ಸದರಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚರ ಹಗರಣ ನಡೆದ 2019 -2020ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದವರು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಯಡಿಯೂರುಪ್ಪನವರು ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಸಹಕಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೃಹ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿದ್ದವರು, ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಲಿ ಹಾವೇರಿ ಲೋಕಸಭಾಕ್ಷೇತದ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ ಸಂಸದರಾದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿಯವರು.

ಸದರಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅಂದಿನ ಎಂ.ಡಿ. ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಐ.ಎ.ಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕರೀಗೌಡರವರು ಸದರಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಆಂದ್ರಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ 100 ಕೋಟಿ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ ಠೇವಣಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರವಾಗಿ ಅಂದಿನ ಸಿಂಡಿಕೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ (ಇಂದು ಕೆನರಾ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್) ಉತ್ತರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸುವಂತೆ 18/11/2019ರಂದು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

20/1/2020 ರಂದು ಸದರಿ ಕರೀಗೌಡರು ಸದರಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನವರು 100 ಕೋಟಿ ಪೈಕಿ 52 ಕೋಟಿ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ ಠೇವಣಿ ಸರ್ಟಿಪೀಕೇಟ್ ಅಸಲಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಯೆಂದು ಉಳಿದ 48 ಕೋಟಿ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ ಠೇವಣಿ ಸರ್ಟಿಪೀಕೇಟ್ ನಕಲಿ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

22/1/2020 ರಂದು ಸದರಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸದರಿ ಎಂ.ಡಿ. ಯವರು ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಸದರಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಎಫ್ ಐ ಆರ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ನಂತರ ಅಂದಿನ ಗೃಹಸಚಿವರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿಯುವರ ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಸಿ ಸಿ ಬಿ ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇದೀಗ ಚಾರ್ಜ್‌ ಶೀಟ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ 65- 4ನೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಸಿ ಎಂ ಎಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಆಮೆಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ.

ಹಕ್ಕೋತ್ತಾಯಗಳು:

1) ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ತ್ವರಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ( ಪಾಸ್ಟ್ ಟ್ರಾಕ್)ಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿ

2) ಸದರಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಾಗಿರುವ ಸದರಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅಂದಿನ ಎಂ.ಡಿ. ಐ ಎ ಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕರೀಗೌಡರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ತೀವ್ರ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

3) ಅಂದಿನ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಚಿವರು, ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಲಿ ಹಾವೇರಿ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ. ಸಂಸದರಾಗಿರುವ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿಯುವರಿಗೆ ಈ ಹಗರಣದ ನೈತಿಕ ಹೊಣೆ ಇದ್ದು ಅವರನನ್ನು ಸಹ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ತಪ್ಪಿಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಧಿಸಬೇಕು.

4) ಸದರಿ 48 ಕೋಟಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹಣ ವಸೂಲಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

5) ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗಿರುವ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಹಗರಣದ ಕುರಿತು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ವರಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಠಿಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಧಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

6) 2013ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ನಿಗಮ ಮತ್ತು ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳ ಠೇವಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಖಜಾನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಡಾ।। ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ದಲಿತ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ,ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮಿತಿ-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

Avik Das Cracks India’s Toughest Entrance Exams JEE-Advanced and NEET-UG 2024 in First Go, Studying Online with ALLEN Digital

Trees play a vital role in the carbon cycle, absorbing CO2 during photosynthesis and storing it in their biomass. By increasing the number of trees, we can help reduce the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, thereby mitigating global warming and its associated impacts.

Another key motive is to improve air quality and combat pollution. Trees act as natural air purifiers, filtering out pollutants and releasing oxygen into the atmosphere. By planting trees in urban areas and industrial zones, we can mitigate the harmful effects of
air pollution, promote public health, and create healthier living environments for communities.

Trees help stabilize soil, prevent erosion, and regulate water cycles, thereby reducing the risk of natural disasters and supporting sustainable land management practices. They also help reduce the overall temperature of the earth’s surface.

ಇದೆ ಜೂನ್ 21ರಿಂದ ಜೂನ್ 23ರ ವರೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾನಗರದ ಜಯಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಯೂತ್ ಟ್ರೈನಿಂಗ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸೌತ್ ಜೋನ್ ಎಲೈಟ್ ಮೆನ್ಸ್(19 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು 40 ವರ್ಷ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟ ಬಾಕ್ಸರ್ ಗಳು) ಆಹ್ವಾನಿತ ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿ 2024 ಅನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದು ಈ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದ ವಿವಿಧ 9 ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಏ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿ ತಂಡ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಕೇರಳ ಪಾಂಡಿಚರಿ ದೀಯು ದಮನ್ ಗೋವಾ ತೆಲಂಗಾಣ ಆಂಧ್ರಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ 70 ಬೆಸ್ಟ್ ಬಾಕ್ಸರ್ ಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಜೂನ್ 21ರಂದು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 11:30ಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಒಲಂಪಿಕ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಅದ ಕೆ ಗೋವಿಂದರಾಜು ರವರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯ ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಜೂನ್ 23ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯ ವಿಶೇಷವೆಂದರೆ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಲಂಪಿಕ್ಸ್ ನ ಏಳು ತೂಕದ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಕ್ಸರ್ ಗಳು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂರು ದಿನ ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಕೋಚ್ ಟ್ರೈನಿಂಗ್ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ಸಹ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೋಚ್ ಗಳು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಸ್ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಕ್ಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಪುರುಷರ ವಿಭಾಗದಿಂದ ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಹರಿಯಾಣ ಮೂಲದ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಜೆ ಎಸ್ ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ 9 ವರ್ಷ ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದ ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಿರುವ ನಿಶಾಂತ್ ದೇವು ರವರಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತಾ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಮಿತ್ರರಾದ ತಾವು ಆಗಮಿಸಲು ಕೋರಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂಘದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಮೆಚೂರ್ ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಒಲಂಪಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಫೆಡರೇಶನ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ದಿಂದ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದು ಬಿಎಫ್‌ಐ ಭಾರತ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಮಂತ್ರಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಒಲಂಪಿಕ್ಸ್ ನಿಂದ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಫೆಡರೇಶನ್ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ತಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಮೆಚೂರ್ ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಕಚೇರಿ ಕಂಠೀರವ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಶಾಖೆಗಳಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಯ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳು ಖೇಲೋ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಗೇಮ್ಸ್ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಯೂತ್ ಗೇಮ್ಸ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಪದಕ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಹರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಆರ್ ಇ ಸಿ ಓಪನ್ ಟ್ಯಾಲೆಂಟ್ ಹಂಟ್ ಎಂಬ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯನ್ನು ಸತತ 18 ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಆಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಬಿ ಎಫ್ ಐ ಸ್ಮಾರ್ ವನ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಬಾಕ್ಸರ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೂನಿಯ‌ರ್ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯರ್ ಲೀಗ್ ಮಾಡೋ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ
