ಟು ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಿ 17 177.0 ಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಿದೆ. ಅನೇಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಲಾಕ್‌ಡೌನ್ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ತ್ವರಿತ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಚೇತರಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸದ ಕಾರಣ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಬೆಲೆಗಳು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದವು.

ಜಾರ್ಜ್ ಫ್ಲಾಯ್ಡ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಸ್ಟಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಧನರಾದ ನಂತರ ಯು.ಎಸ್.ಎ.ನಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಗಲಭೆಗಳು ಭುಗಿಲೆದ್ದವು. ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಟ್ರಂಪ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರನ್ನು ಹೊರಹಾಕಲು ಕಠಿಣ ಬಲ ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಲಿಟರಿಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಯು.ಎಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಚೀನಾ ನಡುವಿನ ಉದ್ವಿಗ್ನತೆಯು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೂಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿನ್ನದ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಕುಸಿತವನ್ನು ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿತು.

ಚೀನಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರಾರಂಭಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಲಂಡನ್ ಮೆಟಲ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಚೇಂಜ್ (ಎಲ್ಎಂಇ) ನಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೂಲ ಲೋಹದ ಬೆಲೆಗಳು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡಿತು.

ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಲೋಹಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೀರ್ಘ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹೆಡ್ಜ್ ನಿಧಿಗಳು ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಿಂಜರಿಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಈ ಅಂಶವು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾಗರೂಕರಾಗಿರಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಟ್ರಂಪ್ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ರೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವೆಂದು ಚೀನಾವನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಯು.ಎಸ್-ಚೀನಾ ಉದ್ವಿಗ್ನತೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯಿತು. ವರದಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಯು.ಎಸ್. ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಖರೀದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಚೀನಾ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಕಠಿಣ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಯುದ್ಧವು ಮೂಲ ಲೋಹದ ಬೆಲೆಗಳ ಏರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಿತಿಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಯು.ಎಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳು, ಲೂಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರವು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೂಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೇಸ್ ಲೋಹಗಳ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವನ್ನು ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿತು.

ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅನೇಕ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಹಿಂಜರಿತದಂತಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗ, ಹಸಿವು ಮತ್ತು ಹಸಿವಿನ ಗಂಭೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಹೇಗೆ ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕು. ಲಾಕ್‌ಡೌನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಜಗತ್ತು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಸಹಜ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಮರಳುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Dr. Majeed Foundation contributes ₹2 crores towards Karnataka State Disaster Management Authority to combat COVID-19

Bengaluru, June 4, 2020: Dr. Majeed Foundation, a non-profit institution founded by Dr. Muhammed Majeed, Founder and Chairman of Sami-Sabinsa Group, today contributed ₹2 crores to Karnataka State Disaster Management Authority, to help combat the widespread outbreak of COVID-19.

Dr. Muhammed Majeed, Founder and Chairman of Sami-Sabinsa Group and Ms. Neeraja Shetty, CEO and Director, Sami Labs Ltd, met with the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, Dr. Ashwathnarayan C N and handed over the cheque to him.

As part of the efforts by Dr. Majeed Foundation to support people in distress, the foundation has ramped up its community outreach programs to reach out to the poor and vulnerable communities. Especially to those who have been most affected by the pandemic in Bengaluru and Hyderabad and provided them with essential food items, protective equipment, hand sanitizers and health supplements.

Recently in Chokkasandra, Peenya, Bengaluru, Dr. Majeed Foundation distributed a total of 2,000 food kits – each food kit containing essential grocery items with 5 kgs of rice, 1 kg toor dal, 1 kg atta, 1 kg sugar, 1 kg salt, I ltr oil, one bath soap and a reusable face mask.

In Hyderabad, Dr. Majeed Foundation distributed a total of 1600 food kits to the residents of Turkapally village, an old age home, and various slum-dwelling units.

ಇಸಿಎಲ್ಜಿಎಸ್ (ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಡ್ ಎಮರ್ಜೆನ್ಸಿ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಲೈನ್: ಜಿಇಸಿಎಲ್ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನದೊಂದಿಗೆ) ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರತ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಅವಧಿಯ ಸಾಲಕ್ಕೆ 100% ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬಾಕಿ ಸಾಲದ ಶೇಕಡ 20 ವರೆಗೆ 29.02.2020 ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 25.00 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಅಂದರೆ 5.00 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ವರೆಗೆ ಆ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಖಾತೆಯು 60 ದಿನಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸಮನಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ, ಮುದ್ರಾ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು / ಎಂಎಸ್‌ಎಂಇ / ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಘಟಕಗಳು ಅರ್ಹತೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ತಮ್ಮ ದ್ರವ್ಯತೆ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಡ್ ಎಮರ್ಜೆನ್ಸಿ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಲೈನ್ (ಯುಜಿಇಸಿಎಲ್) ಅನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಸಮಾಜದ ಕೆಳ ಹಂತದವರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮೊದಲ ದಿನವೇ ಅಂದರೆ 2020 ರ ಜೂನ್ 1 ರಂದು 14000 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಖಾತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ನಾವು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಗಮನವು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಯುಜಿಇಸಿಎಲ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ- II / ಶ್ರೇಣಿ -3 ನಗರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ, ಶಾಖೆಗಳ ಪ್ಯಾನ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಅರ್ಹ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಅನುಮೋದಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
