ಹೆಕ್ಸ್ಜಿನ್‌ನಿಂದ(HexGn) ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು : ಫಾಸ್ಟ್ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ೧೦೦೦ ಅಗ್ರಿಟೆಕ್ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಎಫ್‌ಸಿ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಕ್ಸ್ಜಿನ್ ಪಾಲುದಾರ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಕೃಷಿ, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ-ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ೫೦ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಎಎಫ್‌ಸಿ ಈಗ “ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರ್ಗತ ಹಣಕಾಸು” ಎಂಬ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ೧೯೬೮ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾದ ಎಎಫ್‌ಸಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳು, ನಬಾರ್ಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಕ್ಸಿಮ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನ ಒಡೆತನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಎಎಫ್‌ಸಿ ಡೀಮ್ಡ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಿಟರ್ ಜನರಲ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ತನ್ನ ಖಾತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಪರಿಶೋಧಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೃಷಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವು ಭಾರತದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಇದು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಚಾಲಕವಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ಕೃಷಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಸರಪಳಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಎಫ್‌ಸಿಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ಅಗ್ರಿಟೆಕ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಲು, ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಎಎಫ್‌ಸಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ, ಅದು ಅಪಾರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗ, ಸ್ವ-ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಕ್ಸ್ಜಿನ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗೆ(HexGn) ಎಎಫ್‌ಸಿ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಮುಂದಿನ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೧೦೦೦ ಅಗ್ರಿಟೆಕ್ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಕ್ಸ್ಜಿನ್(HexGn) ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅನೇಕ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಇದು ಅವರ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲ ಮತ್ತು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಪುರಾವೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ, ನೀತಿ, ವಕಾಲತ್ತು, ಉದ್ಯಮ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆಯ ವಿಶಾಲ ಬಾಹ್ಯರೇಖೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವ ಎಎಫ್‌ಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಕ್ಸ್ಜಿನ್(HexGn) ನಡುವೆ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಲಾಯಿತು.

AFC is a Deemed Government Company, and Comptroller & Auditor General of India audits its accounts. The agriculture sector is one of the most significant contributors to the Indian economy. In the next ten years, it will be a crucial driver of growth for Indian entrepreneurs.
Keeping in view AFC’s core competencies and expertise in the agriculture sector, particularly in agricultural value chain development. AFC intends to support, handhold and build a community of entrepreneurs in the field of Agritech that will, in turn, create immense economic value and employment/self-employment opportunities.
Towards this end, AFC has entered into a collaborative partnership with HexGn aimed at promoting agriculture-related entrepreneurship in India, leading to 1000 Agritech Startups in the next five years.
HexGn has proven capability in developing entrepreneurs and is already associated with Governments and private entities in many countries, helping them make their ecosystems and institutions more entrepreneurial and future proof.
The Company has been doing this through their research at a global level, policy and advocacy, industry events, and online programs.
A Memorandum in this regard was signed between AFC and HexGn detailing the broad contours of the partnership.
The main areas of collaboration are to facilitate access to productive resources, finance & market access for smallholder farmers; encourage diversification, cultivating high-value crops; leverage digital technologies; enhance soil health, promote water conservation & water use efficiency; mainstream biodiversity conservation, address and adapt to climate change; strengthen agriculture ecosystem resilience.
The areas of collaboration include Introduction of new technologies for farm mechanization. And create a virtuous cycle of entrepreneurship, innovation, productivity, profits and self-reliance in the rural economic ecosystem.
