ಸಮಾನತೆಯ ಹರಿಕಾರ , ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಶಿಲ್ಪಿ ಡಾ . ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರವರು ರಚಿಸಿದ ಭಾರತದ ಜಾತ್ಯಾತೀತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ತೂರಿರುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ , ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರಮೋದಿ ಜೀ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಿ ಜೆ ಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು , ತನ್ನ ಹುಳುಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಡಲು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಜೋತು ಬಿದಿರುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ ವಿನಾಕಾರಣ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಮೇಲೆ ದ್ವೇಷ ಕಕ್ಕುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತರ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತ ರಂಗ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ . ಖಂಡನೀಯ ವಿಷಯಗಳು :

1 , ಲೋಕಪಾಲ ಬಿಲ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಇದುವರೆವಿಗೂ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರದೇ ಇರುವುದು .

2 . ವಿದೇಶದಿಂದ ಕಪ್ಪುಹಣ ತರುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ಆಶ್ವಾಸನೆ ನೀಡಿ ಇದುವರೆವಿಗೂ ತರದೇ ಇರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ .

3 , ಮಹಿಳಾ ಬಿಲ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಚನೆ ಮೂಡದೇ ಇರುವುದು ,

4 , ರೂ : 15 . 00 ಲಕ್ಷ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬರ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಹಾಕುತ್ತವೆಂದು ಆಶ್ವಾಸನೆ ನೀಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ತರದೇ ಇರುವುದು .

5 , ಎರಡು ಕೋಟಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ತರದೇ ಇರಿವುದು , ಹಾಗು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಇರುವರು ಕೂಡ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ .

6 . ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಧರ್ಮದ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಮು ಗಲಭೆಗಳು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾರಣ ಹೋಮ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ,

7 , ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡೀಸೆಲ್ ಬೆಲೆ ಗಗನಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿರುವುದು .

8 . ದಿನ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಅಡುಗೆ ಅನಿಲ ಗಗನಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿರುವುದು .

9.ಉತ್ತರ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ದಲಿತರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅನಾಮಾನುಷ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಭೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು .

10 . ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೊಡ್ಡ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು , ವ್ಯಾಪಾರದ ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟರ್ಗಳು ಟಿ . ವಿ . ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊರಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿರುವುದು .

11 . ಜಿ ಯಸ್ ಟಿ ಇಂದ ಹಲವಾರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೊಡ್ಡ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಣ್ಣ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಕಷ್ಟ – ನಷ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿ ಜೀವನ ಸಾಗಿಸುತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿರುವ 11 ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾರದೆ ಇದ್ದು ಬರಿ ಆಶ್ವಾಸನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿದೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಕಾರ್ಯರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ . ಜಾತ್ಯಾತೀತತೆ ಕೋಮು ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವು ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ಒದಗಿಸಿರುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ , ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜನತಾದಳ ಜಾತ್ಯಾತೀತ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಬಾರಿಯ ಬಜೆಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಸ ಅಭಿರುದ್ದಿ ನಿಗಮ ” ಘೋಷಿಸಿ 200 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಒದಗಿಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ರಂಗವು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುತದ್ದೆ . . ಈ ಬಾರಿಯ ಸಂಸತ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿ ಜೆ ಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ನೇರ ಹಣಾಹಣಿ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ , ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಬಿ ಜೆ ಪಿ ಯನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸಲು ಜಾತ್ಯಾತೀತ ಮತಗಳ ಕ್ರೂಡೀಕರಣ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಪಕ್ಷೇತರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶ್ರೀ . ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ರಾಜ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ . ಸುಮಲತಾ , ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಕ್ಷೇತರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ ಹಾಕದಿರಲು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಾಗು ಜೆ ಡಿ ಯಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತರು ಒಮ್ಮತದಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತರ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತ ರಂಗವು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ .

ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುತೇಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾವಂತರು , ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು , ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ವರ್ಗದವರುಗಳೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಮುಂದೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ! ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ರೈತರು , ಬಡ ವರ್ಗ , ಅವಿದ್ಯಾವಂತರೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲುವ ಗೌರವ , ಘನತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಗಲಿದೆ . ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಿರಿ , ವಿದ್ಯಾವಂತರು , ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು , ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ವರ್ಗದವರುಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸೌಲತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಇಂಥವರೇ ಮತದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗದಿರುವುದು , ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ದುರಂತವೆಂದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಲಾರದು . ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳೇ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳು . ಪ್ರಜಾ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಸೇವಕರು ಇದ್ದಂತೆ . ನಾಯಿ ಬಾಲ ಅಲ್ಲಾಡಿಸಬೇಕೇ ವಿನಃ , ಬಾಲವೇ ನಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಾಡಿಸಿದಂತಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ , ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಆಡಳಿತ ವೈಖರಿ . ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ 134 ಕೋಟಿ ಜನರಿದ್ದು , ಈ ನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ 7 ಕೋಟಿ ಜನರದ್ದು , ಒಬ್ಬ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ , ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಂತರ ಜನರನ್ನು ನಿತ್ಯ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ , ಒಂದಲ್ಲಾ ಒಂದು ರೀತಿ ಅಲ್ಲಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ , ಅಲ್ಲಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ . ಅಂತಹ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನ ಏಕಾಏಕಿ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ! ಕೇಂದ್ರಾಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರಬಹುದು . ಆದರೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ , ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಕಛೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಹೇಳತೀರದಂತಾಗಿ ಸಾಗಿದೆ . ನಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ನೋಡುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಲಂಚ ನೀಡಲೇಬೇಕಾದ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ . ಇದಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕಳಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳೇ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು , ನಾಳೆಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಯುವ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ , ಸಮರ್ಥ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ . ಯಾವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಕಿಂಚಿತ್ತಾದರೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಕಳಕಳಿ ಇದೆ . ಯಾರು ಚಿಂತಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ , ಮಾತಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಹೋರಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿರಿ . ಇದನ್ನು ಹೊರತು ಜಾತಿ , ಭಾಷೆ , ಮತ ಧರ್ಮ , ಅನುವಂಶೀಯತೆ , ಕುಟುಂಬ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿರಿ , ಯಾರು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕೈಗೆ ನಿಲುಕುತ್ತಾರೆ , ಸ್ಪಂಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ , ಸದನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಜನರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅಂಥವರನ್ನೇ ಈ ಲೋಕಸಭೆಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರೆಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಮತದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ರಂಗದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಕಳಕಳಿಯಾಗಿದೆ .

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು – ಭಗವಾನ್ ಮಹಾವೀರರ 2618ನೇ ಜನ್ಮಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಏ.17 ರಂದು ಶಾಂತಿ ಜಾಥವನ್ನು ಜೈನ್ ಯುವ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅಹಿಂಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವಶಾಂತಿ ದಿವಸವಾಗಿ ಅಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಟೌನ್‌ಹಾಲ್‌ನಿಂದ ಶಾಂತಿ ಜಾಥ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಜಾಥಾದ ಮೂಲಕ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಮಹಾವೀರರ ಸಂದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಬೋಧನೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನತೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುವ ಹೊಂದಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜೈನ್ ಯುವ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜೈನ್ ಭರತರಾಂಕ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಶ್ರೀಶಾಂತಿ ಜಾಥಾ ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನಿಂದ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡು ನಗರ್ತ ಪೇಟೆ, ಚಿಕ್ಕಪೇಟೆ ಆದನಾಥ ಜೈನ್ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ, ಕಾಳಿದಾಸ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನ ಕುಂಡಲಿಪುರ ನಗರಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಸೇರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಶ್ರೀ ಚಂದ್ರಯಶಸೂರೀಶ್ವರ ಜೀ ಮಹಾರಾಜ್, ಶ್ರೀ ಮುಕ್ತಿಸಾಗರ್ ಸೂರ್‌ಜಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜ್, ಶಾಸನ ಶ್ರೀ ಕಂಚನ್ ಪ್ರಭಾಜೀ, ಮಧುಸ್ಮಿತಾಜೀ, ಶ್ರೀನಿಧಿಜೀ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2.20ಕ್ಕೆ ಮಹಾಮಂಗಳೀಕ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.

ಭಗವಾನ್ ಮಹಾವೀರರ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರ್ತಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆಯವ್ಯಯ ಮಂಡನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಮಹಾವೀರರ ಜನ್ಮ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ

The Honble Vice President Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu received the book “Making of a Smart City” written by Dr. S. L. Goel and Dr. Shalini Rajneesh.

About the Authors

Dr. S. L. Goel, Emeritus Fellow UGC at Punjab University and eminent educationist had been teaching Public Administration and Political Science for over three decades. He had been a member of University Grants Commission, Government of India, New Delhi, Distance Education Council and a member of All India Board of Management under All India Council for Technical Education, Ministry of HRD, New Delhi. He has been advisor to Himachal Pradesh and Haryana Health Departments under their USAID Programme. He has written books on Health Administration, Management of Public Administration, numbering about seventy, conducted research and guided more than twenty-five Indian and foreign students for Doctoral research as well as conducted a large number of training programmes for senior administrators. He was elected Vice President of Indian Institute of Public Administration for two years 2004-06. His paper submitted to World Health Organisation Decent Care for HIV/AIDS Patients won him a prize of Rs. 60,000 and an invitation for 5 days conference in Geneva and 5 days in Toronto.

Dr. Shalini Rajneesh, woman topper of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) 1989 batch, is a gold medalist in Psychology, MBA from Australia and PhD in Rural Development. She has penned 11 books, 6 in English and 5 in Kannada covering subjects like Management, Personality Development, Women Empowerment, IAS Coaching etc. Besides, She regularly writes articles and gives lectures/interviews in T.V., Radio, seminars, etc., to connect to people at large on issues of public interest. Her most momentous experience has been during her stint as Deputy Commissioner, Belgaum District, when she deftly handled the worst floods of the century. She won the 2nd Best Panchayat Raj National Award in 2012. She steered a revolutionary legislation ie Karnatakas Guarantee of Services to Citizens Act, 2011 popularly known as Sakala Project which bagged the PRIME MINISTERS Award for Excellence in Civil Services. She is currently chairman of Tumakuru Smart City Corporation.
