“K.H. Mohan Kumar Slams ‘Target Politics’ Against AHINDA Leaders in Karnataka Congress”

The National AHINDA Organization has strongly objected to the alleged targeted politics and the influence of vested interests against leaders belonging to AHINDA (minorities, backward classes, and Dalits) within the Karnataka Congress.
The organization stated that the role of AHINDA communities was crucial in bringing the Congress government to power in the state.

The collective support of minorities, backward classes, and Dalits has been the backbone of the government. However, it is deeply concerning that after the formation of the government, there are attempts to sideline these very communities’ leadership and weaken them politically.
Recent developments have raised suspicions that leaders emerging from AHINDA communities are being systematically targeted.

Whether it is the issue involving K.N. Rajanna, the actions taken against Minority State President Jabbar and Political Secretary Naseer Ahmed, or the alleged political pressure on Minister B.Z. Zameer Ahmed—questions are being raised about whether due process has been followed in these cases.

The organization believes these are not isolated incidents but indicate a coordinated attempt to weaken AHINDA leadership under the influence of vested interests. At a time when nurturing leadership within AHINDA communities itself is a challenge, targeting already established leaders goes against the principles of social justice.
In this context, serious questions have also been raised about the role of State In-charge Randeep Singh Surjewala and the unseen forces allegedly operating behind him.

The organization warned that such developments could harm both the AHINDA community and the Congress party, potentially leading to serious political consequences in the future. It urged the Congress party to uphold its foundational AHINDA ideology by addressing these concerns immediately.

The organization has demanded that the Congress high command in Delhi intervene without delay to ensure justice for AHINDA leaders and to curb such targeted political actions. It further warned that if corrective measures are not taken, a protest at the Delhi level will be initiated to protect the leadership of the community.

The press conference was held under the leadership of State President K.H. Mohan Kumar, with the slogan, “Dignity of AHINDA is our resolve, social justice is our right.” Key members present included General Secretary Shivanna, President B. Basavayya (Bengaluru), Rajache Gowda (Chamarajpet), Mallesh (Publicity Committee), Women’s President Sujatha, Reshma, Kavitha (Publicity Committee), Kavitha (OBC), Mohammed Ali, Tahir Pasha, advocates Bhagirathi and Matin Beg, and Kumari Lakshmi, among others.
