Few of His recent records are WR64 12 Bananas manually cut into 350 slices in 1 Minute ; WR63 1822 Sideward Rollings in 1 Hr., in

Pavana Mukthasana Yoga Posture; WR62 1700 Abdominal Push-Ups in 1 Hr using an open Gym equipment, etc. He is am happy to inform that following very rigorous systematic practice during the last 3 months , he has successfully set his 65th (Inaugural) World record “1 Hr. ABSOLUTE NON-STOP NAUKASANAS”, on Sunday, 14 April, 2019, commencing at 7.30 A.M., at Prof. Satish Dhawan Park, Tatanagar Kodigehalli, Bangalore 560092. This extremely taxing and physically quite challenging record of balancing in the boat posture was attempted defying my present age of 63! He had committed to the Books of World Records to perform 300 consecutive Naukasanas in under 45 Minutes. However, with a high level of focus and hard determination,

he succeeded in making the committed 300 Naukasanas in just 28 Min. 30 Sec, surpassing his best performance of 300 Naukasanas in 32 Min. during the practice sessions. Not only that, but he went beyond 300 which he had never ever ventured earlier, performing almost at the same pace, pushing my stamina and endurance to humam limits and achieved a aggering 652 Naukasanas 1 exactly 1 Hr., averaging a fast pace of 10.9 Naukasanas per minute. Remarkably, in the last minute, having completed 634 Naukasanas in 59 Minutes, determined to cross 650 in 1 Hr., He achieved an unbelievable pace of 18 Naukasanas in the last minute and reached 652 the Timing official announced STOP at the end of 1 Hr. This achievement was possible mainly because of a perfect harmony between his strong mind and strong body, systematic planning of his practice ns with pre-determined time bound targets, high level of concentration and more importantly excellent control over my breathing and pacing. At the r. punishing feat, he was neither completely exhausted nor gasping for breath. He performed Shavasana to quickly bring back the heart end of the 1 pacing to normalcy. The record was set on 14 April as a gift to my wife Usha on her 62nd birthday The record was officially set following the standard norms set by the Books of Records for such feats, in the presence of general public. Digital display stop watches and mechanical counters were used for accurate counting. The entire record feat was professionally video photographed. The Authenticating Officials were Smt. MALA MANOHAR, Yoga Practioner and Yoga Teacher, School Vivekananda, Bangalore, Yoga Shiromani Mr. SHYAM KURUPPATH, Internationally certified Yoga practitioner and free lance Yoga Teacher, Director of Grorich Horivert Pvt. Ltd Bangalore, Mr. AJITH KUMAR MAIYA, Yoga Practioner and Sr. Technician, Health Centre, IISc., Bangalore and Mr. B. ASHOK KUMAR, Yoga Practioner and Graphic & Printing Consultant, Bangalore. Having successfully accomplished the record, the complete set of authentication documents together with video proof will be sent to the various Books of Records, for official recognition, very soon.

18 April 2019, Bengaluru: Sadhguru, Founder, Isha Foundation voted in Coimbatore Lok Sabha constituency in Tamil Nadu today around 11 am. He travelled from the United States for one day to cast his vote. “May this immense privilege to decide who should conduct the governance of the nation not go in vain. I beseech every adult to exercise this responsibility to decide the future of the nation,” said Sadhguru.

“My congratulations and gratitude to the Election Commission and all officials involved for ensuring that voters in the remotest parts of the Nation are able to exercise their franchise. It is this commitment which allows the world’s largest democracy to function,” he added.

Sadhguru urged the voters to look beyond caste, creed religion and money to make a responsible and informed choice while casting the ballot. Sadhguru said that as citizens with the power of choosing a leader, we must discharge this duty with care and responsibility. “We must understand that the future of the nation, the development of the nation and the future of our next generation is in our hands,” said Sadhguru adding that citizens must vote for the candidate they believe will work for the development of the country.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು : ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂವೇದನಾಶೀಲರಾಗಿರುವಂಥ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವಂತಹ , ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಕ್ಷಮತೆ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಒಯ್ಯುವಂಥ , ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ರಹಿತ ಸರಕಾರವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಂತಹ , ಸಮರ್ಥ ನೇತೃತ್ವವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಂತಹ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮಹಾಸಂಘ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ . ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸರಕಾರಗಳು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾನ ನ್ಯಾಯ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನವಿದೆ . ಈ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಮಹಾಯಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ಹೊರಗೆ ಆಕಲಿಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಯವಿಲ್ಲ . ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ , ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮಗಳ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಬಹುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಅಂತರ್ಗತ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಾದ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತ ಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ೨೦೧೯ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಿಗಿರಿಸಿ ನೋಟಾ ( NOTA ) ವೋಟು ಹಾಕದೆ ಉಪಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಪರ್ಯಾಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಪರ್ಯಾಯದ ಹಾಗೂ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮಾಜದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅನುಕಂಪ ಹೊಂದಿರುವಂಥ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮತವನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮಹಾ ಸಂಘದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದಂತಹ ಡಾ | | ಸುಬ್ರಮಣ್ಯ ಶರ್ಮಯವರು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದ್ಯಾರೆ .

ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮಹಾಸಂಘವು ಗುಜರಾತ್ , ಗೋವಾ , ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ , ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶ , ರಾಜಸ್ತಾನ , ಹಾಗೂ ಛತ್ತೀಸಘಡದ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಟಾ ( NOTA ) ಮತವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು , ಅದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ವಿಪರೀತವಾಗಿತ್ತು . ಹಿಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗು ಸಮಾನ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ . ಸಾಮಾನ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿದರು ಅದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ . ಎಲ್ಲ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ವೋಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ , ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಎದುರಿಗೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯ ಪರ್ಯಾಯಗಳು ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾವು ನೋಟಾ ( NOTA ) ಓಟನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಆಖ್ಯಾನಿಸಿದೆವು . ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆಲ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಸಾದ ದೊರಕಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೇರೆತರನಾದ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ . ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸಮಾಜವು ಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ್ಮಕ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಈ ಸಮಾಜದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬೇಧ , ಭಾವದಿಂದ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಇದನ್ನು ಅರಿತು ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ನೋಟಾದ ಮೂಲಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ . ಆದರೆ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ೨೦೧೯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಭವಿಷ , ನಿರೂಪಿಸುವಂಥ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ಈ ದೇಶದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಹಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ತ್ಯಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಲಿದಾನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ಯಾರೆ . ನಾವುಗಳು ಸಮಾಜದ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ವಿಷಯ ಬಂದಾಗ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಹತ್ವ ಕೊಡುವಂತಹ ಸಮಾಜ ನಮ್ಮದು .

ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗತ ಹಿತಾಶಕ್ತಿಗಿಂತ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದು ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿದವರು ನಾವು . ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಹಿರಿಮೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಗರಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವಂತಹ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮತವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ . ಒಂದು ಸುಭದ್ರಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವುಗಳು ಸಹಭಾಗಿಗಳು ಆಗಬೇಕು . ನಾವುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜಹಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಾದರೆ ನಾವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನೇ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ . ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಹಿತದ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವುಗಳು ಯಾವಾಗಲು ತತ್ಪರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತೇವೆ . ಇಡೀ ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಂತಹ ಮಾರ್ಗ , ಅದನ್ನೇ ನಾವು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮಾಜ ಬಂಧುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳಕಳಿಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ .
