ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು 25:- ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಮೂಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಗೋದಾಮುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಸಚಿವ ಕೆ.ಗೋಪಾಲಯ್ಯ ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದ್ದು. ಸಚಿವರು, ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಸರ್ಜಾಪುರದ ಸೋಮಪುರ ಗೋದಾಮಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಆಹಾರ ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ನಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವರು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ನಿಂದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಆಹಾರ ಕೊರತೆಯಾಗಬಾರದೆಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಗರೀಬ್ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ ರಿಂದ ಜೂನ್ ಗೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಮೂರುತಿಂಗಳ 16 ಸಾವಿರ ಕ್ವಿಂಟಲ್ ಧಾನ್ಯವನ್ನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ರೇಷ್ಮೆ ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರು ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ಸೇವಾ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಗೋದಾಮನ್ನ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ 10 ಕ್ವಿಂಟಲ್ ಗಳಷ್ಟು ಆಹಾರ ಧಾನ್ಯವನ್ನ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲು ಜಾಗವಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ 13 ನೇ ತಾರಿಖು ನನ್ನ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಜಂಟಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಹಸಿಲ್ದಾರರಿಗೆ, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಹಾರ ಸಗಟು ನಾಮಿನಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಹಾರ ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳು ಬರಲಿದ್ದು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಗೋದಾಮುಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದರ ಆಧಾರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದೇ ಊರಿನ ಶೆಡ್ ನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅಕ್ಕಿಯನ್ನು ಶೇಖರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಆ ಗೋದಾಮಿಗೆ ಬಾಡಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಗೋಪಾಲಯ್ಯ ಸೂಕ್ತ ದಾಖಲೆ ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿರುವ ಅಕ್ಕಿಯನ್ನ ಯಾರು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ದಾಸ್ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಈ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಪಡಿತರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡೋದಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿರುವ ಅಕ್ಕಿ. ನಿನ್ನೆಯಿಂದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತ ಆಹಾರ ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮೋಸ ಆಗುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಬಿಡೋದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಬೆಲೆ ಅಂಗಡಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳ್ತಿರೋದು ಇಷ್ಟೆ. ಜನರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ತೂಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡ್ಬೇಡಿ. ಅವರ ಬಳಿ ಹಣತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದು ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೆ. ಹಾಗೇ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳದೆ ಇದ್ದ 141 ನ್ಯಾಯಬೆಲೆ ಅಂಗಡಿ ಮಾಲಿಕರ ಲೈಸನ್ಸ್ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀನಿ. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಏನಾದರು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೆ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ದಾಕ್ಷಿಣ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸುತ್ತೀನಿ. ಅದರೆ ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ತಪ್ಪು ಇಲ್ಲ. ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಆಧಾರವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಗೋಪಾಲಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇನ್ನೂ ಇದೇ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಭಂದಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಣೆಯನ್ನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಎರಡು ಗೋದಾಮುಗಳು ತುಂಬಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮೂರನೇ ಗೋದಾಮಿಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಜಂಟಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಿಂದಲೇ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನಾವು ಸಹ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ವಿ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ರು.
