Bengaluru: Godrej Professional , the professional hair care and colour brand from Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL), has launched its latest trend-focused hair colour collection, Vybe, in Bengaluru. Powered by the brand’s advanced Colour Play range, the collection is now available at leading salons across Bengaluru and other cities in India.
Designed to cater to evolving consumer preferences, the Vybe Collection introduces three distinct hair colour trends. ‘Chaos Mode’ features cool-toned beige blondes for bold and adventurous personalities, while ‘Soft Launch’ embraces the elegance of quiet luxury through rich, dimensional brunette shades. The third look, ‘Main Character,’ showcases warm auburn browns for individuals who prefer a confident and striking style statement.
As part of the launch, Godrej Professional has announced a nationwide initiative to upskill more than 1,000 salon professionals through specialised technique seminars centred around the Vybe Collection. The programme commenced in Bengaluru, where over 200 hairstylists, salon owners and beauty professionals participated in an immersive training event.
Speaking at the launch, Bhoomika Goyal, Business Head, Godrej Professional, said the Vybe Collection reflects the future direction of hair colour trends, characterised by bold self-expression and globally inspired aesthetics. She noted that the initiative aims not only to introduce innovative colour solutions but also to strengthen salon partnerships by equipping professionals with the latest techniques and industry insights.
The Bengaluru event featured an intensive technical training session and a high-energy hair show led by Shailesh Moolya, National Technical Head, Godrej Professional. The showcase highlighted the collection’s trend-driven looks and advanced colouring techniques inspired by global beauty movements. Participants were trained to adapt international colour trends into personalised hair transformations tailored to individual client preferences.
According to Moolya, the concept behind Vybe is rooted in the idea that hair colour should reflect an individual’s mood, personality and energy. Drawing inspiration from elements such as Japanese Kintsugi art and patterns found in nature, the collection combines creativity with contemporary global trends to redefine personal style through colour.
The Vybe Collection is built around the philosophy, “Hair colour is an expression of who you are — feel your shade, wear your Vybe.” It celebrates individuality and encourages consumers to express themselves through mood-led colour choices.
Alongside the collection, Godrej Professional also showcased Botosmooth, a formaldehyde-free hair Botox treatment enriched with nourishing oils. The treatment is designed to repair, smoothen and reduce frizz while improving hair manageability and shine.
Both the Vybe Collection and Botosmooth treatment are now available at leading salons in Bengaluru and across the country.
