ಮೈಸೂರು ದಸರಾ ಜಂಬೂ ಸವಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಥಬ್ಧಚಿತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವೆಸಗಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಕವಿ ರನ್ನನ ಗಧಾಯುದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪಾರಿಜಾತ, ಐಹೊಳೆ ದುರ್ಗಾ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಕಲಾವಿಧರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಸ್ಥಬ್ದಚಿತ್ರ ದಸರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರವಾದ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೀಯ ಸ್ತಬ್ಧಚಿತ್ರವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ತಯಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಆದರೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸದೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ವಂಚನೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿರುವ ಶಂಖೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷವೂ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರ, ಮೈಸೂರು, ಮಡಿಕೇರಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಸತತವಾಗಿ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಕಲಾವಿಧರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತಬ್ಧಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಖ್ಯಾತ ಕವಿ ರನ್ನನರ ಸ್ಥಬ್ಧ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಅಖಂಡ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಬಯಸಿರುವವರು. ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಮೈಸೂರು ದಸರಾ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಪರಂಪರೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಕಲೆ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ, ಮತ್ತು ಕವಿಗಳ ಪರಿಚಯದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ ಹಬ್ಬವಾಗಿ ಹೊಸ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಮನನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವ ಹಬ್ಬವಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಸ್ಥಬ್ಧ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳು ಅಪಾರ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಿ ಕಾಳಜಿಯಿಂದ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಾಧಾನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಆಟಕ್ಕುಂಟು ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಎನ್ನುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ಥಬ್ಧ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತವಾದ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸದೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನುರಿತ ತಜ್ಞರ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾದ ತೀರ್ಪು ಬರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರು ಮೈಸೂರಿನವರೇ ಆಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಪರಿಚಯವಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಗೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸುಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಕೊಡುವ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೂ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಈ ತಾರಾತಮ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಮೈಸೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯವರು ಮುಂದಿನ ಬಾರಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂಶವನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದಾಗ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡದೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಯ ಭಾಗ ಬೀದರ್‌ರವರು ಸಾವಿರ ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಗಳಿಂದ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಉತ್ತಮ ಸ್ಥಬ್ಧಚಿತ್ರ ರಚಿಸಿದರೂ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಹೇಳುವುದಾದರೆ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸ್ಥಬ್ಧಚಿತ್ರಗಳು, ಕಲಾವಿಧರು ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಜನತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಪಾರ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾನತೆ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೂ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಲಾವಿಧರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿ. ಕೂಡಲೇ ತಾವು ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಜಾತಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಬ್ಧಚಿತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಭಾಗಾವಾರು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಹಾಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಕ್ಕೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ದಸರಾದ ಸ್ಥಬ್ದಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮರು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ವಿಭಾಗಾವಾರು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ನಮಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ್ಯಂತ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆಂದು ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೂಡ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

I am representing the Honourable Dr. Prabhakar Koreji, Chairman, KLE Society, Belagavi. As our chairman always support to organise the job fairs and promote the start-ups and entrepreneurship among the youths. In Association with Dept. of Skill Development, Development, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood, The National Institute of Electronics and IT (NIELIT) is an autonomous scientific society of Ministry of Electronics and IT(MeitY) Govt. of India, National Career Service – Centre for differently abled, DGE, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. of India, Dept. of Industrial Training and Employment (DITE), Govt. of Karnataka, Karnataka Skill Development Corporation, Govt. of Karnataka, BCS (Bharat Careerconnect Solution), Karnataka Skill Development Corporation, S. “ಘಂಟಾನಾದ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ಭಾಗ-2” ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಸಮಾವೇಶ

ಅಖಿಲ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹಿಂದೂ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳ ಅರ್ಚಕರ, ಆಗಮಿಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಾಧಿವಂತರ  ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಜರಾಯಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅರ್ಚಕ, ಆಗಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಾಧಿವಂತರ ಕಷ್ಟ ಕಾರ್ಪಣ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ದುಃಖ ದುಮ್ಮಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿ ಅವರ ಏಳಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಸುಮಾರು 50 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರದೊಡನೆ ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸುವರ್ಣ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿಂದೂ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸರ್ವ ಸಮಾಜದ ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಏಕೈಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 36,615 ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿದ್ದು ಮುಜರಾಯಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಸೇರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎ 205, ಬಿ 193, ಸಿ 36217 ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಸಿ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿವೆ.

ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಾತಿ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಉಪಜಾತಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಪೂಜಾಚರಣೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅರ್ಚಕರೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದ ದಿವಂಗತ ಆರ್.ಗುಂಡೂರಾವ್ ರವರು ಈಗ ಈ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಗೌರವಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಗುಂಡೂರಾಯರು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಪ್ರೊ.ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಇ.ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್.ಎನ್.ದೀಕ್ಷಿತರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಖಿಲ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘಟಿತವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿವೆ.

ಈ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವನ್ನು ಇದೇ ತಾರೀಖು 21ನೇ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ 4 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಸಂಘಟಿಸಿದೆ.ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪುರಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಆಗಮಿಸುವ ಸುಮಾರು 3000ಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನವರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮುಜರಾಯಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಲಿಂಗಾರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಯವರು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

“Karnataka State Government Employees Association Election 2024”

Karnataka State Government Employees Association for the term 2024-2029 is holding election on 27-12-2024 for the posts of State President and Treasurer.

  On behalf of Democratic Employees Forum, Mr. Krishnamurthy as the President candidate and Mr. VV Shivarudraiah as the Treasurer were selected as the contestants on behalf of the Democratic Employees’ Forum on the insistence of the State Government NPS Employees’ Association and the senior leaders of the State Government NPS Employees’ Association.

  Our team is competing in this election to respond to the demands of employees by adhering to the scientific stand of equality, strong, strong organization and uncompromising struggle for self-reliance.

  The current leaders of the organization have adopted an opportunistic attitude and in the last five years the government employees union has been used against the wishes of the government employees by misusing the organization for their own advantage.

  New Pension Scheme (NPS) has not materialized so far, re-implementation of Old Pension Scheme, (OPS) remains in the air as there is no constructive struggle against any issues by Government Employees Union during 2019-24.

The present Government Employees’ Union Management Board has sown false promises that they will give equal wages to the Centre, and by implementing the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission, which was to be implemented from 1-7-2022, from 1-8-2024, the Pay Commission has been delayed for two years.

  The present administration has not only lied that they will open a MILF canteen in every taluk district but also cheated the employees by not reimbursing the financial facilities of the DAs which were withheld during the covid period.

  Not allowing the taluk elected representatives to contest elections to the state union has also curtailed the rights of the government employees who have been there for so many years.

  At present our team is going to be a voice for many employee problems like transfer problem, promotion, filling of vacant posts, cancellation of NPS which are faced by government employees.

  Our team’s mission is to restore collective leadership and democracy in the Government Employees Union.

  Loyalty, honesty, without colluding with anyone, as the purpose of our team is the welfare of the employees of the country, we request everyone to cooperate in winning the candidates of our team.
