NHRD INDIA PIM focuses on projects that have turneddistressed during the Covid 19 pandemic to strengthen the realestate sector

National Housing and Rural Development India (NHRD-INDIA) today unveiled the Praanaadhara India Mission with global plan to support the Housing for All and the Atma
Nirbhar Bharath Campaign, a vision of our Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
NHRD-INDIA under this Mission shall work with the Projects that were affected during the
Covid 19 Pandemic strengthening the developers, buyers and the investors. Even as the real estate industry in India hopes for bigger relief measures following a nationwide lockdown to
contain the coronavirus pandemic, NHRD INDIA is working on a rescue fund for the sector.

NHRD INDIA Bangalore Chapter has received Expression Of Interest from numerous
stressed projects across the Bangalore Urban and the Rural Districts.

Dr.Zachariah, The Executive Director and the Head of PIM said, National Housing through
this Mission would fund projects that were disrupted during this pandemic. He under this
Mission unveiled a 75 Acres Project, which is one of the Asia’s Biggest Sports City themed luxurious Villa Project located at Sarjapur Bangalore Urban District. He stated that NHRD INDIA started working on this project in stages since 2021 and has now completely made it
available to all its allottees applying from the General and the PCSR Categories as an
exclusive Villa Project. The construction of the villas shall be executed by the world-renowned builders appointed by the NHRD INDIA Engineering and shall be handed over to the allottee
from April 2023.

NHRD INDIA Bangalore Chapter is also working on projects in the other zones of the
Chapter, which includes Kengari, Whitefield and Devenahalli.

He also mentioned that each year around 5000 applicants apply under the PCSR Category of which 100 Nominations get shortlisted. Even this year around 100 beneficiaries would be recognized under this quota, which is a 3% reservation under the Subsidised Housing
Program. The Applications will be made available from the 15th of April 2022 for this year.
Beneficiaries who have contributed to the social welfare programs and willing to contribute from both Public Sector (State and the Central Government Employees) and the PrivateSector can apply.
