Bengaluru, October 1: Big 5 Global 2026, one of the leading international events for construction and urban development across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA), will be held from November 23 to 26 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

The 47th edition of the event is being supported by the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism, Dubai Civil Defence and Dubai Municipality. This year’s programme will focus on the changing needs of the construction sector, with emphasis on efficient project delivery, technology adoption, sustainability and future-ready skills.

The event will spotlight four key areas – supply chain resilience, technology advancement, sustainable transformation and future-ready workforce. Growing infrastructure investments and economic development programmes across the MEASA region are expected to create continued demand for construction materials, technology and specialised solutions.

Seven specialised events, including Heavy, Totally Concrete, Marble & Stone World, Urban Design & Landscape, HVACR World, GeoWorld and Future FM, will offer focused platforms for industry professionals.

More than 60 countries are expected to participate, with over 20 country pavilions representing major construction and urban development markets. Countries including Italy, Germany, Austria, China, Greece, Morocco, the UK, Türkiye, Spain, Portugal and South Korea will be represented.

Italy will have a significant presence, with more than 100 Italian companies participating through the Italian Trade Agency.

The event will also feature the Big 5 Global Leaders’ Summit, LiveableCitiesX Summit and Big 5 FutureTech Summit, focusing on policy, investment, technology, project delivery and liveability. Big 5 Talks will cover subjects including AI, sustainability, architecture, BIM, HVACR and project management.

A new Building Codes & Regulations Talks programme will address regulatory frameworks shaping construction and urban development.
