ಬಸವೇಶ್ವರ ಖಾನಾವಳಿಯು 60ವರ್ಷದ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಅತ್ತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾವನವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ. ಸುಶೀಲಾ ಗಣಾಚಾರಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ. ಕೂಡಲಯ್ಯಾ ಗಣಾಚಾರಿ, ಅವರು ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರೇ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮೂಲ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು. ಅದನಂತರ ಈಗ ಹದಿನಾಲ್ಕು ಬ್ರಾಂಚುಗಳಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಹುಬ್ಬಳಿ, ದಾರವಾಡ, ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ.
ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಶೇಷ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾದ ಆಹಾರ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ನಮ್ಮ ಕೈಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎರಡನೇ ತಲಮಾರಿನ ಆ ಮನೆಯ ಸೊಸೆಯಾಗಿ ಬಂದನಂತರ ಮೊದಲನೇಯ ಬ್ರಾಂಚ್ ಅನ್ನು ಚನ್ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಲ್, ಜನತಾ ಬಜಾರ್, ಹುಬ್ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವು, ನಾನು ಕೂಡ ಈ ಬಿಸಿನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಅರ್ವಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ರತ್ನ, ವುಮನ್’ ಐಕೋನಿಕ್, ರಾಣಿ ಚನ್ನಮ್ಮ ಅವಾರ್ಡ್, ನಾರಿ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಅವಾರ್ಡ್ ಹೀಗೇ ಹಲವಾರು ಅವಾರ್ಡುಗಳು ಬಸವೇಶ್ವರ ಖಾನಾವಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಅದು ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ನನ್ನದೆ ಆದ “ಸ್ವಾದಿನಿ” ಎಂಬ ಒಂದು ಹೊಸ ಕಂಪನಿಯನ್ನು ಶುರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಾರು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಆಸೆ. ಬಸವೇಶ್ವರ ಖಾನಾವಳಿ 60 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಕ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಆಹಾರ ಸವಿಯನ್ನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಊಣಬಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ.
ನಮ್ಮ ಈ 60ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಹಿಂದಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಬಂದಂತಹ ದಾರಿ ಅದರ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ನೀಡಿದ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕೈ ಹಿಡಿದು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಬಸವೇಶ್ವರ ಖಾನಾವಳಿ ನಾನು ಹೃದಯ ಪೂರ್ವಕ ವಂದನೆಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
ಬಸವೇಶ್ವರ ಖಾನಾವಳಿಯು ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೆಮ್ಮರವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದ ಸಂರ್ದಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಿಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ನಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾನಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ಬಸವೇಶ್ವರ ಖಾನಾವಳಿಯೂ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಲೋಗೋ, ಮತ್ತು ರೆಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆರಂಭ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಎಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಇಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
