ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಕೆಳಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಲಿತ ದಲಿತರೇ ಬಾಚಿಕೊಂಡು ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ, ಕೇರಿ, ಕಾಲೋನಿಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಉಳಿದ ದುರ್ಬಲರಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಮುಟ್ಟಬೇಕು. ಬಲಿತವರನ್ನು ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರವಿಡಲು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಕೆನೆಪದರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದನೆ.
Reservation privileges are not reaching the lower levels of the SC’s. Elite people eat it comfortably. Reservations should be made for the last people and the weak. This is my theory. reservation conflicts can be solved only through the implementation of the creamy layer.
