ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 18: ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ‘ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧ ಚಲೋ’ ಬೈಕ್ ರ್ಯಾಲಿಯನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗತ್ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಬಸವಣ್ಣನವರ ಜನ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಳ ಬಸವನ ಬಾಗೇವಾಡಿಯಿಂದ ಈ ಚಳುವಳಿ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಮಾರ್ಗಮಧ್ಯೆ ನಾನಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಲಿದೆ.

ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು:

1. ಪ್ರತಿಮಾಸ ₹6,000 ಮಾಸಾಶನವನ್ನು ಏಕರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.


2. ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಕ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.


3. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.


4. ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನವೋದಯ, ಸೈನಿಕ್, ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ರಾಣಿ ಚನ್ನಮ್ಮ, ಮೊರಾರ್ಜಿ ದೇಸಾಯಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.


5. ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರಿಗೆ ಎಸ್‌ಸಿ/ಎಸ್‌ಟಿ ಸಮಾನ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.


6. ರಾಜ್ಯಾದಂತ್ಯ ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.


7. ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು.


8. ವಿಆರ್‌ಡಬ್ಲೂ & ಎಂಆರ್‌ಡಬ್ಲೂ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಯಂಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.


9. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.5 ರಷ್ಟು ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.


10. ಎಸ್‌ಸಿ/ಎಸ್‌ಟಿ ಭೂ ಹಕ್ಕು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರಿಗೂ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕು.

Bengaluru: A press conference was held at the Press Club of Bengaluru, where the victim, Congress leader Laggere Narayanaswamy, and former BBMP member Velunayakar leveled serious allegations of rape and honeytrapping against MLA Munirathna.

Victim’s Statement:

A complaint has been filed against Munirathna in Ramanagara.

After providing information to the Police Commissioner for half an hour, Munirathna allegedly used abusive language and threatened to kill her children.

He is accused of misusing his gunmen for illegal activities.

Prominent political leaders have been targeted through honeytraps.

The studio used by Munirathna is reportedly located near R. Ashok’s residence.

He allegedly exploited a 15-year-old girl.


Laggere Narayanaswamy’s Allegations:

There are reportedly hundreds of cases against Munirathna.

He has allegedly trapped BBMP members, MLAs, and police officers using honeytraps.

“Does the law not apply to Munirathna?”

“There should be no support for rapists and drug traffickers.”


Velunayakar’s Statement:

Munirathna is allegedly misusing his political power to manipulate the justice system.

A complaint will be filed against him with the Home Minister.

A thorough investigation into his studio’s role in honeytrapping is necessary.

ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ:

ಮುನಿರತ್ನರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ರಾಮನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕ, ಮುನಿರತ್ನ ಅವರಿಂದ ಅವಾಚ್ಯ ಶಬ್ದಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂದನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ.

ಮುನಿರತ್ನ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಗನ್‌ಮ್ಯಾನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹನಿಟ್ರ್ಯಾಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮುನಿರತ್ನ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನೂರಾರು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿವೆ.

ಅವರು ಹನಿಟ್ರ್ಯಾಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಶಾಸಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

“ಕಾನೂನು ಮುನಿರತ್ನಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ?”

“ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಡ್ರಗ್ಸ್ ದಂಧೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಬಾರದು.”


ವೇಲುನಾಯಕರ್ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ:

ಮುನಿರತ್ನ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಬಲದಿಂದ ನ್ಯಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಹನಿಟ್ರ್ಯಾಪ್ ಬಳಕೆದಾರ ಸ್ಪೂಡಿಯೊ ಕುರಿತು ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು.

ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ:  ತೀವ್ರ ಉಸಿರಾಟದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೃದಯದ ಅಪಧಮನಿಯ ಗಂಭೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದ 38 ವರ್ಷದ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಮೂಲದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಿಂಗ್‌ ಹ್ಯಾಮ್‌ ಫೋರ್ಟಿಸ್‌ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾವಿನ ದವಡೆ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಮರುಜೀವ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಫೋರ್ಟಿಸ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಇಂಟರ್ನಲ್‌ ಮೆಡಿಸನ್‌ ಕನ್ಸಲ್ಟೆಂಟ್‌, ಡಾ. ನಾಸಿರುದ್ದೀನ್ ಜಿ. ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ವೈದ್ಯರ ತಂಡ ಈ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ, ಡಾ. ನಾಸಿರುದ್ದೀನ್ ಜಿ, ಚೈತನ್ಯ ಎಂಬ 38 ವರ್ಷದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೊದಲು ಹೃದಯಾಘಾತವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ವೇಳೆ ಅವರು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಥ್ರಂಬೋಲಿಟಿಕ್ ಚುಚ್ಚುಮದ್ದು ಅವರ ಶ್ವಾಸಕೋಶದಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ “ಪ್ರಸರಣ ಅಲ್ವಿಯೋಲಾರ್ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವ” ಆಗತೊಡಗಿತ್ತು. ರಕ್ತಹೆಪ್ಪುಗಟ್ಟುವಿಕೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಶ್ವಾಸಕೋಶ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಾಳಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕೆಮ್ಮುವಾಗ ಮೂಗಿನಿಂದ ರಕ್ತಸ್ತ್ರಾವ, ಗುದನಾಳದಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ತಸ್ತ್ರಾವ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಅಂಗಾಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ತಸ್ತ್ರಾವ ಆಗತೊಡಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ರೋಗಿಯ ಹಿಮೋಗ್ಲೋಬಿನ್‌ ಮಟ್ಟ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕುಸಿಯತೊಡಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತೊಂದರೆಯಿಂದ ಅವರು ಸಾವು ಬದುಕಿನ ನಡುವೆ ಹೋರಾಡುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ದರೂ, ರೋಗಿಯು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಚಿಂತಾಜನ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಅವರು ಫೋರ್ಟಿಸ್‌ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾದರು. ಇವರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಿತು, ಇವರ ಬದುಕುವಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವೂ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸವಾಲುಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ರೋಗಿಯನ್ನು ಬದುಕಿಸಲೇ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ವೈದ್ಯ ತಂಡ, ಆಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರಿಯಲ್ಲದ, ಆಮ್ಲಜನಕ ನೀಡುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ರಕ್ತದ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅವರ ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಂಟಿಬಯೋಟಿಕ್‌ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಿದೆವು. ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದ ಬಳಿಕ ಕೇವಲ 10 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ರೋಗಿಯೂ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಚೇತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಫೋರ್ಟಿಸ್‌ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಫೆಸಿಲಿಟಿ ಡೈರೆಕ್ಟರ್‌ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಆರ್. ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಶ್ವಾಸಕೋಶದಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ತಸ್ತ್ರಾವವಾಗಿ, ಸಾವಿನ ದವಡೆ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೂ ಸಹ ಜೀವ ಉಳಿಸುವ ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ಫೋರ್ಟಿಸ್‌ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ತಂಡದ ಪರಿಣತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
