August 13, 2019: Aakash Educational Services Ltd. (AESL), the national leader in test preparation services, has entered into a strategic tie-up with IT major Tech Mahindra – a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering services and solutions – for managing digitisation of its operations including infrastructure, data centre and applications.
The three-year contract will provide support to AESL’s digital transformation journey wherein the company is scaling up its digital ecosystem, modernizing its IT infrastructure and implementing a complete automation model for digital support and maintenance.

Inauguration of Research Facilities at CeNS new campus, Bengaluru

Opening Ceremony of the new state-of-the-art Research Facilities of the Centre for Nano and Soft Matter Sciences (CeNS), Bengaluru, in its new campus at Shivanapura, Bengaluru North. Bharat Ratna Professor C.N.R. Rao, FRS, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, the Union Minister for Health &Family Welfare, Science & Technology, Earth Sciences, and Sri B.S. Yediyurappa, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka have kindly consented to grace the occasion scheduled at 10.30 am on Saturday, 17th August 2019.

The Secretary to Government of india, Department of Science and Technology, Professor Ashutosh Sharma, along with the Director of IIT Delhi and Chairman, Governing Council of CeNS, Professor V. Ramgopal Rao, and many other senior scientists from renowned Institutions will also partake in the event. The Centre for Nano and Soft Matter Sciences, an autonomous scientific research institution, functioning under the aegis of DST, is presently located at Jalahalli in the precincts of Bharat Electronics. Started in 1991 as Centre for Liquid Crystal Research under the stewardship of Prof. S. Chandrasekhar, FRS, the Centre came under the administrative control of DST in 2003.

True to the trends internationally, it expanded the scope of research by taking up the mandate of promoting and popularising Nano Science and Technoiogy to achieve its present stature as CENS. This long scientific journey has been possible owing to the absolute support of DST and the Nano Mission of Government of India. Indubitably, the areas of scientific research practiced in CeNS today, are globally hot topics, and nationalily the most relevant fields spanning energy, water and healthcare. The grand vision of Prof. C.N.R. Rao, Chairman, Nano Mission Council of Gol, and mentor of CeNS, has been well supported by the Government of Karnataka in promoting nano science and technology. True to its commitment, the Government of Karnataka has been very kind in allotting a 14 acre-land to CeNS, for setting up a campus at Shivanapura. A prime laboratory block that will function as Materials and Technology Laboratory has been constructed at this new location.The motto of these laboratories is to work towards innovations assisting entrepreneurs from institutions and even from the general public, who aspire to bridge the gap between purely scientific innovations and technology, thereby, contributing more productively towards the Make in India mission.

The event, scheduled to start at 10.30, is expected to get completed in 2-hours duration.

Bangalore, August 12, 2019:Manipal Hospitals Bangalore achieves yet another medical miracle and gives new lease of life to 7-month-old baby, Master Abhir Mondal from West Bengal. In a very rare and peculiar case, baby Abhir came to Manipal Hospitals with a very large abdominal swelling, a cause which many doctors failed to detect.

Baby’s parents Mr. Tanmoy Mondal & Mrs. Bijiya Mondal settled in Shantiniketan, West Bengal were married for 6 years. They are wall-designing artists by profession and when Bijiya was pregnant, they underwent regular tests and scans, which did not detect any abnormalities with the baby. However, the baby was born premature in the 7th month of pregnancy and when Abhir was 2 months old, his father suspected an abnormal swelling in the abdomen and consulted many doctors to understand the condition. Later a doctor from Kolkata did detect an abnormal tumor and suggested they travel to Manipal Hospitals Bangalore for treatment, as the case seemed to be quite rare and complicated.

Explaining about this rare case, Dr. Radhakrishna, HOD & Consultant, Pediatric Surgeon & Urologist, Manipal Hospitals , Manipal Pediatrics clinic Kormangala “The parents came to me in a very anxious state as they were unable to understand the strange condition of the baby. The baby had a very large tumour arising from the posterior abdominal wall and extending anteriorly. I could see that there was a mix of both liquid and solid elements inside the abdomen. These masses are referred to as teratomas, which means that they are composed of tissues not normally present at that site. These are thought to develop from germ cells, which are cells that can change into and divide to form any organ in the body. This resembled a very rare condition known as Fetus in Fetu. Fetus in fetu (FIF) is a rare congenital anomaly. It is a condition in which malformed and parasitic fetus is located in the body of its twin.”

“The stomach, pancreas and the major blood vessels supplying the intestine were also displaced and had close proximity to the tumor. It took careful and meticulous dissection to finally separate the tumor from the rest of the body organs. Careful examination revealed some peculiar facts as the specimen had a sac filled with fluid in which solid components were present including brain, hair, intestinal tissue and bones, almost giving the appearance of an incompletely formed fetus” Dr. Radhakrishna added.

According to medical literature, Fetus in fetu (FIF) is an extremely rare occurrence and only a few hundreds of such cases have been recorded so far. In fact, the diagnosis is not easy and the period may range from few months to years as well.

Expressing gratitude, parents of Master Abhir said, “This is no less than a miracle for us. We had lost all hopes as the condition of our baby went undetected and none of the doctors could diagnose the problem. Abhir has recovered very well and we are now going back to West Bengal. We are grateful to Dr. Radhakrishna and the team of doctors at Manipal Hospitals for their great support and giving new life to our son. ”

ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಧರ್ಮದ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತಿರುವ ಹಿಂಸೆ , ಅಸಹಿಷ್ಣುತೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳು ನಮಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ನೋವನ್ನು ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದೆ . ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆಯಾದಾಗಿನಿಂದಲೂ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಹಿಷ್ಣುತೆ ತಾಂಡವವಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ .

ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಸರೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮೊಟಕುಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು , ಸೈದ್ಧಾಂತಿಕ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹನನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು , ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕುತ್ತಿರುವುದು . . . . . . . ಹೀಗೆ ಬಿ . ಜಿ . ಪಿ , ಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಮನಸ್ಸುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಕೃತ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಮೆರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ತೀರಾ ಕಳವಳಕಾರಿ ಸಂಗತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ .

ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಂಗವು ಧರ್ಮ ನಿರಪೇಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು . ಆದರೆ , ಇಂದು ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾದರೂ ಏನು ? ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಾಕ್ಷಸೀ ಮನೋಭಾವಗಳು ದಾಬೋಲ್ಕರ್ , ಗೋವಿಂದ ಪಾರೆ , ಪ್ರೊ . ಎಂ . ಎಂ . ಕಲ್ಬುರ್ಗಿ , ಗೌರಿ ಲಂಕೇಶ್ ಅಂತಹವರನ್ನು ಹತ್ಯೆಗೈದಿವೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಅಸಹಿಷ್ಣುತೆಯ ಪರಾಕಾಷ್ಟೆ . ಯಾವ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಅಂದಾಜು ನಮಗೆ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ . ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿಲುವು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದವರನ್ನು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿ ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಧರ್ಮದ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂಸೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರ ( Mob Lynching ) ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲೇ ಸನ್ಮಾನ , ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ .

ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಿ . ಬಿ . ಐ , ಆರ್ . ಬಿ . ಐ . ನಂತಹ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯದ ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತತಾ ಶಂಸೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಹಿಡಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹುನ್ನಾರ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ , ತನ್ನ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳದಿದ್ದರೆ , ಅಂತಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟಿದೆ .

ಮಹಾತ ಗಾಂಧಿಗಿಂತ ಸರದಾರ್ ವಲ್ಲಭಭಾಯಿ ಪಟೇಲ್ ದೊಡ್ಡ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಎಂದು , ಗಾಂಧಿ ಹತ್ಯೆಗೈದ ನಾಥೂರಾಂ ಗೋಡ್ಸೆ ಮಹಾನ್ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತನೆಂದು , ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹಿ ಎಂದು ಯುವಜನತೆಗೆ ನಂಬಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ಬಿ . ಜೆ . ಪಿ . ನಾಯಕರು ಮುಂದಿನ ಚುಣಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಬಿ . ಜೆ . ಪಿ ಗೆ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ , ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಗೌರವ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಲು ಇದೊಂದೇ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಸಾಕು .

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು , 12ನೇ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 2019 : ಯಶವಂತಪುರದ ಕೊಲಂಬಿಯಾ ಏಷಿಯಾ ರೆಫರಲ್ ಅಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯು ಅಪರೂಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣವಾದ ಎಬಿಒಐ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡ ಕಸಿಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಿತು . 48 ವರ್ಷದ ಹೆಂಡತಿ , ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿವಳಿಕೆ ತಜ್ಞರಾಗಿರುವ 55 ವರ್ಷದ ಗಂಡನಿಗೆ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡ ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದರು . ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಡಾ ಸುಮತಿ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು 2018ರಲ್ಲಿ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡದ ವೈಫಲ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂತು ಮತ್ತು ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಔಷಧಿಗಳಿಂದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು . ಆಟದ ಮೈದೊಳಗೆ , ಮಧುಮೇಹ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ರಕ್ತದೊತ್ತಡದಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು . ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಮಾರ್ಚ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡದ ಕಾಯಿಲೆ ಉಲ್ಬಣಗೊಂಡಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಕೆಲವು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಡಯಾಲಿಸಿಸ್‌ ಅಥವಾ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡದ ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು . ಸ್ವತಃ ವೈದ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅವರು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದವರೆಗೆ ಡಯಾಲಿಸಿಸ್‌ಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಇದು ಅವರ ವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗಬಹುದೆಂದು ಆತಂಕಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು , ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡ ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದರು . ಅವರು ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡ ಕಸಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು . ಅವರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರು ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡವನ್ನು ದಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಮುಂದೆ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ದಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ದರಿದ್ದರು . ಆದರೆ ಅವರ ರಕ್ತದ ಗುಂಪು ಎ ನೆಗೆಟಿವ್‌ ಆಗಿದ್ದು , ಅದು ಬಿ ಪಾಸಿಟಿವ್ ರಕ್ತದ ಗುಂಪನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅವರ ಪತಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ . ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾರತದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಎಬಿಒಐ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡ ಕಸಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇದು ಅವರನ್ನು ತುಂಬಾ ನಿರಾಶೆಗೀಡುಮಾಡಿತು . ಇದರ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ , ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವತಃ ವೈದ್ಯರಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಬಿಒಐ ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು . ಯಶವಂತಪುರದ ಕೊಲಂಬಿಯಾ ಏಷಿಯಾ ರೆಫರಲ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೆಫ್ರಾಲಜಿಸ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಸಿ ವೈದ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ಡಾ ದೀಪಕ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವಂತೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ನಂತರ ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿಯ ರಕ್ತದ ಗುಂಪಿನ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಿಕಾಯ ಮಟ್ಟ ಅಂದಾಜು 1 . 64 , ಇದು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಎಣಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ . ಪ್ರತಿಕಾಯಗಳ ಈ ಹಂತಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದಾಗ , ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಸವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ನಂತರ ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು . ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ , ಸ್ವತ : ಅರಿವಳಿಕೆ ತಜ್ಞರಾಗಿರುವ ಡಾ ಸುಮತಿ , ಅದರ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನದ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವರೂಪವನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಎಬಿಒಐ ಕಸಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆತಂಕಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು . ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಳೆದ 5 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವೇ ಕೆಲವು ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಆದರೆ ಕಾಲಕ್ರಮೇಣಾ ಕೌನ್ಸಲಿಂಗ್ ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡರು .

ಮುಂದಿನ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ಕಸಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಗಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡದ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹದಗೆಟ್ಟವು ಮತ್ತು ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ಅವರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಡಯಾಲಿಸಿಸ್‌ಅನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು . ಎಬಿಒಐ ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡುವಿಕೆಯ ಮೂಲ ತತ್ವವೆಂದರೆ ರಕ್ತದ ಗುಂಪಿನ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಿಕಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯುವ ಈ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಕಸಿ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ 3 ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು . ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕಾಯಗಳ ಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕಾರಾರ್ಹ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಗೆ ಇಳಿಸಿದಾಗ , ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು . ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿಕಾಯಗಳ ಮಟ್ಟವು ಮರುಕಳಿಸದಂತೆ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ತಡೆಯಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಔಷಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು . “ ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿಗೆ ಬಲ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡದಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಅಪಧಮನಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಎಡ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡದಲ್ಲಿ 3 ಅಪಧಮನಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದುದರಿಂದ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯೂ ಸಹ ಸವಾಲಿನದ್ದಾಗಿತ್ತು , ಅದು ಬಹಳ ಅಪರೂಪ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು . ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡುವಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ 2 ಅಪಧಮನಿಗಳಿದ್ದ ಬಲ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆವು . ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ರೋಗಿಯ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡಿದ 3 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೋಗಿಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು , ” ಎಂದು ಯಶವಂತಪುರದ ಕೊಲಂಬಿಯಾ ಏಷಿಯಾ ರೆಫರಲ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡ ಕಸಿ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಡಾ ಅಜಿತ್ ಕೆ ಹುಲಿಗೋಲ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು . ಒಂದೇ ರಕ್ತದ ಗುಂಪನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಂಗದಾನಿಗಳ ಕೊರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊನೆಯ ಹಂತದ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡದ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯ ಘಟನೆಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಎಬಿಒಐ ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡುವಿಕೆಯು ಆದ್ಯತೆಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ . ದಾನಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವವರು ಎರಡು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ರಕ್ತದ ಗುಂಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯು ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ . ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ , ಎಂದು ಕಳೆದ 1 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ 7 ಎಬಿಒಐ ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡುವಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಯಶವಂತಪುರದ ಕೊಲಂಬಿಯಾ ಏಷಿಯಾ ರೆಫರಲ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ನೆಫ್ರಾಲಜಿಸ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಸಿ ತಜ್ಞ – ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ಡಾ ದೀಪಕ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು , “ ನಾನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೋವುಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ತುಂಬಾ ಕೃತಜ್ಞನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ , ನಾನು ಎಬಿಒಐ ಕಸಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೇ ಎಂದು ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದೆ , ಆದರೆ ಯಶವಂತಪುರದ ಕೊಲಂಬಿಯಾ ಏಷಿಯಾ ರೆಫರಲ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಕೌನೆ . ಲಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿ ನನಗೆ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ತುಂಬಿದರು , ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಿ , ನನಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ ವೈದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಹತ್ತೂರ್ವಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು , ” ಎಂದರು ಡಾ ಸುಮತಿ ಕುಮಾರ್
