ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 4, 2025: ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಎದುರು ಸನ್ನದುದಾರರ ಸಂಘದ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗದ ಸನ್ನದುದಾರರು ಸಂಕೇತಿಕ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯು ಮದ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟದ ಲಾಭಾಂಶ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ, ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಇಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲವು ಸನ್ನದುಗಳ ಹರಾಜು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ರದ್ದತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು:
1. ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಮದ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಶೇಕಡಾ 20 ಲಾಭಾಂಶ ನೀಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ.
2. ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ.
3. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮದ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟ ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸನ್ನದು ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬಾರದು.
4. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಸನ್ನದುಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಾಜು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯ.
5. CL-2 ಸನ್ನದುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಪಾನೀಯ ಸೇವಿಸಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ, ಇದರಿಂದ ಬಡ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೂ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
6. CL-9 ಸನ್ನದುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಕೌಂಟರ್ಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾರ್ಸೆಲ್ ಮಾರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ವಿನಂತಿ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮದ್ಯದ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್ ನೀಡುವ ಕುರಿತು ಸೂಕ್ತ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ.
ಮಿಲಿಟರಿ ಕ್ಯಾಂಟೀನ್, ನಕಲಿ ಮದ್ಯ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಕ್ರಮ ಮದ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟ ತಡೆಯಲು ಕಠಿಣ ಕಾನೂನು.

ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅನಗತ್ಯ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು ಸರಕಾರ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
CL2 ಮತ್ತು CL9 ಗಳ ಮದ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟದ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು CL7 ನಂತೆ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9ರಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 12ರವರೆಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ.
