Bengaluru Gets Tvarra’s Flagship Store, ‘Hyp3’ Helmets Take Centre Stage

Tvarra Unveils New Helmet Range at Launch of Flagship Store
Women-focused helmet brand Tvarra on Monday launched its new “Hyp3” range of helmets for children and young adults at its flagship store in Nexus Mall, Koramangala.

The launch event was attended by Tvarra founder Alpana Parida and former Titan Company Managing Director C.K. Venkataraman, who was the chief guest.

The Hyp3 range has been designed to address the lack of well-fitted and comfortable protective headgear available for children and young riders in India. The company said the helmets combine safety, lightweight design and comfort while meeting certified safety standards.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Parida said the idea behind Tvarra emerged from the need for better-designed safety gear for women, young adults and pillion riders.

“Most protective headgear products overlooked the specific design and comfort requirements of young riders. With Hyp3, we aim to offer uncompromising protection while ensuring comfort and style. This is not just a product launch, but part of a larger effort to encourage safer and more inclusive mobility,” she said.

The event featured interactive activities, including a road-safety-themed graffiti wall and engagements with Bengaluru’s two-wheeler community and young cricketers. Tvarra said the initiative was aimed at promoting awareness about road safety among younger riders.
Highlighting the importance of protective headgear, Mr. Venkataraman urged children and young adults to follow safe riding practices.

“A well-fitted helmet plays a critical role in preventing serious injuries during accidents. Tvarra’s effort to create customised helmets for children and young adults is a welcome step towards improving awareness about road safety,” he said.

A special interaction session was also organised for 22 Under-14 cricketers from the J.P. School of Cricket, Jayanagar.

The company said the launch comes at a time when the number of women two-wheeler riders, including young mothers travelling with children as pillion riders, is steadily increasing. Through Tvarra, the brand aims to redefine protective headgear by combining safety with comfort, fit and contemporary design preferences for younger consumers.
