Exploring unexpected moments of magic, #AisaBhiHoSaktaHai features two short films as well as a series of engagements through a digital-led campaign. In the first film, we show two girls having a conversation at Chaayos, where one girl is snacking and the other one is having her Chai Frappe. Suddenly, one of them spots three monks performing Tai Chi inside the café holding chai cups. The girl excitedly calls out Chaayos mein ‘Tai-Chai’ ho raha hai! The conversation leads to the discovery of Chai Frappe and the realization if Chai and Frappe can happen, then a Tai Chi class in a Chaayos café can also happen. The second film shows an Astronaut standing in line for his cup of Chai at Chaayos. He is seemingly looking out of place in his spacesuit. As one on-looker gawks at the situation, his friend tells him anything is possible, including the unbelievable combination of Chai and Frappe, emphasizing that #AisaBhiHoSaktaHai.

The creative campaign has been designed by Wondrlab India. The digital-led campaign includes two short films as well as multiple promotional and teaser campaigns that build on the element of surprise and possibilities.

Ltd. is proud to announce the launch of its latest initiative, “Community Footprint Program” aimed at empowering young girls from economically weaker sections of society to pursue promising careers in the field of Operations and telecommunication.

The “Community Footprint Program” by Aahwahan Foundation is designed to provide young girls with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the fast-paced and rapidly evolving telecommunications industry. Participants will receive training and mentorship from industry professionals and will have the opportunity to attend workshops, seminars, and networking events. Infinera India Pvt. Ltd. also provided school bags to these young future minds.

C20 Summit on Integrated Holistic HealthInaugurated at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad

FARIDABAD / April 8, 2023: The Integrated Holistic Health Summit of Civil 20 (C20), one of the official Engagement Groups of the G20, has been inaugurated at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad by Shri Manohar Lal, Chief Minister of Haryana. 

Dignitaries present during the inaugural ceremony included Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar, Union Minister of State for Power and Heavy Industries; Shri Ranjit Singh, Haryana’s Minister for Energy; Shri Rajesh Nagar, MLA, Tigaon, Faridabad and Dr. Manoj Nesari, Advisor, Ministry of AYUSH.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of the World Health Organization, addressed the delegates virtually. Former Health Ministers from countries such as Argentina, Rwanda, and Malawi, were also present at the Summit, along with Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri, Vice Chairman, Mata Amritanandamayi Math and Troika Member C20, as well as Vijay K. Nambiar, C20 Sherpa. 

Addressing the audiences, Shri Manohar Lal, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, said: “Health is a basic necessity of life that leads contentment among people, contributing to the overall Happiness Index. We need to develop and adopt traditional systems of health so that we do not fall ill at all. While Government budgets are high for treatment of disease, there is not enough attention on staying healthy by prevention of disease. We in Haryana have started focusing on both physical and mental health of people. We have made a program to open wellness centers, including Yoga and Ayurveda, in each village. Work on 700 such centers has already begun. Due to the use of chemicals, pesticides and pollution, food, and environment are now leading to disease. We need to turn them into medicine again by reverting to traditional systems.”

Shri Manohar Lal said: “Haryana should have 28,000 doctors, according to WHO norms, but currently has less than half that number. We intend to open a medical college in every district of the state to increase this count. Work has already started on opening medical colleges in every district of Haryana, except four. We have also applied for permission to start an integrated course of Allopathy and Ayurveda. Both practices should work together.”

Said Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of the World Health Organization: “We are halfway to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). There are many challenges ahead to reach the SDG health targets. Even before Covid 19, billions of people missed every year on essential health services either because they couldn’t access them or afford them. The Pandemic has set us further back. We saw 90% of countries reporting disruptions in essential health services. Covid 19 has shown why universal health coverage is so important and why we must pursue it with even more determination, innovation and collaboration. That is why one of the WHO’s top priorities is to reorient health systems towards primary healthcare and foundation of universal health coverage and health security. Integrating evidence-based traditional medicine into national health systems can contribute to achieving health for all.”

Said Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri, Vice Chairman, Mata Amritanandamayi Math and Troika Member C20: “Doctors should find time to do meditation to tap into their intuitive mind and spiritual energies, much like our ancient Ayurvedic physicians and seers. To spread goodness and health, they need to mix medication with meditation, as that would lead to a qualitative shift in both the doctor and the patient. If the Group of 20 countries became ambassadors of Goodness (Goodness 20), that will tremendously benefit the developing and underdeveloped countries. It will help goodness to prevail in a hurting world, and all will be good.”

The dignitaries also released two new platforms at the event, named Digital Shiksha for Advanced Clinical Capacity Learning (DiShA) and We Are with You. DiShA is India’s first case-based simulation learning platform for critical care in public health created by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham through USAID funding. “We are With You” is a public portal that provides informative content such as videos, articles, testimonials, contact details for public and private mental health organizations, helpline numbers, discussion forums, and blogs in English and major regional languages, aimed at connecting people with the mental healthcare they need.

During the two days of the Summit, delegates from more than 700 CSOs, health professionals, educators, and leaders from across the public health landscape would participate in discussions and workshops that will directly impact the policy recommendations that will be launched at the C20 Summit in July 2023. The sessions would focus on seven key areas of public health including mental health, nutrition, women’s and children’s health, elderly care, holistic health approaches, One Health, and the reduction of non-communicable diseases.

In her message to the delegates at the inaugural ceremony, C20 Chair Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma), said: “Integrated healthcare is a part of the C20 process. Today, most people perceive health only as related to the physical body. However, human existence is not merely at the level of the body. Mental, intellectual, and emotional health are also important. Over and above, we must acknowledge the strength of the all-pervasive spirit, the ātma-śakti, that imbues everything with consciousness. When one gives all these factors equal importance in one’s life, the meaning of healthcare becomes complete.”

She added: “Modern medicine and treatment systems are certainly important and have their place. However, real healthcare is not just seeking medical treatment when sick. In reality, Nature is our closest friend because we ourselves are Nature. Therefore, moving in harmony with Nature is most important for holistic health. Without connecting to Nature and without Her blessings, holistic health is impossible.”

Amma said: “If we want a lasting solution to the atrocities humankind is facing today and will have to face in the future, we should be willing to change our internal climate. What is happening in the external environment—be it global warming or climate change—is but a reflection of the harsh climate in our minds. Let us all proceed to work selflessly for the world’s welfare. May this world grow and prosper as one family, united in love.”

Coordinator of C20 Working Group on Integrated Holistic Health, Dr. Priya Nair of Amrita Hospital, said: ” Despite the overbearing presence of COVID19, the major causes of deaths and morbidity continue to be Ischemic Heart Disease, stroke, cancers and chronic 

respiratory diseases. With this background, the C20 Working Group, Integrative Holistic health, has identified seven domains aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), addressing 12 of the 13 SDG targets alongside the FCTC and MPOWER of the WHO. The Working Group aims to identify, articulate, discuss and address key health challenges in the domains of mental health, women and children health, nutrition, non-communicable disease, One Health, elderly care and end-of-life care and holistic health (traditional and alternative forms of medicine, including Yoga and meditation). This would help suggest policy frameworks to address the same for the betterment of society in general. We seek to both illuminate how best to reinforce global healthcare systems and their attendant gaps while also redefining ‘health for all.”

The preliminary discussions held during the online policy events of the Working Group on Integrated Holistic Health would be continued in Faridabad over two days, as the participants finalize the list of solutions, along with the examples of best practice (Udaaharans) as proof of concept. These discussions will prove vital to drafting a well-rounded policy pack that will directly impact the policy recommendations that will be launched at the C20 Summit in July 2023.

The G20 (Group of 20) is a forum comprising 19 countries and the European Union. It works to address major issues related to the global economy. C20 provides a platform for Civil Society Organizations (CSO) around the world to voice people’s aspirations to the world leaders in G20.

ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರು ಎಂದರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮತ ಹಾಕುವ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಎಂಬ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವವ್ಯಾಪಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದೇ ಇಂದು ಈ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಳುವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಮಿಸಿದೆ. ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಮತಗಳು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ದೃಢ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಏನೇ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಗೆ ಮತ ಹಾಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಅಚಲ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಇದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಹಿಂದುಳಿಯಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಕಳೆದ ಹಲವು ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ಇಂತಹ ಶೋಚನೀಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈಗ ಇಂತಹ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರ ಬಂದು, ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡುವ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುವ ಚಿಂತನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ, ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಬಾರಿಯ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಗಳು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಈಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿದೆ.

೧.ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಮೊದಲ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ೧೨೪ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಆರು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ೧೦೦ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಎರಡನೇ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಐದು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಮತವೇ ಬರಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಂದಾಜು ೧೧ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ

೨. ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಮತ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ೨೫ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ೨೦೧೮ರ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಟಾಗೆ ಮತ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮಹಾ ಸಂಘ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಶೇ.೧ರಷ್ಟು ಜನ ನೋಟಾಗೆ ಮತ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು ೩.೫ಲಕ್ಷ ಮತದಾರರು ನೋಟಾಗೆ ಮತ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ೧೩ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀರಿ ೧೩ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸೋಲಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.

೩. ಹೀಗೆ ಸೋತವರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರೂ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದು, ಎರಡು ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್, ಎರಡು ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ೯ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸೋಲನುಭವಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಹೇಳುವುದಾದರೆ ಬಾದಾಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ ೧,೬೯೬ ಮತಗಳ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ೨,೪೫೦ ಮತಗಳು ನೋಟಾಗೆ ಚಲಾವಣೆಯಾಗಿವೆ, ಅಂದರೆ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮತಗಳೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಗೆದ್ದು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಸೋಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

೪. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಸ್ಕಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಬಸವನಗೌಡ ತುರವೀಹಾಳ್ ಅವರು ಕೇವಲ ೨೧೩ ಮತಗಳ ಅಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಲನುಭವಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಪಟ್ಟಿ, ಮುಂದುವರಿದು ಶಿವರಾಮ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾರ್, ಎಚ್ .ಕೆ. ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದು, ಅನಿಲ್ ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ ಕೇವಲ ೧,೮೬೮ ಮಗಳಿಂದ ಸೋತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕುಂದಗೋಳ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಳ್ಳಿ, ಚಿಕ್ಕನಗೌಡ ಅವರು ೩೩೦ ಮತಗಳಿಂದ ಸೋತಿರುವುದು ಹೀಗೆ ನೋಟಾ ಮತಗಳಿಂದ ೯ ಮಂದಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರಾಭವಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

೫. ಶೇ.೧ ರಷ್ಟು ಮತ ನೋಟಾಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದರೆ, ಇನ್ನೂ ಶೇ.೨ರಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರು ನೋಟಾಗೆ ಮತ ಹಾಕುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮತಗಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದೇಕೆ ಎಂದು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಉಳಿದರು. ಇವರೂ ಮತ ಹಾಕಿದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ೨೫ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಗೆಲ್ಲಲು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.

೬ ೨೦೧೮ರಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲಾವಣೆಯಾದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಶೇಖಡಾವಾರು ಮತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.೬೮ ರಷ್ಟು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಶೇ.೩೩ ರಷ್ಟು ಮತ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಡೆದಿವೆ. ಈ ಶೇ.೩೬ರಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ೧೦೪ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದರೆ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ೭೮ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಈ ಶೇ.೨ರಷ್ಟು ಮತ ಚಲಾವಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸ್ವಂತ ಬಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ

೭. ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮಹಾಸಂಘ ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಆಶಾಸನೆಯಂತೆ ೨೦೧೮ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಅಂದಿನ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್‌ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ

ಎಚ್‌.ಡಿ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಅಂದು ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ೨೫ ಕೋಟಿ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಈ ವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಒಂದು ರುಪಾಯಿ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ ಮಂಡಳಿ ರಚನೆಯಾದ ನಂತರ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮೂರು ಆಯ ವ್ಯಯ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಹಣ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ.

೮. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಸ್ತುತ ಸರಕಾರವು ಸಮಾನ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊಡಿಸುವ ಭೂಮಿಕೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಮಾನ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ. ಯಾವ ಪಕ್ಷ ಸಮಾನ ನ್ಯಾಯ ನೀಡಲಿದೆಯೋ ಆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಪರ ಇರಲು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

೯. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.೯ ರಷ್ಟು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಮತಗಳಿವೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಸುಮಾರು ೪೫ ಲಕ್ಷ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮತದಾರರು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶೇ.೫ ಮತ್ತು ಶೇ.೭ರಷ್ಟಿರುವ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮನೆಗೇ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಶೇ.೯ರಷ್ಟು ಮತ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಕಡಗಣನೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

೧೦. ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ೪೫ ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು, ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ ಉತ್ತರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ೨೦ ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮತದಾರರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೈಸೂರು, ಧಾರವಾಡದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮತದಾರರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಒಟ್ಟು ೪೭ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರು ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇಂತಹ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳೂ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಈ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಹೀಗೇ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮತದಾನ ಅಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪುಯೋಗಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಯಾವದೇ ಒಂದು ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ ಚಲಾಯಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರು ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡುವರೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಲು ಸಮುದಾಯ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮಹಾ ಸಂಘ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು
